Background
The main construction equipment of the cutter suction dredger is a dredge pump, the working medium of the dredger is slurry fluid containing a large amount of silt, and in order to convey the slurry to a remote specified area, the working pressure of the dredge pump is very high and often reaches more than 2 MPa. When the dredge pump works, a dredge pump water sealing system must be arranged, and the main functions of the dredge pump water sealing system are two, as follows:

Clean seawater with certain pressure is injected into the pump shaft seal of the mud pump, and the seawater pressure at the seal is ensured to be higher than the working pressure of the mud pump, so that only the clean seawater enters the mud pump from the seal, and no muddy water in the mud pump enters the seal. If mud containing a large amount of silt enters the pump shaft seal, the seal and the pump shaft are quickly abraded, so that the mud pump leaks and cannot work normally.
2. The service life of the pump shell of the dredge pump is prolonged. The casing of the dredge pump is easy to wear under the washing of silt for a long time. Because the dredge pump pressure is higher, after the dredge pump casing wearing and tearing to certain degree, can damage under the effect of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the shell, cause the leakage accident. In order to avoid accidents caused by damage of the shell, the shell of the dredge pump must be replaced after being abraded to a certain degree, so that the use cost of the dredge pump is greatly increased. In order to avoid leakage accidents, the cost is saved simultaneously, namely, the service life of a shell of the dredge pump is prolonged as far as possible, the dredge pump usually uses a double-shell pump, namely, a layer of outer shell is covered outside the inner shell of the dredge pump, and balance water close to the pressure of the dredge pump is filled between the inner shell and the outer shell, so that the pressure difference inside and outside the inner shell is close to zero, the inner shell can be used very thinly, the cost is saved, and the safety is ensured by the protection of the outer shell. The balance water between the inner shell and the outer shell is also provided by a mud pump water sealing system.
Therefore, the mud pump water sealing system is an important component related to whether the dredger can work normally, the water quality of the water sealing system needs to be clean, and if a large amount of silt is contained, the sealing of a pump shaft can be damaged too quickly.
The main function of the dredger is dredging, and the dredger can stir to generate a large amount of silt when dredging, so that the silt content in the surrounding water body is extremely high. The seawater cooling and dredge pump water sealing system of the dredger can only take water from a water body outside the dredger body, and if the obtained outboard seawater with high silt content is directly used as cooling seawater and dredge pump water sealing, adverse effects can be brought to cooling equipment and dredge pump equipment on the dredger.
In order to ensure the cleanliness of cooling seawater and sealing water of a dredge pump, a filter and a sedimentation tank are arranged on a seawater inlet main pipe of the dredge boat, the sediment content in water is reduced through filtration and sedimentation, and then clean water is used for a seawater cooling and dredging pump sealing water system.

The mud pump water sealing device 3 comprises at least one water sealing pump 31 and at least one mud pump 32, wherein the water sealing pumps 31 are correspondingly connected with the mud pumps 32 one by one, and the water sealing pumps 31 are further connected with a water sealing connecting pipe 25. The water sealing pump 31 is mainly used for pumping clean seawater in the settled balance seawater tank 2 into each mud pump 32, and the mud pumps 32 use sealing water on pump shaft sealing water and double-shell balance water, so that the requirement on temperature is not high, but the requirement on cleanliness is high, and after the temperature of cooling seawater flowing out of the balance seawater tank 2 is raised, the temperature is between 36 and 45 ℃, so that the use requirement of the mud pump water sealing device 3 can be completely met.

Specifically, the seawater cooling device 1 further comprises at least one cooling seawater tank 12 and a cooling seawater settling tank 13, wherein the cooling seawater tank 12 is connected with the cooling seawater settling tank 13 through a first filter 15, and the cooling seawater settling tank 13 is connected with the main cooler 11 through a seawater pump 14. The outboard seawater passes through the cooling seawater tank 12, enters the cooling seawater precipitation tank 13 through a valve and a first filter 15 for precipitation, and then is pumped into the main cooler 11 by the seawater pump 14 for heat exchange.
In the present invention, a second filter 33 is further provided between the water seal connection pipe 25 and the water seal pump 31 in order to further improve the cleanliness of the seawater.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the quick connection between the cooling connecting pipe 24 and the water sealing connecting pipe 25 and the seawater cooling device 1 and the mud pump water sealing device 3, respectively, a mounting flange 26 is disposed on each of the cooling connecting pipe 24 and the water sealing connecting pipe 25, and a reinforcing plate 27 is disposed between each of the cooling connecting pipe 24 and the water sealing connecting pipe 25 and the seawater tank body 21.
