本发明属于固定建筑物的门窗领域，具体公开了一种隔音防潮门，包括活动铰接在门框上的门体，所述门体由内至外依次为内板、隔音层、除潮层、吸水层和外板，所述内板和所述外板均由多条木条拼贴而成，所述隔音层由棉纤维、木屑和吸音棉组成；所述除潮层由压碎的麦秆和传热丝组成，所述传热丝附着在压碎的麦秆上，传热丝的端部连通有电源；所述除潮层外铺设有吸水层，所述吸水层由食盐和面粉组成；所述吸水层外固定有外板，所述内板与所述外板之间通过螺钉固定。本方案隔音效果好、降噪音明显且能够有效防止门体潮化。

Description

一种隔音防潮门
技术领域
本发明属于固定建筑物的门窗领域，尤其涉及一种特殊用途的门。
背景技术
在建筑装饰行业，人们普遍使用木质门装修自己的房间。但隔音、密封性能达不到理想的效果，严重影响人们私密空间的声环境。特别是公共场所噪音比较大，更需要隔音门来武装办公空间。
公开号为CN102561911A的中国专利文件公开了一种木质隔音门，包括木质的门框、门扇，门扇包括框状的门梃，门梃内固定有芯板，芯板的一侧面或两侧面上固定有减振板，减振板上依次固定有隔音板、装饰单板；门框的外侧面开有与门扇相配合的外企口，门扇的上侧面、左侧面、右侧面开有与门框相配合的内企口；内企口上设有内隔音密封条，外企口上设有外隔音密封条。该木质隔音门通过内、外企口的配合在一定程度上提高了门的隔音效果，但门体在潮湿天气往往会产生形变，此时内、外企口的密封性就会大大减弱，隔音效果大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔音防潮门，实现隔音效果好、降噪音明显且能够有效防止门体因潮化而变形的功能。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的基础方案提供一种隔音防潮门，包括活动铰接在门框上的门体，所述门体由内至外依次为内板、隔音层、除潮层、吸水层和外板，所述内板和所述外板均由多条木条拼贴而成，所述隔音层由棉纤维、木屑和吸音棉组成；所述除潮层由压碎的麦秆和传热丝组成，所述传热丝附着在压碎的麦秆上，传热丝的端部连通有电源；所述除潮层外铺设有吸水层，所述吸水层由食盐和面粉组成；所述吸水层外固定有外板，所述内板与所述外板之间通过螺钉固定。
本基础方案的有益效果在于：
（1）吸水层主要由食盐和面粉构成，食盐具有吸水性能，当潮湿天气来临时，食盐能将进入门体内的水汽集中吸收到吸水层，食盐被潮化后，面粉会吸附到食盐表面使得吸水层与外板接触的面产生一定的凹陷，而水汽经过外板进入吸水层的过程中，外板与吸水层的接触面由于被潮化会产生微小的膨胀，此时产生一定凹陷的吸水层和产生微小膨胀的外板刚好配合，避免门体因受潮而产生表面变形翘起的现象。
（2）除潮层由传热丝和麦秆组成，当水汽被食盐和面粉吸收后，经过传热丝的加热后形成水蒸汽，水蒸汽沿着麦秆从麦秆的端部流出门体外，从而保持门体干燥，防止门体变形。
（3）隔音层由木屑、棉纤维纤维和吸音棉组成，木屑孔隙率高，配合吸音棉，可大大提高对声音的吸收率，隔音效果好，且棉纤维具有一定的支撑作用，能够防止木屑和吸音棉堆叠成块造成隔音层内木屑和吸音棉均匀分布，影响隔音效果。
方案二：此为基础方案的优选，所述木屑采用废旧板材打碎后形成的木屑。采用废旧板材制作木屑，既不影响门体的隔音防潮功能，又节约了木材资源，降低了生产成本。
方案三：此为基础方案的优选，所述门体表面涂有环氧树脂。环氧树脂具有良好的防潮性，能够有效在一定程度上阻隔空气中的水汽进入门体内，起到防潮作用。
方案四：此为基础方案的优选，所述外板上涂有防火涂料层。在火灾发生时，防火涂料层能够阻隔火势的蔓延，为人们的逃生争取时间。
方案五：此为基础方案的优选，所述门体与门框的接触面设有软磁隔音条，所述门框上设有与软磁隔音条相配合的软磁条。软磁条和软磁隔音条的配合能够增强门体与门框的贴合度，增强隔音效果。
方案六：此为方案六的优选，所述门体与与门框的接触面嵌装有弹性缓冲条。弹性缓冲条能够防止门体与门框接触时因过于贴合而难以打开的现象。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明：
说明书附图中的附图标记包括：门框1、门体2、内板3、隔音层4、除潮层5、吸水层6、外板7。
实施例基本如附图1和附图2所示：
一种隔音防潮门，由门框1和门体2构成。门体2与门框1接触的面安装有软磁隔音条，门框1上安装有与软磁隔音条相配合的软磁条，增强整体的隔音效果；门体2与门框1接触的面还嵌装有弹性缓冲条，防止门框1与门体2因贴合过紧而难以打开，门体2表面涂有环氧树脂，增强门体2的防潮效果。门体2从内到外依次为内板3、隔音层4、除潮层5、吸水层6和外板7，第一层的内板3和第五层的外板7均采用松木制成，内板3和外板7通过螺钉进行固定；外板7上涂有防火涂料层，在火灾发生时，防火涂料层能够阻隔火势的蔓延，为人们的逃生争取时间。第二层为隔音层4，隔音层4采用棉纤维、木屑和吸音棉构成，其中，木屑采用废旧板材打碎后形成的木屑，这样既不影响门体2的隔音防潮功能，又节约了木材资源，降低了生产成本。第三层为除潮层5，除潮层5由麦秆和传热丝构成，传热丝附着在压碎的麦秆上，传热丝的端部与电源连通。第四层为吸水层6，吸水层6由食盐和面粉构成。
具体工作时，当潮湿天气来临时，空气中会弥漫许多水汽，部分水汽会被环氧树脂涂层阻隔在门体2外，部分水汽会通过外板7进入门体2内，进入门体2内的水汽会逐渐被吸水层6的食盐和面粉吸收，食盐被潮化后，面粉会吸附到食盐表面使得吸水层6与外板7接触的面产生一定的凹陷，而水汽经过外板7进入吸水层6的过程中，外板7与吸水层6的接触面由于被潮化会产生微小的膨胀，此时产生一定凹陷的吸水层6和产生微小膨胀的外板7刚好配合，避免门体2因受潮而产生表面变形翘起的现象。接着除潮层5中通电的电热丝产生热量，热量传递到吸水层6，吸水层6中的水汽被蒸发形成水蒸汽，水蒸汽沿着麦秆的端部排出门体2外，从而保持门体2的干燥，防止门体2变形。当声音传到门体2上时，门体2隔音层4内的吸音棉和木屑将声音吸收，使得声音不能穿过门体2进行传播，有效地保证了人们的隐私。

1.一种隔音防潮门，其特征在于，包括活动铰接在门框上的门体，所述门体由内至外依次为内板、隔音层、除潮层、吸水层和外板，所述内板和所述外板均由多条木条拼贴而成，所述隔音层由棉纤维、木屑和吸音棉组成；所述除潮层由压碎的麦秆和传热丝组成，所述传热丝附着在压碎的麦秆上，传热丝的端部连通有电源；所述除潮层外铺设有吸水层，所述吸水层由食盐和面粉组成；所述吸水层外固定有外板，所述内板与所述外板之间通过螺钉固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音防潮门，其特征在于：所述木屑采用废旧板材打碎后形成的木屑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音防潮门，其特征在于：所述门体表面涂有环氧树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音防潮门，其特征在于：所述外板上涂有防火涂料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔音防潮门，其特征在于：所述门体与门框的接触面设有软磁隔音条，所述门框上设有与软磁隔音条相配合的软磁条。
