本发明公开了一种防水门,包括门框和门扇,所述门框上设置有密封槽与角码,所述密封槽设置于门框外侧四周,密封槽上设置有半圆密封胶条,所述角码设置于门框内部,所述门扇通过外开滑撑安装于门框上,门扇上设置有密封槽、角码、玻璃、排水孔与凸槽,所述密封槽设置于门扇外侧四周,密封槽上设置有半圆密封胶条,所述角码设置于门扇内部,所述玻璃设置于门扇内侧,所述排水孔设置于门扇内侧室外面底部,所述凸槽设置于门扇内侧上方,凸槽上设置有玻璃密封胶条。本发明可有效防止外部的水渗入门内部,具有很好的防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水门,属于铝合金门窗技术领域。
背景技术
随着地球大气温度升高,暴雨天气越来越频发,地理位置低洼地区的房屋常因门窗进水,室内财产损失惨重 ;由于渗水对墙壁的内外浸泡,严重时可使整幢楼房倒塌,造成人员伤亡惨剧,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种防水门,包括门框和门扇,所述门框上设置有密封槽与角码,所述密封槽设置于门框外侧四周,密封槽上设置有半圆密封胶条,所述角码设置于门框内部,所述门扇通过外开滑撑安装于门框上,门扇上设置有密封槽、角码、玻璃、排水孔与凸槽,所述密封槽设置于门扇外侧四周,密封槽上设置有半圆密封胶条,所述角码设置于门扇内部,所述玻璃设置于门扇内侧,所述排水孔设置于门扇内侧室外面底部,所述凸槽设置于门扇内侧上方,凸槽上设置有玻璃密封胶条。
优选的,所述门框与门扇均为铝合金材质,且门框与门扇均由型材切割成45°角后通过角码组角而成。
优选的,所述角码为铝合金材质,且角码上开设有组角槽。
优选的,所述半圆密封胶条与玻璃密封胶条均为三元乙丙胶条。
优选的,所述玻璃规格为5+5+15A+5钢化夹胶中空玻璃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,制作方便,有效地防止室外水渗透到室内,保证了室内整洁,保护了财物的安全,半圆密封胶条可提高门扇与门框、门框与墙体之间的密封性,玻璃密封胶条可提高玻璃与门扇之间的密封性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的阐述。
如图1-2所示,一种防水门,包括门框1和门扇2,门框1上设置有密封槽3与角码5,密封槽3设置于门框1外侧四周,密封槽3上设置有半圆密封胶条4,角码5设置于门框1内部,门扇2通过外开滑撑10安装于门框1上,门扇2上设置有密封槽3、角码5、玻璃6、排水孔7与凸槽8,密封槽3设置于门扇2外侧四周,密封槽3上设置有半圆密封胶条4,角码5设置于门扇2内部,玻璃6设置于门扇2内侧,排水孔7设置于门扇2内侧室外面底部,凸槽8设置于门扇2内侧上方,凸槽8上设置有玻璃密封胶条9。
具体使用方式:将门框1通过膨胀丝安装于洞口内,半圆密封胶条4与墙面形成良好的密封性,通过外开滑撑10打开或关闭门扇2,排水孔7可排放出从玻璃6进入到门扇2内侧的水。

1.一种防水门,包括门框(1)和门扇(2),其特征在于:所述门框(1)上设置有密封槽(3)与角码(5),所述密封槽(3)设置于门框(1)外侧四周,密封槽(3)上设置有半圆密封胶条(4),所述角码(5)设置于门框(1)内部,所述门扇(2)通过外开滑撑(10)安装于门框(1)上,门扇(2)上设置有密封槽(3)、角码(5)、玻璃(6)、排水孔(7)与凸槽(8),所述密封槽(3)设置于门扇(2)外侧四周,密封槽(3)上设置有半圆密封胶条(4),所述角码(5)设置于门扇(2)内部,所述玻璃(6)设置于门扇(2)内侧,所述排水孔(7)设置于门扇(2)内侧室外面底部,所述凸槽(8)设置于门扇(2)内侧上方,凸槽(8)上设置有玻璃密封胶条(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水门,其特征在于 :所述门框(1)与门扇(2)均为铝合金材质,且门框(1)与门扇(2)均由型材切割成45°角后通过角码(5)组角而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水门,其特征在于 :所述角码(5)为铝合金材质,且角码(5)上开设有组角槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水门,其特征在于 :所述半圆密封胶条(4)与玻璃密封胶条(9)均为三元乙丙胶条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水门,其特征在于 :所述玻璃(6)规格为5+5+15A+5钢化夹胶中空玻璃。
