本发明公开了一种用于铝合金门窗平开窗框的角连接件,连接件由隔热材料制成,包括竖向连接轴、水平连接轴、外侧防水条、内侧防水条、框内防水条、竖向平开窗框、水平平开窗框,所述在竖向连接轴和水平连接轴的连接处设置外侧防水条、内侧防水条及框内防水条,并安装在竖向平开窗框与水平平开窗框之间。本发明的优点是:具有内、外侧防水条,有效地进行防水;具有竖向、水平连接轴,有效的将框体进行连接;角连接件采用隔热材料,降低门窗热传导性能;本发明操作简单,容易实施,提高铝合金平开窗防水性能,提高门窗使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑门窗铝合金门窗的连接件,更具体的说,是涉及一种用于铝合金门窗平开窗框的角连接件。
背景技术
目前在建筑铝合金门窗装饰工程中,铝合金门窗平开框的连接采用铝角码,根据不同的规格尺寸的平开框型材,选用不同型号的角码,通过门窗组角机将平开框型材进行45度连接,由于连接的平开框型材之间或平开框型材与铝角码之间存在着一定的缝隙,虽经过结构胶的防水处理,但在安装过程中不容易控制,导致在使用过程中容易渗水。综上所述,铝合金门窗平开框采用铝角码连接存在着一定这局限性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有产品的不足,提供一种用于铝合金门窗平开窗框的角连接件,用于克服现有铝合金门窗平开框采用铝角码连接存在防水性能不足而设计的一种用于铝合金门窗平开窗框的角连接件,从而解决铝合金门窗在使用过程中的局限性。
本发明的一种用于铝合金门窗平开窗框的角连接件,连接件由隔热材料制成,包括竖向连接轴、水平连接轴、外侧防水条、内侧防水条、框内防水条、竖向平开窗框、水平平开窗框,所述在竖向连接轴和水平连接轴的连接处设置外侧防水条、内侧防水条及框内防水条,并安装在竖向平开窗框与水平平开窗框之间。
所述竖向连接轴和水平连接轴相互垂直,框内防水条位于竖向连接轴和水平连接轴连接处的内侧,外侧防水条、内侧防水条分别与竖向连接轴、水平连接轴呈45°夹角。
本发明的有益效果是:和现有技术相比:1、本发明具有内、外侧防水条,有效地进行防水;2、本发明具有竖向、水平连接轴,有效的将框体进行连接;3、本发明的角连接件采用隔热材料,降低门窗热传导性能;4、本发明操作简单,容易实施,提高铝合金平开窗防水性能,提高门窗使用寿命。

如图7所示,竖向平开窗框6安装在竖向连接轴1上,水平平开框7安装在水平连接轴2上,竖向平开窗框6和水平平开窗框7分别与外侧防水条3、内侧防水条4、框内防水条5连接紧密,应用门窗组角机将竖向平开窗框6和水平平开窗框7与竖向连接轴1和水平连接轴2固定,完成铝合金平开窗框的连接工作,达到防水效果,提高铝合金平开窗的防水性能。
