本发明涉及建筑工程领域，特别涉及一种玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。该装置包括中空钢化玻璃、窗框、螺栓、明框立柱、铝套芯、明框压板、明框盖板、结构胶、把手、横梁、旋转部件、对穿螺栓、装饰螺母和托钩，在玻璃幕墙横向结构中，旋转部件固定在窗框上，旋转部件和窗框通过对穿螺栓连接，开启扇内侧对穿螺栓的外露螺杆上设有装饰螺母；在玻璃幕墙纵向结构中，中空钢化玻璃两端各设有一个托钩，托钩通过螺栓与窗框固定连接。本发明提供了一种可防止开启扇整体高空坠落，并可防止开启扇外片玻璃高空坠落的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程领域，特别涉及一种玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。
背景技术
建筑玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇在使用过程中，不锈钢滑撑属于易损配件，由于不锈钢滑撑与窗扇是通过铆钉铆接或不锈钢螺钉螺接，反复开启关闭过程会使铆钉脱落或螺丝松动，导致开启扇高空坠落。
隐框开启扇玻璃与铝合金副框完全采用结构胶粘结，由于结构胶有寿命周期，同时有些不良厂家在中空玻璃合片时为了降低成本采用不具有耐候性的聚硫胶，由于开启扇侧面的注胶处长期裸露在空气中，风吹日晒，会使胶老化导致外片玻璃脱落。
故急需一种可防止开启扇整体高空坠落，并可防止开启扇外片玻璃高空坠落的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题，本发明提供了一种可防止开启扇整体高空坠落，并可防止开启扇外片玻璃高空坠落的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：在本发明中的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，包括中空钢化玻璃、窗框、螺栓、明框立柱、铝套芯、明框压板、明框盖板、结构胶、把手、横梁和旋转部件，还包括对穿螺栓、装饰螺母和托钩，在玻璃幕墙横向结构中，所述中空钢化玻璃安装在两个所述明框立柱之间，所述明框立柱下部设有明框压板和明框盖板，所述窗框设于明框立柱的内侧，两者固定连接，所述旋转部件固定在窗框上，所述旋转部件和窗框通过对穿螺栓连接，开启扇内侧所述对穿螺栓的外露螺杆上设有装饰螺母；在玻璃幕墙纵向结构中，所述中空钢化玻璃在两个所述横梁之间，所述横梁内侧设有窗框，所述中空钢化玻璃通过结构胶黏接在窗框上，同时，所述中空钢化玻璃两端还各设有一个托钩，所述托钩通过螺栓与窗框固定连接，所述把手设在靠近底部的窗框上，通过螺丝固定在窗框上。
所述明框压板和明框盖板通过螺丝连接固定。
所述窗框通过螺丝拧紧固定在明框立柱上。
所述明框立柱内部设有铝套芯。
所述托钩为铝合金托钩，或者其它材质托钩，外形也可定制。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于提供一种可防止开启扇整体高空坠落，并可防止开启扇外片玻璃高空坠落的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示的玻璃幕墙结构示意图，该加固装置包括中空钢化玻璃1、窗框2、螺栓3、明框立柱4、铝套芯5、明框压板6、明框盖板7、结构胶11、把手12、横梁13、旋转部件14、对穿螺栓8、装饰螺母9和托钩10，在玻璃幕墙横向结构中，中空钢化玻璃1安装在两个所述明框立柱4之间，明框立柱下部设有明框压板6和明框盖板7，明框立柱4内部设有铝套芯5，窗框2设于明框立柱4的内侧，两者固定连接，旋转部件14固定在窗框2上，旋转部件14和窗框2通过对穿螺栓8连接。开启扇内侧对穿螺栓8的外露螺杆上设有装饰螺母9；在玻璃幕墙纵向结构中，中空钢化玻璃1在两个所述横梁13之间，横梁13内侧设有窗框2，中空钢化玻璃1通过结构胶11黏接在窗框2上，同时，中空钢化玻璃1两端还各设有一个托钩10，托钩10通过螺栓3与窗框2固定连接，把手12设在靠近底部的窗框2上，通过螺丝固定在窗框2上。明框压板6和明框盖板7通过螺丝连接固定。窗框2通过螺丝拧紧固定在明框立柱4上。托钩10为铝合金托钩。
在开启玻璃幕墙开启窗时，旋转把手12至开启档位，向外推动窗体，窗体通过旋转部件14连接固定，可随意推动至合适位置，将铆钉或螺丝更换为对穿螺栓8形式，彻底解决开启扇高空坠落隐患，同时开启扇内侧外露部份螺杆上安装装饰螺母9，为了彻底解决开启扇玻璃高空坠落的隐患，在开启扇底部又安装铝合金托钩，双向保险，另外10托钩和装饰螺母9颜色造型可定制。

1.玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，包括中空钢化玻璃、窗框、螺栓、明框立柱、铝套芯、明框压板、明框盖板、结构胶、把手、横梁和旋转部件，其特征在于，还包括对穿螺栓、装饰螺母和托钩，在玻璃幕墙横向结构中，所述中空钢化玻璃安装在两个所述明框立柱之间，所述明框立柱下部设有明框压板和明框盖板，所述窗框设于明框立柱的内侧，两者固定连接，所述旋转部件固定在窗框上，所述旋转部件和窗框通过对穿螺栓连接，开启扇内侧所述对穿螺栓的外露螺杆上设有装饰螺母；在玻璃幕墙纵向结构中，所述中空钢化玻璃在两个所述横梁之间，所述横梁内侧设有窗框，所述中空钢化玻璃通过结构胶黏接在窗框上，同时，所述中空钢化玻璃两端还各设有一个托钩，所述托钩通过螺栓与窗框固定连接，所述把手设在靠近底部的窗框上，通过螺丝固定在窗框上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，其特征在于，所述明框压板和明框盖板通过螺丝连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，其特征在于，所述窗框通过螺丝拧紧固定在明框立柱上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，其特征在于，所述明框立柱内部设有铝套芯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃幕墙隐框开启扇加固装置，其特征在于，所述托钩为铝合金托钩。
