本发明涉及一种建筑材料。
背景技术
目前应用的塑料窗(塑钢窗)是以聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为原料,添加稳定剂、着色剂、紫外线吸收剂,经过改性处理挤出型材,再经过切割、焊接(热溶)、螺接、加入型钢制成窗扇窗框,装配密封胶条,五金零配件后组装成塑料窗。塑钢窗具有良好的物理化学性能,应用在强风地区,高温地区,严寒地区,潮湿多雨地区。
当前在大规模城镇化建设中,建筑物(楼房)大量使用塑料窗,在保护节省了可再生森林树木资源时也消耗了不可再生的矿物资源-石油。同时塑料窗的生产制造加工装配过程工艺复杂,工序多,五金零部件多,不能形成统一标准,以及生产制造加工过程中所产生的余料,废料和拆除的旧塑料窗,因为经过改性处理,大部分材料不能回收重复生产再生循环利用,因此研发不消耗森林石油资源,废料可再生重复利用的金属窗及型材是解决其存在的问题的有效方法。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种金属防寒窗。结合附图1,该金属防寒窗解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由窗扇1、窗锁2、窗框3、压条4、合页5分别连成一体。在附图2中8为单层窗扇型材横截面,附图3中6为双层窗扇型材横截面,附图4为窗锁2,附图5中7为窗框型材横截面。其特征是:单层窗扇型材8为L型空心体,上部一侧有一条纵向贯通U型槽,双层窗扇型材6横截面为山型空心体,两侧肩部各有一条对称纵向贯通U型槽,窗框型材7横截面为T型空心体,下部两侧各有一条对称纵向贯通U型槽,窗锁2由锁心体9、执手10、活动锁套11、过渡锁套12、锁舌13分别连成一体。锁心体为两段外圆直径不等的实心圆柱体,执手为实心圆心圆柱体与锁心体外圆直径较大一端呈纵向垂直连接,活动锁套为两段外圆直径不等的空心圆柱体,外圆直径大的一端与锁心体外圆直径大的一端呈一致方向套装在一起呈可转动的活动体,过渡锁套为空心圆柱体套装在锁心体外圆直径小的一端,锁舌为实心圆柱体横向穿过过渡锁套与执手呈90度角与锁心体连接。其中压条4为通用金属压条,合页5为通用金属合页。
有益效果
金属防寒窗生产制造容易成本低,加工装配过程中工序少,工艺简单,五金零部件少,能够标准化。余料废料以及旧窗料可以回收重复再生循环利用。社会化推广应用可以免除消耗森林石油资源。

具体实施方式
先将金属原材料经过冷轧、热轧工艺轧制成单层窗扇型材8,双层窗扇型材6,窗框型材7。定尺断料,型材腔体内表面防腐处理,按实际窗扇窗框尺寸切割,经过对焊(闪光焊),焊接工艺或电阻焊焊接工艺,磨擦焊焊接工艺,焊接成窗扇,窗框。其中温暖地区建筑物(楼房)采用单屋窗扇型材制作成窗,严寒地区建筑物(楼房)采用双层窗扇型材制作成窗,同时型材腔体内填充保温材料珠光砂(真珠岩),最后装配合页,窗锁。外表面再经过静电喷涂工艺或粉末冶金工艺,电镀工艺,油漆工艺。

1.金属防寒窗,由窗扇1、窗锁2、窗框3、压条4、合页5分别连成一体,在附图2中8为单层窗扇型材横截面,附图3中6为双层窗扇型材横截面,附图4为窗锁2,附图5中7为窗框型材横截面,其特征是:单层窗扇型材8为L型空心体,上部一侧有一条纵向贯通U型槽,双层窗扇型材6横截面为山型空心体,两侧肩部各有一条对称纵向贯通U型槽,窗框型材7横截面为T型空心体,下部两侧各有一条对称纵向贯通U型槽,窗锁2由锁心体9、执手10、活动锁套11、过渡锁套12、锁舌13分别连成一体,锁心体为两段外圆直径不等的实心圆柱体,执手为实心圆柱体与锁心体外圆直径较大一端呈纵向垂直连接,活动锁套为两段外圆直径不等的空心圆柱体,外圆直径大的一端与锁心体外圆直径大的一端呈一致方向套装在一起呈可转动的活动体,过渡锁套为空心圆柱体套装在锁心体外圆直径小的一端,锁舌为实心圆柱体横向穿过过渡锁套与执手呈90度角与锁心体连接。
