Detailed Description
In view of the above, the present invention proposes to provide a bolt which overcomes or at least partially solves the above mentioned problems.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following general idea:
in the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the bolt tongue seat of the bolt is fixed on a first object, the bolt pin is connected with the bolt tongue seat and the bolt tongue, and the bolt tongue can rotate at the position of the bolt pin, so that when the bolt tongue blocks a second object and the first object and the second object are positioned between the bolt tongue seat and the bolt tongue, the first object and the second object are connected together; when the bolt is rotated to be separated from the second object by an acting force, the first object is separated from the second object. Therefore, when the bolt is used for connecting two objects, only the bolt tongue needs to clamp the second object, and when the two objects are separated, only the bolt tongue needs to be rotated to be separated from the second object, so that the bolt is convenient to operate, and the time consumption is reduced. Meanwhile, the pin shaft is connected with the pin tongue seat and the pin tongue, so that the bolt only comprises a fixed part, only one part needs to be installed, and the installation position is not limited by another position, so that the installation difficulty is reduced.
The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the specific features in the embodiments and examples of the present invention are described in detail in the technical solutions of the present application, and are not limited to the technical solutions of the present application, and the technical features in the embodiments and examples of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The invention provides a plug, please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a plug structure in an embodiment of the invention. This bolt includes:
a bolt tongue seat 1, a bolt tongue 2 and a pin shaft 3.
The bolt tongue seat 1 in the embodiment of the invention is provided with at least one third hole, when the bolt is required to be fixed on the first object, at least one bolt with the number consistent with that of the at least one third hole penetrates through the at least one third hole, so that the bolt tongue seat 1 is fixedly arranged on the first object through the at least one bolt, and the bolt is fixedly arranged on the first object.
The bolt tongue 2 in the embodiment of the invention comprises a clamping groove, and an object to be fixed is clamped through the clamping groove.
The bolt tongue seat 1 and the bolt tongue 2 are connected through a pin shaft 3. Specifically, the pin shaft 3 vertically penetrates through the bolt tongue 2, and the bolt tongue 2 can rotate around the pin shaft 3. Meanwhile, the two ends of the pin shaft 3 are fixed on the latch tongue seat 1, so that the latch tongue 2 can still rotate when the latch tongue seat 1 is fixed.
It can be seen that the tongue 1 and the tongue 2 are connected by the pin 3, and therefore the bolt in this embodiment of the invention comprises only one part of the fixing portion. Meanwhile, as the bolt only comprises one part, when the bolt provided by the embodiment of the invention is installed, the installation position of the bolt on a first object does not need to be matched with the installation position of another object, so that the installation difficulty is reduced.
When the second object is clamped by the clamping groove of the pin tongue 2, the pin tongue base 1 is fixed on the first object, and the first object and the second object are located between the pin tongue base 1 and the pin tongue 2, so that the first object and the second object are connected. When the latch tongue 2 is rotated to be separated from the second object by a force, for example, when the latch tongue 2 is lifted by a user's hand, the first object is separated from the second object.
Therefore, when the bolt is used for connecting two objects, only the bolt tongue 2 needs to be clamped with the second object, and when the two objects are separated, only the bolt tongue 2 needs to be rotated to be separated from the second object, so that the bolt is convenient to operate, and the time consumption is reduced.
Further, in order to facilitate the user to separate the first object from the second object, the latch 2 in the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes a catch groove 21 and an operation end 22. Specifically, the position where the pin shaft 3 passes through the tongue 2 in the embodiment of the present invention is located between the groove 21 and the operating end 22, and therefore, the groove 21 and the operating end 22 can move in opposite directions around the pin shaft 3.
Therefore, when the first object and the second object need to be connected, a pressure can be applied to the operation end 22 to move the operation end 22 downwards, and then the clamping groove 21 moves upwards, so that the space between the second object entering the clamping groove 21 and the pin tongue seat 1 is enlarged, and the clamping groove 21 is easier to clamp the second object. When the first object and the second object need to be separated, similarly, a pressure is applied to the operation end 22 to make the operation end 22 move downwards, and then the clamping groove 21 moves upwards to be separated from the second object, so that the first object and the second object are separated.
Further, the clamping groove in the embodiment of the invention is a wedge-shaped clamping groove. When the wedge-shaped clamping groove is contacted with the second object, under the mutual pressure of the second object and the bolt, the edge of the wedge-shaped clamping groove slides along the second object, so that the clamping groove 21 is lifted, and finally the clamping groove 21 clamps the second object. Therefore, since the clamping groove 21 in the embodiment of the invention is a wedge-shaped clamping groove, when the first object and the second object are connected, the first object and/or the second object only need to be pressed, and the use by a user is further facilitated.
Optionally, in the implementation process, in order to further reduce the force of the user pressing the first object and/or the second object, a substance with low damping may be further disposed on the surface of the wedge-shaped groove to be in contact with the second object, for example, a grease is applied, or a smooth film is pasted, etc. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may set the present invention according to the practice, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
Further, to return to the initial position after the operating end 22 is not subjected to force, the latch may further include a reset feature. Specifically, the initial position refers to the equilibrium position as shown in fig. 1. When the operation end 22 is forced to move away from the initial position, the reset structure can generate a force directed to the initial position on the operation end 22, so that the operation end 22 returns to the initial position when not being forced.
The reset mechanism can be implemented in a variety of ways, two of which are described below. In specific implementations, the following two are included, but not limited to.
The first method comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1, the latch base 1 includes a return pin 13, and the return pin is embodied as a spring 4. The spring 4 is a bending spring capable of changing the direction of force. One end of the spring 4 is sleeved on the reset column 13, and the other end is sleeved on the operation end 22. When the operating end 22 is forced to leave the initial position, the spring 4 sleeved on the reset post 13 generates an elastic force parallel to the axis of the reset post 13, and the elastic force is transmitted to the operating end 22 due to the bending of the spring and is converted into an elastic force pointing to the initial position. Therefore, when the force is no longer applied to the operation end 22, the operation end 22 returns to the initial position due to the elastic force.
And the second method comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, the first magnetic member 11 and the second magnetic member 12 are disposed at two positions on the latch base 1 opposite to the operation end 22, and the third magnetic member 221 and the fourth magnetic member 222 are disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the operation end 22, respectively. The first magnetic member 11 and the third magnetic member 221 have the same magnetism, and the second magnetic member 12 and the fourth magnetic member 222 have the same magnetism. When the operation end 22 is at the initial position, the resultant force of the repulsive force between the first magnetic member 11 and the third magnetic member 221 and the repulsive force between the second magnetic member 12 and the fourth magnetic member 222 is zero, and the operation end 22 is balanced. When the operation end 22 leaves the equilibrium position, the resultant force of the repulsive force between the first magnetic member 11 and the third magnetic member 221 and the repulsive force between the second magnetic member 12 and the fourth magnetic member 222 is no longer zero due to gravity, and the operation end 22 will return to the initial position under the action of the repulsive force.
In the specific implementation process, a person skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may select the above two ways or other ways to implement the reset structure according to practical considerations, and the present invention is not limited in detail.
The restoring structure exerts a force on the operation end 22 that is directed to the initial position, so that the user is only required to squeeze the first object and/or the second object when the first object and the second object need to be connected. The wedge-shaped groove is raised under the action of the pressure between the second object and the first object, and the operating end 22 is lowered until the wedge-shaped groove catches the second object. After the wedge-shaped clamping groove clamps the second object, the operation end 22 returns to the initial position under the action of the reset structure. When the first object and the second object need to be separated, the operating end 22 is pressed, so that the wedge-shaped clamping groove is lifted and separated from the second object. After the pressing of the operation terminal 22 is stopped, the operation terminal 22 is returned to the initial position by the reset structure.
Optionally, in a specific implementation process, the bolt may be fixed to an edge of the first object through the bolt seat 1, and then the bolt 2 may clamp an edge of the second object, so as to connect the first object and the second object. Alternatively, the latch may be located at a position other than the edge of the first object. At this time, in order to facilitate the latch connection between the first object and the second object, the first object is provided with a first hole 5. The inner diameter of the first bore 5 should be such that the bolt 2 can pass through it.
The bolt 2 passes through the second hole and clamps the edge of the second object, so that the first object and the second object are positioned between the bolt seat 1 and the bolt 2, and then the first object and the second object are connected.
In addition, the bolt can also be directly connected with the non-edge position of the first object and the second object, and in this case, besides the first hole 5 needs to be formed on the first object, the second hole 6 needs to be formed on the second object. Similarly, the inner diameter of the second bore 6 should also be such that the latch tongue 2 can pass through.
The pin tongue 2 passes through the first hole 5 and the second hole 6, and then the clamping groove clamps the edge of the second hole 6, thereby clamping the second object and connecting the first object and the second object.
In order to facilitate the technical solutions implemented by the skilled person in the embodiments of the present invention, how to make the plug in the embodiments of the present invention is described in the following by way of example.
Firstly, a sand-turning model is made according to the pin tongue seat structure schematic diagram shown in figures 3 a-3 c, and a pin tongue seat blank is cast. After the blank is ground, a third bore and pin shaft bore are drilled at the location of the bore shown in fig. 3a, 3b and 3 c. And manufacturing a sand-turning model according to the pin tongue structure schematic diagrams shown in fig. 4 a-4 b, and casting a pin tongue blank. After the blank is ground, a pin hole is drilled in the hole opening position shown in fig. 4a and 4 b. And intercepting a steel wire matched with the inner diameter of the pin tongue seat and the pin shaft hole formed by the pin tongue as the pin shaft.
In the specific implementation process, the pin tongue seat and the pin tongue can be made of steel grade such as Q235A GB/T700-2008 steel and the like, and the invention is not particularly limited. The pin shaft can be made of cold-drawn round steel wires, and the invention is not particularly limited. In addition, a spring is wound by GB4357-89 carbon steel wires.
Next, assembling the bolt: the pin tongue is placed in the pin tongue seat, the pin shaft hole is aligned, and the pin shaft is inserted. Then, the bolt is placed on the bench, the end of the pin shaft is knocked by a hammer, and the two ends of the pin shaft are impacted and riveted, so that the pin shaft is installed on the assembly. And coating a small amount of calcium-based lubricating grease on the surface of the pin shaft. And finally, sleeving two ends of the upper spring on the reset column and the operating end respectively.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application have at least one or more of the following technical effects:
in the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the bolt tongue seat of the bolt is fixed on a first object, the bolt pin is connected with the bolt tongue seat and the bolt tongue, and the bolt tongue can rotate at the position of the bolt pin, so that when the bolt tongue blocks a second object and the first object and the second object are positioned between the bolt tongue seat and the bolt tongue, the first object and the second object are connected together; when the bolt is rotated to be separated from the second object by an acting force, the first object is separated from the second object.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
