Abstract

一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体,涉及一种集装箱可拆卸墙体。本发明为了解决现有技术中集装箱改造技术存在结露现象、隔气层缺少保护、拆卸和安装过程复杂、修成本高和使用寿命短的问题。该保温复合墙体包括保温复合墙体主体、集装箱的水平钢梁、竖向钢梁、墙体连接件、带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓、复合墙体压条、螺栓扣条;保温复合墙体主体由单层彩钢压型墙面板、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层、保温板材、多孔纤维板和装饰面层组成。该墙体保护了墙体保温隔水的有效性,降低了室内结露可能拆卸、折叠、安装简单方便、维修成本低、节约成本、降低工人劳动强度、安装方便、利用率高的优点,适合大规模推广使用。本发明适用于集装箱改造。

一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体。
背景技术
我国幅员辽阔、地形丰富、气候跨度大,对临时可移动建筑提出了房间拆卸搭建能够应对多元地形、气候及使用方式的要求。与此同时,我国运输类集装箱产业面临产能大、消耗快和淘汰高等问题,且集装箱自身具有标准化、保温性能高、体积小等特点,对现有集装箱针对性的改造可满足目前在极端气候地理条件下和周期性临时建筑的使用要求。现有技术中集装箱改造技术存在结露现象、隔气层缺少保护、拆卸和安装过程复杂、修成本高和使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中集装箱改造技术存在结露现象、隔气层缺少保护、拆卸和安装过程复杂、修成本高和使用寿命短的问题,提出一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体。
一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体,该保温复合墙体包括保温复合墙体主体、集装箱的水平钢梁、竖向钢梁、墙体连接件、带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓、复合墙体压条、螺栓扣条;
所述保温复合墙体主体由单层彩钢压型墙面板、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层、保温板材、多孔纤维板和装饰面层组成;单层彩钢压型墙面板、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层、保温板材、多孔纤维板和装饰面层由室外至室内依次设置;
所述两条水平的水平钢梁与两条竖直的竖向钢梁合围形成矩形框架,保温复合墙体主体设置于矩形框架内,墙体连接件主体为槽钢,槽钢的一个竖直臂外侧靠近槽钢开口一端设置有垂直于该槽钢竖直臂的金属条;保温复合墙体主体的上下端部分别嵌入对应的墙体连接件的开口中,复合墙体压条中的一个竖直侧面与墙体连接件的未设置条形金属的槽钢竖直臂的外表面连接;保温复合墙体主体上部的复合墙体压条的上水平表面与保温复合墙体主体上方的水平钢梁的下表面固接;保温复合墙体主体下部的复合墙体压条的下水平表面与保温复合墙体主体下方的水平钢梁的上表面固接;复合墙体压条、保温复合墙体主体和墙体连接件通过带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓固接;
所述复合墙体压条中靠近底面与墙体连接件未设置条形金属的槽钢竖直臂的端面相平设置;
所述螺栓扣条主体为槽钢,螺栓扣条设置于室内,螺栓扣条开口朝向室内带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓,螺栓扣条的一个侧壁设置于带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓和金属条之间。
所述复合墙体压条一个侧面与墙体连接件的未设置条形金属的槽钢竖直臂的外表面连接方式为焊接;
所述复合墙体压条与水平钢梁固接方式为焊接;
所述压条为金属方管;
所述多孔纤维板室外侧表面与单层彩钢压型墙面板形状相同,所述多孔纤维板室内侧表面为平面。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体采用了聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层作为隔水材料,并设置了冷凝水导流构造,聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层与钢材具有紧密的结合度,同时聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层极小的吸水率保护了墙体保温隔水的有效性,从而降低了室内结露可能;聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层的使用还可以解决传统集装箱保温墙体由于钢板和保温材质导热系数差异大冬天结露的问题;
2、本发明应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体中,保温复合墙体主体与结构钢梁之间为可拆卸构造方式,墙体与结构钢梁之间为可拆卸构造方式,实现了拆卸安装灵活的目的,保温复合墙体中零件之间为机械连接,极少使用焊接,确保了墙体的可维修性,并且具有多重模块替换的可持续灵活使用功能;
3、本发明复合墙体为了实现保温构造不被破坏,减少结露现象,将螺栓与墙面进行机械预制,并附具备减震隔水功能的聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层,聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层为橡胶垫层,利用橡胶自身的弹性、隔水隔气性以及利用结构梁板-墙体构造体系的自重,可使橡胶发生致密性变形,实现对墙体保温、隔气层的保护;
4、本发明复合墙体是建立在现有集装箱的改造基础上,对现有物料实现了二次使用,增长了集装箱的使用寿命;所建造的临时可移动建筑具有能拆卸、折叠、安装简单方便、运输效率高、维修成本低、使用寿命高、节约成本、降低工人劳动强度、安装方便、利用率高的优点,适合大规模推广使用。

本发明技术方案不局限于以下所列举具体实施方式,还包括各具体实施方式间的任意合理组合。
具体实施方式一:结合图1~图3说明本实施方式;本实施方式一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体,该保温复合墙体包括保温复合墙体主体1、集装箱的水平钢梁2、竖向钢梁3、墙体连接件4、带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓5、复合墙体压条6、螺栓扣条7;
所述保温复合墙体主体1由单层彩钢压型墙面板8、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层9、保温板材10、多孔纤维板11和装饰面层12组成;单层彩钢压型墙面板8、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层9、保温板材10、多孔纤维板11和装饰面层12由室外至室内依次设置;
所述两条水平的水平钢梁2与两条竖直的竖向钢梁3合围形成矩形框架,保温复合墙体主体1设置于矩形框架内,墙体连接件4主体为槽钢,槽钢的一个竖直臂外侧靠近槽钢开口一端设置有垂直于该槽钢竖直臂的金属条41;保温复合墙体主体1的上下端部分别嵌入对应的墙体连接件4的开口中,复合墙体压条6中的一个竖直侧面与墙体连接件4的未设置条形金属的槽钢竖直臂的外表面连接;保温复合墙体主体1上部的复合墙体压条6的上水平表面与保温复合墙体主体1上方的水平钢梁2的下表面固接;保温复合墙体主体1下部的复合墙体压条6的下水平表面与保温复合墙体主体1下方的水平钢梁2的上表面固接;复合墙体压条6、保温复合墙体主体1和墙体连接件4通过带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓5固接;
所述复合墙体压条6中靠近底面与墙体连接件4未设置条形金属的槽钢竖直臂的端面相平设置;
所述螺栓扣条7主体为槽钢,螺栓扣条7设置于室内,螺栓扣条7开口朝向室内带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓5,螺栓扣条7的一个侧壁设置于带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓5和金属条41之间。
本实施方式具备以下有益效果:

1.一种应用于集装箱的可拆卸保温复合墙体,其特征在于:该保温复合墙体包括保温复合墙体主体(1)、集装箱的水平钢梁(2)、竖向钢梁(3)、墙体连接件(4)、带密封胶垫的双向防锈螺栓(5)、复合墙体压条(6)、螺栓扣条(7);
所述保温复合墙体主体(1)由单层彩钢压型墙面板(8)、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层(9)、保温板材(10)、多孔纤维板(11)和装饰面层(12)组成;单层彩钢压型墙面板(8)、聚乙烯蜗壳弹性垫层(9)、保温板材(10)、多孔纤维板(11)和装饰面层(12)由室外至室内依次设置;
