水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座的方法是,水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座是由垂直隔震支座与水平隔震支座组合成;垂直隔震支座是橡胶隔震支座,一层钢板,一层橡胶板多层叠加在一起,利用橡胶滞回变形的耗能能力,提供的阻尼力对垂直方向的冲击力良好的减震;水平隔震支座是摆动式隔震支座,有挑板,绳和承压板,挑板的端面与绳的上端连接,绳的下端与承压板的端面连接;利用悬吊绳的阻隔及建筑物体质量的惯性力消耗水平方向的冲击力。在基座上面设置水平隔震支座,为第一级隔震支座,在水平隔震支座上面设置垂直隔震支座,为第二级隔震支座,垂直隔震支座上面设置建筑物体。

技术领域
本发明属于土木工程结构技术领域,涉及建筑物体的隔震减震技术,尤其是“水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座”,也可称为“万向隔震支座”,主要是针对大型建筑物体对地震的隔震与减震。
背景技术
地震波的冲击方向有两种形式,一种是垂直方向的,一种是水平方向的。中国专利申请号:201110086721.5,“铅芯橡胶隔震支座”,由于这种类型的支座结构较简单,隔震减震效果较好,在一些房屋建筑中被采用,对垂直方向的冲击力有较好的隔震减震作用,但是,对水平方向冲击力的隔震减震作用却比较薄弱。中国专利申请号:201310247242.6 “一种建筑物多向自复位隔震结构”,所述建筑物牢固安装连接在上基础座上端面上,上基础座底部装有隔震复位球面凸缘,下基础座上与隔震复位球面凸缘对应位置设有凹型球面多向自复位隔震构件。这种结构主要是针对各个方向的水平方向冲击力的,对垂直方向的冲击力的隔震效果较差。中国专利申请号:201310412692.6,“一种双向滚动摆隔震支座”,这种结构在地震作用发生时,上下板发生相对位移,带动滚动摆杆沿弧形轨道槽的曲面摆动,为结构提供回复力,控制结构位移,减少结构响应,保证结构安全。这个专利申请利用弧形轨道槽的曲面摆动达到减震,构思非常好,但是,摆杆的压应力太大,结构制作的难度会加大。
发明内容
为了完善大型建筑物体的隔震支座系列,本发明力图提供一种水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座,这是一种万向隔震支座。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座的方法是,水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座是由垂直隔震支座与水平隔震支座组合成;垂直隔震支座:“一层钢板,一层橡胶板”形成一层叠合板,多层叠合板加在一起;水平隔震支座是摆动式隔震支座,有挑板,绳和承压板,挑板的端面与绳的上端连接,绳的下端与承压板的端面连接;在基座上面设置水平隔震支座,为第一级隔震支座,在水平隔震支座上面设置垂直隔震支座,为第二级隔震支座,垂直隔震支座上面设置建筑物体,即,水平隔震支座的挑板安装在基座上面,水平隔震支座的承压板上面再安装垂直隔震支座,建筑物体的底座放置在垂直隔震支座的面板上。水平隔震支座的挑板是承重的底板,受力的有效部分在绳组成的圈以外;而承压板是承重的面板,受力的有效部分在绳组成的圈以内。水平隔震支座与垂直隔震支座是一个整体,垂直隔震支座在里面,在上面;水平隔震支座在外面,在下面。
本发明的有益效果是,水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座的方法是,水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座是由垂直隔震支座与水平隔震支座组合成;垂直隔震支座是橡胶隔震支座,一层钢板,一层橡胶板多层叠加在一起,利用橡胶滞回变形的耗能能力,提供的阻尼力对垂直方向的冲击力良好的减震;水平隔震支座是摆动式隔震支座,有挑板,绳和承压板,挑板的端面与绳的上端连接,绳的下端与承压板的端面连接;利用悬吊绳的阻隔及建筑物体质量的惯性力消耗水平方向的冲击力。在基座上面设置水平隔震支座,为第一级隔震支座,在水平隔震支座上面设置垂直隔震支座,为第二级隔震支座,垂直隔震支座上面设置建筑物体。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2及图3中,水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座是由垂直隔震支座2与水平隔震支座1组合成;垂直隔震支座2是铅芯橡胶隔震支座,一层钢板2.1,一层橡胶板2.2形成叠合板,多层叠合板加在一起,在叠加的钢板2.1和橡胶板2.2的孔中有铅芯2.3;水平隔震支座1是摆动式隔震支座,有挑板1.1,绳1.2和承压板1.3,挑板1.1的端面与绳1.2的上端连接,绳1.2的下端与承压板1.3的端面连接;在基座4上面设置水平隔震支座1,为第一级隔震支座,在水平隔震支座1上面设置垂直隔震支座2,为第二级隔震支座,垂直隔震支座2上面设置建筑物体,即,水平隔震支座1的挑板1.1安装在基座4上面,水平隔震支座1的承压板1.3上面再安装垂直隔震支座2,最后建筑物体3的底座3.1放置在垂直隔震支座2的面板上。水平隔震支座1的挑板1.1是承重的底板,受力的有效部分在绳1.2组成的圈以外;而承压板1.3是承重的面板,受力的有效部分在绳1.2组成的圈以内。水平隔震支座1与垂直隔震支座2是一个整体,垂直隔震支座2在里面,在上面;水平隔震支座1在外面,在下面。
绳1.2可用多股的钢丝绳,绳1.2与挑板1.1及承压板1.3的连接强度是非常重要的,连接方式可参照大桥的锚索技术。水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座还可以有多种的组合形式,而示例中的、整体式的水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座,是为了让厂家提供专业制作的标准件。垂直隔震支座2中的铅芯2.3也是起消耗水平方向冲击力的,但有了水平隔震支座1其作用就小多了。

Claims (3)

1.水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座,其特征是:水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座是由垂直隔震支座与水平隔震支座组合而成;垂直隔震支座:“一层钢板,一层橡胶板”形成一层叠合板,多层叠合板加在一起;水平隔震支座是摆动式隔震支座,包括:挑板,绳和承压板,挑板的端面与绳的上端连接,绳的下端与承压板的端面连接;在基座上面设置水平隔震支座,为第一级隔震支座,在水平隔震支座上面设置垂直隔震支座,为第二级隔震支座,垂直隔震支座上面设置建筑物体,即,水平隔震支座的挑板安装在基座上面,水平隔震支座的承压板上面再安装垂直隔震支座,建筑物体的底座放置在垂直隔震支座的面板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座,其特征是:水平隔震支座的挑板是承重的底板,受力的有效部分在绳组成的圈以外;而承压板是承重的面板,受力的有效部分在绳组成的圈以内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水平向及垂直向组合的隔震支座,其特征是:水平隔震支座与垂直隔震支座是一个整体,垂直隔震支座在里面,在上面;水平隔震支座在外面,在下面。
