背景技术
毛线织物由于保暖、柔软、可编织种类丰富,在秋冬季节非常受欢迎,但是,在寒冷的冬季,毛线织物由于孔隙的存在使人们无法更好的保暖,且秋冬季节非常干燥,导致毛线织物包括羊毛毛线、化纤类毛线(腈纶纤维、涤纶纤维等)等这些市面常见毛线非常容易起静电,同时,随着人们生活质量的提高,对衣物的舒适度、抗菌性能等的要求也随之提高,因此,提高毛线的各方面性能的优化和完善,对毛线织品质量的提高非常关键,如中国专利号为 CN204589450U的一种防静电毛线及其织物,其技术方案为:包括毛线纱线和抗静电纱线,所述毛线纱线和抗静电纱线通过S型加捻形成,所述抗静电纱线占所述防静电纱线的比例范围至少为1wt%,其好处是:其织物能够防止静电产生,毛线更加舒适柔顺,能够防止对人体产生的伤害,但该方案没有解决毛线冬季保暖度不够、各方面功能不完善的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保暖舒适,功能多样的保暖抗菌型毛线,以解决现有技术中的多项缺陷。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种保暖抗菌型毛线,包括毛线本体,所述毛线本体包括自热芯和包裹层,所述自热芯为分布有托玛琳颗粒的玻璃纤维丝所构成,所述包裹层由羊毛线束、抗静电线束、抗菌线束和阻燃线束以玻璃纤维丝为中心轴呈S型螺旋捻合而成,所述毛线本体上沿其长度方向紧密设置有多个毛绒簇,所述每个毛绒簇中均设置有亮丝,所述亮丝的长度大于毛绒簇的长度。
优选的,所述托玛琳颗粒通过胶粘块均匀分布在玻璃纤维丝上。
优选的,所述抗静电线束为聚酰亚胺纤维束。
优选的,所述抗菌线束为纳米波斯纶纤维束。
优选的,所述阻燃线束为氯纶纤维束。

采用上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明中的一种保暖抗菌型毛线,其自热芯中的托玛琳颗粒使得毛线不仅具有自热能力,而且能够永久放射远红外线,具有保护心脑血管的作用,其包裹层使得毛线具有抗静电、抗菌、阻燃等多种功能,使得毛线更加迎合人们的需求,其上添加的毛线簇和亮丝提高了毛线的保暖性和美观性,使得毛线更加受人喜爱。托玛琳颗粒通过胶粘块均匀分布在玻璃纤维丝上,粘胶块使得托玛琳颗粒和玻璃纤维丝紧密连接,不会脱落,抗静电线束为聚酰亚胺纤维束,聚酰亚胺纤维耐高温性能好,电绝缘性好,可以减小毛线的静电作用,抗菌线束为纳米波斯纶纤维束,纳米波斯纶纤维为经纳米技术处理后的波斯纶纤维,具有很好的抗菌作用,阻燃线束为氯纶纤维束,氯纶纤维的突出优点是不易燃,弹性好,保暖性好,可以提高毛线的阻燃性,毛绒簇及亮丝的中部通过编织入毛线本体中的方式与毛线本体连接,这样使得毛绒簇及亮丝与毛线本体连接牢固,在多次穿着及洗涤后,毛绒簇及亮丝均不易脱落,提高毛线针织品寿命。

如图1和图2所示,一种保暖抗菌型毛线,包括毛线本体1,所述毛线本体1包括自热芯2和包裹层3,所述自热芯2为分布有托玛琳颗粒4的玻璃纤维丝5所构成,所述包裹层3由羊毛线束6、抗静电线束7、抗菌线束8和阻燃线束9以玻璃纤维丝5为中心轴呈S型螺旋捻合而成,所述毛线本体1上沿其长度方向紧密设置有多个毛绒簇10,所述每个毛绒簇10中均设置有亮丝11,所述亮丝11的长度大于毛绒簇10的长度,其自热芯2中的托玛琳颗粒4使得毛线不仅具有自热能力,而且能够永久放射远红外线,具有保护心脑血管的作用,其包裹层3使得毛线具有抗静电、抗菌、阻燃等多种功能,使得毛线更加迎合人们的需求,其上添加的毛线簇10和亮丝11提高了毛线的保暖性和美观性,使得毛线更加受人喜爱。
本实施例中,所述托玛琳颗粒4通过胶粘块12均匀分布在玻璃纤维丝5上,粘胶块12使得托玛琳颗粒4和玻璃纤维丝5紧密连接,不会脱落。
值得注意的是,所述抗静电线束7为聚酰亚胺纤维束,聚酰亚胺纤维耐高温性能好,电绝缘性好,可以减小毛线的静电作用。
另外,所述抗菌线束8为纳米波斯纶纤维束,纳米波斯纶纤维为经纳米技术处理后的波斯纶纤维,具有很好的抗菌作用。
特别的,所述阻燃线束9为氯纶纤维束,氯纶纤维的突出优点是不易燃,弹性好,保暖性好,可以提高毛线的阻燃性。
尤其的,所述毛绒簇10及亮丝11的中部通过编织入毛线本体中的方式与毛线本体1连接,这样使得毛绒簇10及亮丝11与毛线本体1连接牢固,在多次穿着及洗涤后,毛绒簇10及亮丝11均不易脱落,提高毛线针织品寿命。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明自热芯中的托玛琳颗粒使得毛线不仅具有自热能力,而且能够永久放射远红外线,具有保护心脑血管的作用,其包裹层使得毛线具有抗静电、抗菌、阻燃等多种功能,使得毛线更加迎合人们的需求,其上添加的毛线簇和亮丝提高了毛线的保暖性和美观性,使得毛线更加受人喜爱。
