据生物洗涤市场分析,目前市场上99%以上的日化产品都是化学产品,每年市场增长速度都在8%-20%。随着人们生活水平的提高,安全、健康、环保意识增强,人们将会从石化洗涤过渡到生物洗涤。生物洗涤时能够把油渍、污渍迅速进行降解的洗涤方式,通过这种方式洗涤的东西即干净又卫生,更重要的是没有任何石化成分,无毒、无污染、无公害,它是一种天然、健康、环保的洗涤剂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种海洋生物洗涤剂,它利用海洋生物酶分解衣物器具和环境中的污渍和油渍,衣领和袖口上不会再留有发黄的汗渍且可以逐渐消除衣物上原有的人体蛋白质残留并使之柔软蓬松。
本发明实现上述目的采用以下技术方案:
一种海洋生物洗涤剂,它包括以下原料:椰子油酰基丙基甜菜碱、椰油醇二乙酰胺、海藻酸钠、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、海洋生物活性酶、氯化钠、碳酸钠、去离子水。
本发明采用的原料的质量比如下:椰子油酰基丙基甜菜碱5%-10%、椰油醇二乙酰胺5%-10%、海藻酸钠3%、N-酰基谷氨酸盐5%-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%-10%、海洋生物活性酶5%-10%、氯化钠1%-3%、碳酸钠1%-3%,其余为去离子水。
本发明的生产工艺如下:
1)首先按照相应的质量比称取相应的原料;
2)在可变速混合机中加入相应量的海藻酸钠并搅拌5分钟;
3)然后在变速混合机中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰油醇二乙酰胺、椰子油酰基丙基甜菜碱和n-酰基谷氨酸盐,加料的过程中保持搅拌,注意避免大量气泡的产生;
4)最后加入碳酸钠、氯化钠和海洋生物活性酶并搅拌,用柠檬酸调节溶液的PH至中性,加入香料和剩余的去离子水即可。
优选的,本发明较为优选的原料质量比为:椰子油酰基丙基甜菜碱8%、椰油醇二乙酰胺8%、海藻酸钠3%、N-酰基谷氨酸盐8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%、海洋生物活性酶8%、氯化钠2%、碳酸钠2%,其余为去离子水。
本海洋生物洗涤产品采用最新生物活性技术,自海水中提炼有效去污杀菌成份,完全替代化学合成清洁剂,与单纯的植物类清洁剂比较有更大优势。其最大的特点是生物降解的特性,完全超越了化学的表面活性去污技术,它代表了洗涤产品的未来发展方向,更天然、环保、健康。

所采用原料的质量比如下:椰子油酰基丙基甜菜碱10%、椰油醇二乙酰胺10%、海藻酸钠3%、N-酰基谷氨酸盐10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%、海洋生物活性酶10%、氯化钠3%、碳酸钠1%-3%,其余为去离子水。
本发明的生产工艺如下:
1)首先按照相应的质量比称取相应的原料;
2)在可变速混合机中加入相应量的海藻酸钠并搅拌5分钟;
