本发明涉及一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统,该系统包括汽水分离器及高效分离膜组件,在汽水分离器及高效分离膜组件之间依次串接有初级过滤器、增压风机、脱硫塔、脱VOC塔、沼气压缩机、除油装置、缓冲罐、精密过滤器组和换热装置,由高效分离膜组件脱除的二氧化碳送入CO2冷冻提纯装置后经CO2灌装装置灌装入运输车,在高效分离膜组件的甲烷出口管道经加臭后分两路输出,其中一路经加压计量装置后提供给下游中压管网,其中另一路经CNG压缩机及储气装置后对外输出。本发明提纯的产品气纯度高、回收率高,系统工艺简洁、自动化程度高,维护量小,安全可靠,系统调节适应性强,负荷调节范围广。

本发明属于垃圾填埋气净化提纯综合利用技术领域,具体是一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统。
背景技术
垃圾填埋气体是生活垃圾填埋后,在填埋场内被微生物分解,产生的以甲烷和二氧化碳为主要成分的混合气体。根据填埋垃圾的来源和组成不同,垃圾填埋气的主要成分是甲烷(50%~70%)和二氧化碳(25~45%),其余为少量的空气、硫化氢、氨气、VOCs、水蒸气以及其他微量气体。经净化提纯后可以得到满足国家标准的车用压缩天然气(GB18047-2000),可替代常规天然气做为车载天然气使用,也可以经调压进入中压管网作为补充气源。目前的垃圾填埋气多用于直接燃烧或发电,即便有垃圾填埋气提纯,也只是简单的提纯装置,提纯后的气体难于满足国家标准,还有就是较为复杂的提纯设备,控制过程复杂,运行成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提出一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统,该系统包括与垃圾填埋气收集装置对接的汽水分离器,在汽水分离器的出口连接有将大颗粒粉尘脱除的初级过滤器,在初级过滤器的出口连接有增压风机,增压风机将加压后的填埋气送入脱硫塔,脱硫塔与脱除VOCs气体的脱VOC塔连接,脱VOC塔的出口与沼气压缩机连接,经沼气压缩机加压后的填埋气送至除油装置进行脱油,脱油后的填埋气送入缓冲罐中进行缓冲,缓冲罐上连接有精密过滤器组,精密过滤器组将填埋气进一步除杂、过滤后送入换热装置,经换热装置升温脱水后的填埋气送入高效分离膜组件,由高效分离膜组件进行填埋气中二氧化碳的脱除,被脱除的二氧化碳送入CO2冷冻提纯装置,CO2冷冻提纯装置的出口与CO2灌装装置连接,CO2灌装装置将冷冻提纯后的二氧化碳灌装入运输车,在高效分离膜组件的甲烷出口管道上连接有加臭机,经过加臭后的甲烷分两路输出,其中一路经加压计量装置后提供给下游中压管网,其中另一路输送给CNG压缩机进行高压压缩,高压压缩后的甲烷送入储气装置进行存储,然后储气装置经加气机给出租车加气或储气装置经槽车加气柱为CNG槽车灌装。
而且,所述高效分离膜组件具体采用两级分离膜来进行脱除填埋气中的二氧化碳。

一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统,垃圾填埋场产生的气体经垃圾填埋气收集装置汇集到一起,本发明的创新点是,该系统包括与垃圾填埋气收集装置对接的汽水分离器,由汽水分离器对填埋气进行汽水分离,在汽水分离器的出口连接有将大颗粒粉尘脱除的初级过滤器,在初级过滤器的出口连接有增压风机,增压风机将加压后的填埋气送入脱硫塔,经脱硫塔脱除硫化氢后的填埋气送入脱VOC塔脱除填埋气中含有的少量VOCs气体,脱VOC塔的出口与沼气压缩机连接,经沼气压缩机加压后的初步净化的填埋气送至除油装置进行脱油,脱油后的填埋气送入缓冲罐中进行缓冲,缓冲罐上连接有精密过滤器组,精密过滤器组将填埋气进行进一步除杂、过滤处理,达到后端分离膜进气要求,精密过滤器组的出口与换热装置连接,经换热装置升温脱水后的填埋气送入高效分离膜组件,由高效分离膜组件进行填埋气中二氧化碳的脱除,被脱除的二氧化碳送入CO2冷冻提纯装置,经CO2冷冻提纯装置进行提纯后送入CO2灌装装置,然后灌装至二氧化碳运输车,在高效分离膜组件的甲烷出口管道上连接有加臭机,经过加臭后的甲烷分两路输出,其中一路经加压计量装置后提供给下游中压管网,其中另一路输送给CNG压缩机进行高压压缩,高压压缩后的甲烷送入储气装置进行存储,然后储气装置经加气机给出租车加气或储气装置经槽车加气柱为CNG槽车灌装。
在本发明的具体实施中,由于填埋气中二氧化碳的含量较高,同时分离出的甲烷纯度要求较高,所以所述高效分离膜组件具体采用两级分离膜来进行脱除填埋气中的二氧化碳。
采用本发明系统的工艺方法提纯的产品甲烷气纯度高、甲烷回收率高,而且该工艺方法运行费用低,系统安全可靠,资源利用化程度高。
Claims (2)
1.一种垃圾填埋气净化处理系统,其特征在于:该系统包括与垃圾填埋气收集装置对接的汽水分离器,在汽水分离器的出口连接有将大颗粒粉尘脱除的初级过滤器,在初级过滤器的出口连接有增压风机,增压风机将加压后的填埋气送入脱硫塔,脱硫塔与脱除VOCs气体的脱VOC塔连接,脱VOC塔的出口与沼气压缩机连接,经沼气压缩机加压后的填埋气送至除油装置进行脱油,脱油后的填埋气送入缓冲罐中进行缓冲,缓冲罐上连接有精密过滤器组,精密过滤器组将填埋气进一步除杂、过滤后送入换热装置,经换热装置升温脱水后的填埋气送入高效分离膜组件,由高效分离膜组件进行填埋气中二氧化碳的脱除,被脱除的二氧化碳送入CO2冷冻提纯装置,CO2冷冻提纯装置的出口与CO2灌装装置连接,CO2灌装装置将冷冻提纯后的二氧化碳灌装入运输车,在高效分离膜组件的甲烷出口管道上连接有加臭机,经过加臭后的甲烷分两路输出,其中一路经加压计量装置后提供给下游中压管网,其中另一路输送给CNG压缩机进行高压压缩,高压压缩后的甲烷送入储气装置进行存储,然后储气装置经加气机给出租车加气或储气装置经槽车加气柱为CNG槽车灌装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾填埋气净化处理系统,其特征在于:所述高效分离膜组件具体采用两级分离膜来进行脱除填埋气中的二氧化碳。
