Abstract
本发明公开了一种防塌油基钻井液,包括白油、有机土、润湿剂、降滤失剂、封堵剂、氯化钙溶液、生石灰和重晶石,其还包括复合乳化剂和超细碳酸钙,其中各组分的重量百分比为:1‑3%的有机土、2‑8%的复合乳化剂、0.5‑2%的润湿剂、2‑5%的降滤失剂、1‑3%的封堵剂、20‑30%的氯化钙溶液、2‑5%的石灰、2‑4%的超细碳酸钙、60‑75%的重晶石;其余为白油。采用本发明,页岩气井防塌油基钻井液具有很强的封堵能力(HTHP低于5ml),具有较弱的热敏性,具有较高的Φ6读值(Φ6读值≥6),有效减少了页岩气井造斜井段与长水平井段垮塌的情况发生,从而满足现场页岩气水平井优质安全快速钻井的技术需要,提高勘探开发效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油天然气油基钻井液技术领域。
背景技术
针对页岩层理发育、性脆,页岩气井钻井过程中,尤其是页岩气水平井钻井过程中,极易产生剥落掉块和井壁失稳,导致划眼、起下钻遇阻甚至卡钻等井下复杂,严重制约页岩气井安全快速钻进。目前,尽管采用低活度的水基钻井液进行页岩气井的钻井作业,也仅仅减少钻井液侵入页岩层的量,不能根本解决井壁失稳问题。而油基钻井液可提高页岩的毛细管压力,防止钻井液对页岩的侵入。相对于水基钻井液,油基钻井液用于页岩气井大斜度段和水平段钻井,在抑制水化、润滑防卡、抗高温、抗污染等方面具有绝对优势。
公开号为CN102304353A,公开日为2012年1月4日的中国专利文献公开了一种环保型全油基钻井液,其特征在于按下述原料重量份而制成:基液白油90份至100份、氯化钙水溶液0至10份、乳化剂2份至4份、润湿剂1份至3份、钻井液用有机土2份至4份、复合封堵剂3份至5份、提切剂0.5份至1.5份、碱度调节剂2.5份、降滤失剂2份至3份,每100毫升上述原料混合物中加入0至137克的加重剂;其中,氯化钙水溶液的重量百分比浓度为常温下5%的至饱和浓度;复合封堵剂为改性天然沥青粉、活性超细碳酸钙、橡胶粉、聚丙烯纤维四种原料按复配而成,其重量份配比依次为60份至65份、30份、3份、7份至2份。具有以下优点:封堵性好;粘切高、携岩能力强;钻井液EC50大于3*104mg/L,环境安全好;渗透率恢复值可达到90%的至98%的,储层损害小,配制工艺简单;主要应用于欠平衡、水平井等特殊施工工艺,水敏性储层及低压低渗油气井中。
但是,根据资料调研和现场应用情况,油基钻井液还存在流变性热敏性强、高粘低切的普遍技术难题。因此,迫切需要一套具有强防塌能力的油基钻井液配方,以克服目前油基钻井液普遍存在的技术难题,同时满足页岩气井大斜度井段和水平井段安全快速钻井需要。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对上述现有技术所存在的缺陷和不足,提供一种防塌油基钻井液,采用本发明,页岩气井防塌油基钻井液具有很强的封堵能力(HTHP低于5ml),具有较弱的热敏性,具有较高的Φ6读值(Φ6读值≥6),有效减少了页岩气井造斜井段与长水平井段垮塌的情况发生,从而满足现场页岩气水平井优质安全快速钻井的技术需要,提高勘探开发效益。
本发明是通过采用下述技术方案实现的:
一种防塌油基钻井液,包括白油、有机土、润湿剂、降滤失剂、封堵剂、氯化钙溶液、生石灰和重晶石,其特征在于:还包括复合乳化剂和超细碳酸钙,其中各组分的重量百分比为:1-3%的有机土、2-8%的复合乳化剂、0.5-2%的润湿剂、2-5%的降滤失剂、1-3%的封堵剂、20-30%的氯化钙溶液、2-5%的石灰、2-4%的超细碳酸钙、60-75%的重晶石;其余为白油。
更优的,其中各组分的重量百分比为:2%的有机土、5%的复合乳化剂、1%的润湿剂、4%的降滤失剂、2%的封堵剂、26%的油水比为80﹕20的氯化钙溶液、4%的石灰、3%的超细碳酸钙、65%的重晶石;其余为白油。
所述的复合乳化剂是指油包水乳化剂和水包油乳化剂两种任意比例的复合,这种构成有助于提高油基钻井液体系的乳化稳定性。
所述的超细碳酸钙是指目数在800~2000目的碳酸钙粉末,作为刚性封堵材料使用。
常用油包水乳化剂有:聚甘油硬脂酸酯,聚甘油油酸酯,单油酸而甘酯,阿特拉斯G-917等,还有例如申请号为201410325690.8中公开的油包水乳化剂。
常用水包油乳化剂采用如国安恒科信石油化工有限公司销售的钻井液用耐高温水包油乳化剂OW-200。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果如下:
1、采用本发明所述的配方,其效果明显,经实验验证,主要体现在通过优选和评价的核心处理剂配制的防塌油基钻井液具有很强的封堵能力(HTHP低于5ml)、较弱的热敏性、较高的Φ6读值(Φ6读值≥6)、优良的综合性能,且该各项性能稳定、维护处理方便,能够彻底解决页岩气水平井大斜度井段和水平井段水基钻井液无法从根本上解决的地层复杂坍塌掉块、泥页岩吸水膨胀、润滑减阻效果不良、机械钻速慢等技术难题,进而还能很好的解决川渝地区强水敏复杂地层井钻井的重大技术难题和满足安全快速钻井的需要,对大大推进我国油基钻井液的技术进步具有重要意义。
2、本发明形成的防塌油基钻井液通过控制破乳电压、降低塑性粘度、保持有机土活性等技术措施,使该油基钻井液低温粘切不增大、高温粘切不降低,保持流变性具有较弱的热敏性。
3、通过配方中提切剂的极性基团与其他处理剂基团相互作用,形成比表面积大的网络结构,而分子中的长烷基直链之间也可以通过缔合作用形成三维网络结构,实现油基钻井液增粘不大、提切明显的最终目的。
4、本发明尤其适用于页岩气井的钻井。
具体实施方式
实施例1
作为本发明的一较佳实施方式,其公开了一种防塌油基钻井液,包括白油、有机土、润湿剂、降滤失剂、封堵剂、氯化钙溶液、生石灰、重晶石、复合乳化剂、超细碳酸钙,其中各组分的重量百分比为:1%的有机土、2%的复合乳化剂、0.5%的润湿剂、2%的降滤失剂、1%的封堵剂、20%的氯化钙溶液、25%的石灰、2%的超细碳酸钙、75%的重晶石;其余为白油。
所述的复合乳化剂是指油包水乳化剂和水包油乳化剂两种任意比例的复合,这种构成有助于提高油基钻井液体系的乳化稳定性。
所述的润湿剂为长链烷基聚氧乙烯醚类非离子表面活性剂;
所述的有机土为有机膨润土、有机蒙脱石;
所述的降滤失剂为腐殖酸酰胺、褐煤树脂、乳化沥青,可单独使用,也可以复配使用;
所述的封堵剂为磺化改性沥青。
所述的白油为3#白油。
所述的超细碳酸钙是指目数在800~2000目的碳酸钙粉末,作为刚性封堵材料使用。
常用油包水乳化剂有:聚甘油硬脂酸酯,聚甘油油酸酯,单油酸而甘酯,阿特拉斯G-917等,还有例如申请号为201410325690.8中公开的油包水乳化剂。
常用水包油乳化剂采用如国安恒科信石油化工有限公司销售的钻井液用耐高温水包油乳化剂OW-200。
实施例2
作为本发明的最佳实施方式,在实施例1的基础上,各组分的重量百分比为:2%的有机土、5%的复合乳化剂、1%的润湿剂、4%的降滤失剂、2%的封堵剂、26%的油水比为80﹕20的氯化钙溶液、4%的石灰、3%的超细碳酸钙、65%的重晶石;其余为白油。
所述的复合乳化剂是指油包水乳化剂和水包油乳化剂两种任意比例的复合,这种构成有助于提高油基钻井液体系的乳化稳定性。
以下是采用上述组分配比的验证例:
将常规油基钻井液与防塌油基钻井液进行性能对比,具体数据见下表:
根据上表中的数据可知,常规钻井液在热滚后,粘度、切力和破乳电压均降低,而防塌钻井液热滚前后性能变化不大,具有很弱的热敏性,且HTHP为4.0ml,Φ6读值为7。

1.一种防塌油基钻井液,包括白油、有机土、润湿剂、降滤失剂、封堵剂、氯化钙溶液、生石灰和重晶石,其特征在于:还包括复合乳化剂和超细碳酸钙,其中各组分的重量百分比为:1-3%的有机土、2-8%的复合乳化剂、0.5-2%的润湿剂、2-5%的降滤失剂、1-3%的封堵剂、20-30%的氯化钙溶液、2-5%的石灰、2-4%的超细碳酸钙、60-75%的重晶石;其余为白油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防塌油基钻井液,其特征在于:其中各组分的重量百分比为:2%的有机土、5%的复合乳化剂、1%的润湿剂、4%的降滤失剂、2%的封堵剂、26%的油水比为80﹕20的氯化钙溶液、4%的石灰、3%的超细碳酸钙、65%的重晶石;其余为白油。
