LED被称为第四代光源,具有节能、环保、安全、低能耗、高亮度等优点,在日常生活中得到了广泛的应用。密封胶是一种随密封面形状而变形,不易流淌,有一定粘结性的密封材料。LED灯在制造过程中需要使用密封胶在电路板和芯片四周进行密封,因此密封胶性能的好坏,对LED灯的性能有着较大的影响。现有的密封胶在密封性能及稳定性方面有着严格的要求,然而,对防潮性能方面的关注较少,这会影响LED灯在潮湿环境下的工作寿命。因此,需要提供一种防潮密封胶以满足使用需求。

所述防潮密封胶由如下按照重量份的原料组成:氟硅橡胶34~42份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯12~15份、酚醛树脂13~17份、古马隆树脂21~27份、四氢呋喃10~12份、二苯基硅二醇8~10份、白炭黑11~14份、碱石灰22~29份、凹凸棒土26~33份、蒙脱石20~26份、硅酸钠9~16份和催化剂6~12份。
所述防潮密封胶由如下按照重量份的原料组成:氟硅橡胶38份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯13份、酚醛树脂15份、古马隆树脂25份、四氢呋喃11份、二苯基硅二醇9份、白炭黑12份、碱石灰28份、凹凸棒土30份、蒙脱石25份、硅酸钠15份和催化剂10份。
所述防潮密封胶的催化剂由改性咪唑和过氧化二异丙苯按照2:5重量份比配置而成。
