Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然气管道内壁涂料配方,涉及能源设备领域,该天然气管道内壁涂料配方采用醇溶性酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、铅酸钙、硫酸铜、锌粉为原料制造而成。醇溶性酚醛树脂和环氧树脂位移在天然气管道内壁形成耐腐蚀保护膜,铅酸钙可以与油性类成膜物反应可生成金属皂,金属皂与水接触后,其分解物可起到缓蚀作用。硫酸铜为去极化剂,降级阴极电位,增加阳极电位,则阴阳腐蚀驱动力将减小,减小金属制造管道的电化学腐蚀,提高管道使用寿命。锌降级了阴极电位,增加阳极电位,则阴阳腐蚀驱动力将减小,减小金属制造管道的电化学腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及能源设备领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种天然气管道内壁涂料配方。
背景技术
天然气输送管道大多采用钢制,输送的天然气中可能含有水、硫化氢、二氧化碳、氧、硫化物或其它腐蚀性化合物。水在管道内壁生成一层亲水膜,形成了原电池腐蚀的条件,产生电化学腐蚀。腐蚀性化合物直接与金属起反应,引起化学腐蚀。现有的能源管道涂料耐电化学腐蚀能力一般,导致管道寿命不够长,增加了能源输送成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种天然气管道内壁涂料配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种天然气管道内壁涂料配方,其特征在于,该天然气管道内壁涂料配方包括如下质量份数的原料:38~45份醇溶性酚醛树脂、27~32份环氧树脂、3~6份铅酸钙、2~5份硫酸铜、3~7份锌粉。

该天然气管道内壁涂料配方包括如下质量份数的原料:38份醇溶性酚醛树脂、32份环氧树脂、6份铅酸钙、5份硫酸铜、7份锌粉。
实施例2:
该天然气管道内壁涂料配方包括如下质量份数的原料:41份醇溶性酚醛树脂、29份环氧树脂、5份铅酸钙、3份硫酸铜、5份锌粉。
实施例3:
该天然气管道内壁涂料配方包括如下质量份数的原料: 45份醇溶性酚醛树脂、27份环氧树脂、3份铅酸钙、2份硫酸铜、3份锌粉。
