Abstract

本发明提供了一种具有磁动力功能的材料,它是采用高纯黑磁粉、碳酸钙粉、羟乙基纤维素醚、有机膨润土、5040型分散剂、CF‑10型润湿剂、B‑232型消泡剂、AP‑5036型乳液、2,2,4‑三甲基1,3‑戊二醇单异丁酸酯、Texanol型成膜剂、RM‑8W型增稠剂、400型聚乙二醇、附着力促进剂、卡松和水等原料复配而成。使用时,将本发明的具有磁动力功能的材料通过滚涂、刮涂或喷涂等方式涂覆在磁砖、地板等材料的背面,待干燥后通过充磁机进行充磁,从而使磁砖、地板等具有磁动力功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别涉及一种具有磁动力功能的材料。
背景技术
人类发现磁铁已有3500年的历史,人们对磁疗在很早以前就开始进行了应用。例如:15世纪,瑞士医生Paracelsus证明了磁铁的医疗保健作用,他在国际上发表了首篇关于磁铁对抗机体炎症的医学研究论文。又例如:16世纪,英国医生William Giibert开展了大量的电与磁的研究,并出版了世界上最早的磁疗著作“De Magne”。
科学研究发现,与现代医学保健和治疗理念不同的是,合理的磁刺激已被逐渐证明能够提高和改善人体自身抵抗和治疗疾病的能力,而不是掩盖症状。磁作为一种自然物理能量,它可能通过对机体各种构成物质和生命活动的作用,维系人体与环境的“磁平衡”,产生多种保健生物效应。临床医学研究观察到,磁疗具有治疗疾病种类多和治疗成本低廉等特点。磁场作为一种医疗、辅助医疗或者保健手段和方法,虽它具有安全有效、穿透性强、易定位、无损伤、无痛苦、无毒副作用和经济简便等特点,受到使用者普遍的欢迎。
目前,在人们日常生活中用到磁保健的地方并不多,人们需要磁保健时需要使用专用的磁保健器具。在人们使用的磁砖、地板等材料时,往往只使用了它的装饰功能,如果在磁砖、地板等材料的背面加入磁动力功能的材料,不仅不影响其正常的装饰功能,还可使人们在室内环境中随时享受到磁动力的保健功能。
针对以上情况,本公司开发一种具有磁动力功能的材料,它可以用在磁砖、地板等材料的背面,此材料的使用不改变其原有材料的装饰功能,而且使其具有磁动力保健功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有磁动力功能的材料,它可以涂覆在磁砖、地板等材料的背面,使其具有磁动力保健功能功能。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种具有磁动力功能的材料是采用以下重量百分比配方。
高纯黑磁粉5~12%,碳酸钙粉3~10%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.1~0.5%,有机膨润土0.5~2%,5040型分散剂0.5~2%,CF-10型润湿剂0.1~0.3%,B-232型消泡剂0.1~0.3%,AP-5036型乳液15~30%,2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.5~2%,Texanol型成膜剂0.1~0.3%, RM-8W型增稠剂0.2~0.5%,400型聚乙二醇0.5~2%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,卡松0.1~0.3%,水 余量。
本发明所述的一种具有磁动力功能的材料,其特征在于,它是采用以下步骤加工而成。
在搅拌釜中按比例加入水,再按比例加入羟乙基纤维素醚搅拌直至其完全溶解。
在搅拌釜中按比例继续加入5040型分散剂、CF-10型润湿剂、B-232型消泡剂、400型聚乙二醇、2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、附着力促进剂和卡松,并搅拌均匀。
在搅拌釜中按比例继续加入高纯黑磁粉、碳酸钙粉和有机膨润土,并缓慢滴加Texanol型成膜剂,并搅拌使之分散均匀。
将AP-5036型乳液在分散液中继续分散,最后在缓慢加入RM-8W型增稠剂,搅拌均匀即可。
使用时,将磁动力功能材料通过滚涂、刮涂或喷涂等方式均匀地涂覆在磁砖、地板等材料的背面,待干燥后通过充磁机进行充磁,从而使磁砖、地板等具有磁动力功能。
本发明中具有磁动力功能材料在磁砖、地板等材料的背面的使用量为每平方米地毯涂覆0.5~2kg。
本发明具有磁动力功能材料使用在磁砖、地板等材料的背面干燥后并充磁,可以在10mm左右厚的磁砖、地板等材料的正面用MD-300磁性声光检测笔进行检测出磁性正常,并在使用过程中不掉粉、不影响粘贴强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在搅拌釜中加入64.6份水,再加入0.1份羟乙基纤维素醚搅拌直至其完全溶解,再在搅拌釜中继续加入0.5份5040型分散剂、0.3份CF-10型润湿剂、0.1份B-232型消泡剂、2份400型聚乙二醇、0.5份2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、0.5份附着力促进剂和0.1份卡松,并搅拌均匀,继续在搅拌釜中加入5份高纯黑磁粉、10份碳酸钙粉和0.5份有机膨润土,并缓慢滴加0.3份Texanol型成膜剂,并搅拌使之分散均匀将15份AP-5036型乳液在分散液中继续分散,最后在缓慢加入0.5份RM-8W型增稠剂,搅拌均匀,即本实施例1。
实施例2
在搅拌釜中加入55.1份水,再加入0.3份羟乙基纤维素醚搅拌直至其完全溶解,再在搅拌釜中继续加入1.2份5040型分散剂、0.2份CF-10型润湿剂、0.2份B-232型消泡剂、1.2份400型聚乙二醇、1.2份2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、1.3份附着力促进剂和0.2份卡松,并搅拌均匀,继续在搅拌釜中加入8份高纯黑磁粉、7份碳酸钙粉和0.5份有机膨润土,并缓慢滴加0.3份Texanol型成膜剂,并搅拌使之分散均匀将23份AP-5036型乳液在分散液中继续分散,最后在缓慢加入0.3份RM-8W型增稠剂,搅拌均匀,即本实施例2。
实施例3
在搅拌釜中加入45份水,再加入0.5份羟乙基纤维素醚搅拌直至其完全溶解,再在搅拌釜中继续加入2份5040型分散剂、0.1份CF-10型润湿剂、0.3份B-232型消泡剂、0.5份400型聚乙二醇、2份2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、2份附着力促进剂和0.3份卡松,并搅拌均匀,继续在搅拌釜中加入12份高纯黑磁粉、3份碳酸钙粉和2份有机膨润土,并缓慢滴加0.1份Texanol型成膜剂,并搅拌使之分散均匀将30份AP-5036型乳液在分散液中继续分散,最后在缓慢加入0.2份RM-8W型增稠剂,搅拌均匀,即本实施例3。
为了验证本发明产品的磁动力性能,本发明人用实施例1~3制备的样品在不同厚度的地板背面进行均匀涂刷,涂刷厚度为750g/m2,待干燥后用充磁机同方向充磁两遍,并用MD-300磁性声光检测笔进行检测,以测试其最大可检测出检测笔发出“磁性正常”提示音时的最大地板厚度,测试结果汇总如下。
从测试结果可知:本发明实施例1~3涂覆在地板背面,干燥后充磁均能检测出磁性。
为了验证本发明产品的实际使用性能,本发明人用实施例1~3制备的样品用刮涂方式涂覆在磁砖与地板的背面,涂刷厚度为750g/m2,待自然晾干后,将之充磁并进行实际使用性能检测,测试结果汇总如下。
从测试结果可知:本发明实施例1~3涂覆在磁砖与地板背面,干燥后充磁不掉粉、不起皮,对安装无影响。

1.一种具有磁动力功能的材料,其特征在于,它是采用以下重量百分比配方:
高纯黑磁粉5~12%,碳酸钙粉3~10%,羟乙基纤维素醚0.1~0.5%,有机膨润土0.5~2%,5040型分散剂0.5~2%,CF-10型润湿剂0.1~0.3%,B-232型消泡剂0.1~0.3%,AP-5036型乳液15~30%,2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯0.5~2%,Texanol型成膜剂0.1~0.3%, RM-8W型增稠剂0.2~0.5%,400型聚乙二醇0.5~2%,附着力促进剂0.5~2%,卡松0.1~0.3%,水 余量。
2.一种具有磁动力功能的材料,其特征在于,它是采用以下步骤加工而成:
A.在搅拌釜中按比例加入水,再按比例加入羟乙基纤维素醚搅拌直至其完全溶解;
B.在搅拌釜中按比例继续加入5040型分散剂、CF-10型润湿剂、B-232型消泡剂、400型聚乙二醇、2,2,4-三甲基1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、附着力促进剂和卡松,并搅拌均匀;
C.在搅拌釜中按比例继续加入高纯黑磁粉、碳酸钙粉和有机膨润土,并缓慢滴加Texanol型成膜剂,并搅拌使之分散均匀;
D.将AP-5036型乳液在分散液中继续分散,最后在缓慢加入RM-8W型增稠剂,搅拌均匀即可。
