本发明涉及一种防水涂料,具体的涉及一种柔韧型防水涂料,属于工业涂料利用类领域。
背景技术
建筑防水材料是建筑功能材料的组成部分,建筑防水材料经过施工,在建筑物表面形成整体的防水层,以达到防水的目的或增强抗渗透水的能力,所以其质量和应用效果对建筑工程的结构安全和寿命起着十分重要的作用。最初的现代建筑防水材料是起源于欧洲的沥青油毡,我国的生产应用始于20世纪40年代,并在相当长的一段时期内几乎是唯一的建筑防水材料。20世纪80年代以来,我国开始引进国外先进设备与技术,开发出改性沥青防水卷材、高分子防水卷材、防水涂料等多种新型建筑防水材料。进入20世纪90年代,建筑防水材料的品种进一步扩大,到目前为止,我国的建筑防水材料的产品已形成六大门类,即:沥青基防水卷材、高分子防水卷材、防水涂料、建筑密封材料、刚性防水材料和止水堵漏材料、瓦类和金属板类防水材料。近年来,随着国民经济地发展和建筑业的持续增长,我国建筑防水材料行业得到了迅速发展,新材料、新工艺不断增加,生产能力显著提高,部分骨干企业的产品质量已接近或达到国际同类产品先进水平。建筑防水材料的应用领域十分广泛,目前主要应用领域包括房屋建筑的屋面、地下、外墙和室内;城市道路桥梁和地下空间等市政工程;高速公路和高速铁路的桥梁、隧道;地下铁道等交通工程;引水渠、水库、坝体、水利发电站及水处理等水利工程,等等。随着社会的进步和建筑技术的发展,建筑防水材料的应用还会向更多领域延伸。
为此,如何提供一种更高效的防水涂料,是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术不足,本发明提供一种柔韧型防水涂料,通过对材料的配比,实现了高效的防水目的。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种柔韧型防水涂料,按质量组份包括:液料:丙烯酸乳液95.5公斤,2丁脂3公斤,消泡剂0.5公斤,防腐剂1公斤,依次下料搅拌均匀25分子,后加多功能调ph值至7-8之间;粉料:425号水泥50公斤,400目重钙30公斤,300目石英砂20公斤,依次下料搅拌均匀至30分钟;按1:1液料:粉料。
进一步的,所述的下料搅拌保持在400-500转。
本发明的有益效果是:涂料覆盖封闭严密,防水效果好,成本低廉,防水效果持久。
