本发明提供一种增塑剂,涉及添加剂技术领域,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯33~45份、聚氯乙烯15~26份、氯化橡胶8~19份、凝胶3~9份、粘合剂2~7份、羧甲基纤维素钠13~22份、萘1~6份、飞行石墨2~7份;所述凝胶的组成成分包括甘油18~26份、乳胶7~15份、环氧丙烷2~8份、环氧乙烷4~12份、凡士林1~6份、铼3~11份。本发明的有益之处是,成本低,配方合理,粘合性好,拉伸强度高,并且会散发薄荷香味以及杀菌功能。

一种增塑剂
技术领域
本发明涉及添加剂技术领域,尤其是一种增塑剂。
背景技术
塑化剂(增塑剂)是一种高分子材料助剂,也是环境雌激素中的酞酸酯类(PAEsphthalates),其种类繁多,最常见的品种是DEHP(商业名称DOP),DEHP化学名邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯,是一种无色、无味液体,工业上应用广泛。塑化剂,一般也称增塑剂,增塑剂是工业上被广泛使用的高分子材料助剂,在塑料加工中添加这种物质,可以使其柔韧性增强,容易加工,可合法用于工业用途。塑化剂是大宗工业品,广泛应用于国民经济各领域,包括塑料、橡胶、粘合剂、纤维素、树脂、医疗器械、电缆等成千上万种产品中。但目前所使用的塑化剂大多存在环保性较差、增塑效果不好以及稳定性不理想的现象,在高温或低温的环境下容易释放出难闻气体,使人体感觉不舒适,还可能危害到人体健康。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种增塑剂,成本低,配方合理,粘合性好,拉伸强度高,并且会散发薄荷香味以及杀菌功能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种增塑剂,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯33~45份、聚氯乙烯15~26份、氯化橡胶8~19份、凝胶3~9份、粘合剂2~7份、羧甲基纤维素钠13~22份、萘1~6份、飞行石墨2~7份;
所述凝胶的组成成分包括甘油18~26份、乳胶7~15份、环氧丙烷2~8份、环氧乙烷4~12份、凡士林1~6份、铼3~11份;
所述粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑15~26份、钠基膨润土3~8份、桉叶油素2~6份、薄荷醇5~12份、香叶醇1~5份、茉莉酯7~16份、环氧树脂8~20份。
进一步地,所述的一种增塑剂,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯35~40份、聚氯乙烯18~22份、氯化橡胶11~16份、凝胶4~7份、粘合剂4~6份、羧甲基纤维素钠17~19份、萘2~5份、飞行石墨3~6份;
所述凝胶的组成成分包括甘油20~23份、乳胶9~12份、环氧丙烷4~7份、环氧乙烷6~10份、凡士林2~4份、铼5~8份;
所述粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑18~22份、钠基膨润土5~9份、桉叶油素3~5份、薄荷醇7~9份、香叶醇2~4份、茉莉酯9~12份、环氧树脂14~18份。
进一步地,所述凝胶的制作方法是:(1)按组成配方称取甘油、乳胶、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷、凡士林和铼,搅拌均匀,混合;(2)加入水,水与料的质量比是3:1,加入水后再进行搅拌8~16min;(3)进行加热,边加热边搅拌,直至加热到温度为60~80℃;(4)自然放凉,烘干至含水量低于3%,即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本增塑剂所组成成分价格低廉,有利于大规模推广,并且本增塑剂具有极好的抗高温及抗低温性能,拉伸强度高,粘合性能好,在配方中还采用有薄荷醇、香叶醇以及茉莉酯等物质,能散发出一定的香味,并具有杀菌、驱虫功能。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种增塑剂,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯33份、聚氯乙烯15份、氯化橡胶8份、凝胶3份、粘合剂2份、羧甲基纤维素钠13份、萘1份、飞行石墨2份;
凝胶的组成成分包括甘油18份、乳胶7份、环氧丙烷2份、环氧乙烷4份、凡士林1份、铼3份;
粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑15份、钠基膨润土3份、桉叶油素2份、薄荷醇5份、香叶醇1份、茉莉酯7份、环氧树脂8份。
进一步地,凝胶的制作方法是:(1)按组成配方称取甘油、乳胶、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷、凡士林和铼,搅拌均匀,混合;(2)加入水,水与料的质量比是3:1,加入水后再进行搅拌8min;(3)进行加热,边加热边搅拌,直至加热到温度为60℃;(4)自然放凉,烘干至含水量低于3%,即可。
实施例2

凝胶的组成成分包括甘油26份、乳胶15份、环氧丙烷8份、环氧乙烷12份、凡士林6份、铼11份;
粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑26份、钠基膨润土8份、桉叶油素6份、薄荷醇12份、香叶醇5份、茉莉酯16份、环氧树脂20份。
进一步地,凝胶的制作方法是:(1)按组成配方称取甘油、乳胶、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷、凡士林和铼,搅拌均匀,混合;(2)加入水,水与料的质量比是3:1,加入水后再进行搅拌16min;(3)进行加热,边加热边搅拌,直至加热到温度为80℃;(4)自然放凉,烘干至含水量低于3%,即可。
实施例3
一种增塑剂,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯39份、聚氯乙烯20份、氯化橡胶16份、凝胶6份、粘合剂6份、羧甲基纤维素钠18份、萘4份、飞行石墨4份;
凝胶的组成成分包括甘油21份、乳胶11份、环氧丙烷5份、环氧乙烷8份、凡士林4份、铼7份;
粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑19份、钠基膨润土6份、桉叶油素4份、薄荷醇8、香叶醇3份、茉莉酯11份、环氧树脂14份。
进一步地,凝胶的制作方法是:(1)按组成配方称取甘油、乳胶、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷、凡士林和铼,搅拌均匀,混合;(2)加入水,水与料的质量比是3:1,加入水后再进行搅拌12min;(3)进行加热,边加热边搅拌,直至加热到温度为70℃;(4)自然放凉,烘干至含水量低于3%,即可。
本发明增塑剂是直接将邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯、聚氯乙烯、氯化橡胶、凝胶、粘合剂、羧甲基纤维素钠、萘和飞行石墨倒入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀,即可。
试验:
取市售增塑剂样品、实施例1、实施例2和实施例3,各2份,分别放入到A环境和B环境中(A环境:温度是80℃、湿度是70%;B环境:温度是-20℃、湿度是50%),存放5天后取出,观察结果如下:

从试验结果看出,本发明所得增塑剂在抗高温以及耐低温方面性能更优越!

1.一种增塑剂,其特征在于,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯33~45份、聚氯乙烯15~26份、氯化橡胶8~19份、凝胶3~9份、粘合剂2~7份、羧甲基纤维素钠13~22份、萘1~6份、飞行石墨2~7份;
所述凝胶的组成成分包括甘油18~26份、乳胶7~15份、环氧丙烷2~8份、环氧乙烷4~12份、凡士林1~6份、铼3~11份;
所述粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑15~26份、钠基膨润土3~8份、桉叶油素2~6份、薄荷醇5~12份、香叶醇1~5份、茉莉酯7~16份、环氧树脂8~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增塑剂,其特征在于,组成成分包括邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯35~40份、聚氯乙烯18~22份、氯化橡胶11~16份、凝胶4~7份、粘合剂4~6份、羧甲基纤维素钠17~19份、萘2~5份、飞行石墨3~6份;
所述凝胶的组成成分包括甘油20~23份、乳胶9~12份、环氧丙烷4~7份、环氧乙烷6~10份、凡士林2~4份、铼5~8份;
所述粘合剂的组成成分包括气相法白炭黑18~22份、钠基膨润土5~9份、桉叶油素3~5份、薄荷醇7~9份、香叶醇2~4份、茉莉酯9~12份、环氧树脂14~18份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种增塑剂,其特征在于,所述凝胶的制作方法是:(1)按组成配方称取甘油、乳胶、环氧丙烷、环氧乙烷、凡士林和铼,搅拌均匀,混合;(2)加入水,水与料的质量比是3:1,加入水后再进行搅拌8~16min;(3)进行加热,边加热边搅拌,直至加热到温度为60~80℃;(4)自然放凉,烘干至含水量低于3%,即可。
