技术领域
本发明涉及台布技术领域,尤其涉及一种高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC台布是一种日常生活用品,现有的PVC台布一般由PVC薄膜与无纺布通过胶水贴合而成,主要用于铺垫餐桌、旅游铺地等用途,容易清洗,方便实用。但是,现有的这类PVC台布在使用过程中存在下述缺点,不够环保,容易有异味,且不够耐用。
石头纸(Rich Mineral Paper,RMP)也叫环保纸,是以地壳内最为丰富的矿产资源碳酸钙为主要原料,以高分子材料及多种无机物为辅助原料,利用高分子界面化学原理和填充改性技术,经特殊工艺加工而成的一种可循环利用、具有现代技术特点的新型纸张。2010年全国“两会”上,与会代表委员使用的会议通知、日程表、便签纸等材料都是石头纸。这项技术已经不是新鲜事物,但是在全球号召节能减排的大背景下,这一“时尚”的环保概念重新被人们重视。
利用石头与PVC复合,不仅减少污染、节约木材,还能够提高抗菌性,比无纺布降低吸水性,提高耐磨性、耐热性等诸多性能,值得探索。
麦饭石是一种天然的硅酸盐矿物,无毒。麦饭石对生物无毒、无害并具有一定生物活性的复合矿物或药用岩石。 麦饭石的主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐。其中包括SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、FeO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na2O、TiO2、P2O5、MnO等,还含有动物所需的全部常量元素,如:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素,约58种之多。麦饭石具有诸多优点:
(1)吸附力强
所谓吸附乃是具有多孔性、巨大表面积的固体全部溶化作用,而发生化学的、物理的反应。麦饭石作为中药对皮肤病,特别是拔脓,效果很好。麦饭石是多孔性的,吸附能力很强,因其主要成分为二氧化硅、氧化铝从这点来考虑,是容易理解的。 在前面介绍的麦饭石微细粉末的电子显微镜照相中,已确认是海绵状多孔性的,是其最大的原因。也就是说,因多孔性,那么表面就非常大,由于长石部分风化,成高岭土状等,故始终保持很强的吸附作用、交换作用。
(2)麦饭石对水的净化作用
麦饭石是一种中性碱半火成岩,接近于火山岩。麦饭石中包含的天然矿物质易于释放从麦饭石上无数的小孔中释放出氧。通过吸收漂白粉和其它有毒物质净化水。麦饭石中散发出的钙、铁、钠等矿物质可改良饮用水。阻燃性提高、(1)物理性能优越。
针对普通PVC台布不够环保,容易有异味,且不够耐用的缺点,本发明提出了用麦饭石对PVC台布进行改性,提高台布的环保性能、防虫性、耐水性、耐油性、耐化学品性能、使用安全性、耐久性和尺寸稳定性,减少异味,还需要提高台布的韧性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布,包括有底膜、面膜,所述面膜由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC50-54、增塑剂24-28、热稳定剂1-2、润滑剂0.1-0.5、麦饭石50-55、薰衣草精油2-2.5、乙酸乙烯酯25-27、六偏磷酸钠0.3-0.5、木质素磺酸钠0.4-0.6、偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐0.3-0.4、甘氨酸铝12-13、水适量、纳米橡胶粉2-2.5、E-44环氧树脂1.8-2.2、纳米纤维素2-2.5;
所述底膜由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC56-60、增塑剂27-31、热稳定剂1-2、润滑剂0.1-0.5、抗氧化剂1-2、碳酸钙4-5。
所述高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉碎成细度为1200-2000的粉末,投入到单螺杆挤压膨化机中,加入六偏磷酸钠和木质素磺酸钠,设置螺杆转速为200-300r/min,膨化温度为100-120℃,将纳米橡胶粉、E-44环氧树脂、纳米纤维素混合均匀,与薰衣草精油一起加入单螺杆挤压膨化机中,挤压处理5-10min,得到表面改性麦饭石粉;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表面改性麦饭石粉投入到反应釜中,加水搅拌形成分散液,加入甘氨酸铝、乙酸乙烯酯混合搅拌,再加入偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐,搅拌均匀,在80-100℃搅拌反应40-60min,送入高能球磨机中,研磨20-40分钟,干燥粉碎,得到改性麦饭石粉;
(3)将改性麦饭石粉与面膜的其他剩余成分混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成面膜,密炼温度为120-125℃,时间为350-400S,开炼温度为130-135℃;
(4)将底膜的成分原料混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,密炼温度为130-140℃,时间为550-600S,开炼温度为145-155℃;
(5)将底膜和面膜进行贴合,再经压纹、冷却、收卷,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明将麦饭石粉添加在台布的面膜上,能够散发出钙、铁、钠等矿物质,对人体有益,还具有良好的抗菌性、防虫性、耐水性、阻燃性、耐油性和耐化学品性能,提高了台布的使用安全性,经久耐用,而且尺寸稳定;将麦饭石粉膨化再吸附薰衣草精油,再使用乙酸乙烯酯进行包覆,使得薰衣草精油缓慢释放,提神醒脑,抑菌,对人体健康有利,还提高了麦饭石粉与PVD的相容性,提高粘结强度;通过使用E-44环氧树脂、纳米纤维素对纳米橡胶粉进行改性,提高了纳米橡胶粉与PVC的粘结强度,提高了台布的韧性、耐热性,不降低刚性,台布挺括不粘连,耐撕扯。
具体实施方式
一种高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布,包括有底膜、面膜,所述面膜由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:PVC50、增塑剂24、热稳定剂1、润滑剂0.1、麦饭石50、薰衣草精油2、乙酸乙烯酯25、六偏磷酸钠0.3、木质素磺酸钠0.4、偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐0.3、甘氨酸铝12、水适量、纳米橡胶粉2、E-44环氧树脂1.8、纳米纤维素2;
所述底膜由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:PVC56、增塑剂27、热稳定剂1、润滑剂0.1、抗氧化剂1、碳酸钙4。
所述高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉碎成细度为1200的粉末,投入到单螺杆挤压膨化机中,加入六偏磷酸钠和木质素磺酸钠,设置螺杆转速为200r/min,膨化温度为100℃,将纳米橡胶粉、E-44环氧树脂、纳米纤维素混合均匀,与薰衣草精油一起加入单螺杆挤压膨化机中,挤压处理5min,得到表面改性麦饭石粉;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表面改性麦饭石粉投入到反应釜中,加水搅拌形成分散液,加入甘氨酸铝、乙酸乙烯酯混合搅拌,再加入偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐,搅拌均匀,在80℃搅拌反应40min,送入高能球磨机中,研磨20分钟,干燥粉碎,得到改性麦饭石粉;
(3)将改性麦饭石粉与面膜的其他剩余成分混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成面膜,密炼温度为120℃,时间为350S,开炼温度为130℃;
(4)将底膜的成分原料混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,密炼温度为130℃,时间为550S,开炼温度为145℃;
(5)将底膜和面膜进行贴合,再经压纹、冷却、收卷,即得。
实验数据:
经测试该实施例复合塑料的拉伸强度为16.7MPa,断裂伸长率为354%, 200℃热稳定时间为312min,冲击脆化温度为-35℃,热延伸率为204%。

1.一种高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布,包括有底膜、面膜,其特征在于:所述面膜由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC50-54、增塑剂24-28、热稳定剂1-2、润滑剂0.1-0.5、麦饭石50-55、薰衣草精油2-2.5、乙酸乙烯酯25-27、六偏磷酸钠0.3-0.5、木质素磺酸钠0.4-0.6、偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐0.3-0.4、甘氨酸铝12-13、水适量、纳米橡胶粉2-2.5、E-44环氧树脂1.8-2.2、纳米纤维素2-2.5;
所述底膜由下列重量份的原料制成:PVC56-60、增塑剂27-31、热稳定剂1-2、润滑剂0.1-0.5、抗氧化剂1-2、碳酸钙4-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述高韧性麦饭石粉PVC复合台布的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将麦饭石粉碎成细度为1200-2000的粉末,投入到单螺杆挤压膨化机中,加入六偏磷酸钠和木质素磺酸钠,设置螺杆转速为200-300r/min,膨化温度为100-120℃,将纳米橡胶粉、E-44环氧树脂、纳米纤维素混合均匀,与薰衣草精油一起加入单螺杆挤压膨化机中,挤压处理5-10min,得到表面改性麦饭石粉;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的表面改性麦饭石粉投入到反应釜中,加水搅拌形成分散液,加入甘氨酸铝、乙酸乙烯酯混合搅拌,再加入偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐,搅拌均匀,在80-100℃搅拌反应40-60min,送入高能球磨机中,研磨20-40分钟,干燥粉碎,得到改性麦饭石粉;
(3)将改性麦饭石粉与面膜的其他剩余成分混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成面膜,密炼温度为120-125℃,时间为350-400S,开炼温度为130-135℃;
(4)将底膜的成分原料混合,高速搅拌,送入密炼机塑化,再经二次开炼机塑化,经挤出机输送至胶布机进行压延形成底膜,密炼温度为130-140℃,时间为550-600S,开炼温度为145-155℃;
(5)将底膜和面膜进行贴合,再经压纹、冷却、收卷,即得。
