技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料配方。
背景技术
所谓塑料,其实它是合成树脂中的一种,形状跟天然树脂中的松树脂相似,经过化学手段进行人工合成,而被称之为塑料。塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式。聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,聚丙烯塑料无毒,但是现有的聚丙烯塑料使用寿命短,抗老化能力差。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种塑料配方,以克服现有技术中使用寿命短,抗老化能力差的缺陷。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种塑料配方,包括聚丙烯、填充剂、增塑剂、着色剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂和抗静电剂,其按以下重量份数百分比为:聚丙烯75%,填充剂11%,增塑剂10-20%,着色剂0-2%,润滑剂5-10%,热稳定剂0.3-0.8%,抗静电剂3-8%。
进一步,所述热稳定剂0.5%。
进一步,所述着色剂1%。
进一步,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
(三)有益效果
本发明的塑料配方,制造方便容易制备,抗老化能力强,耐磨性好。

实施例一
本发明的一种塑料配方,包括聚丙烯、填充剂、增塑剂、着色剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂和抗静电剂,其按以下重量份数百分比为:聚丙烯75%,填充剂11%,增塑剂10%,着色剂0.5%,润滑剂5%,热稳定剂0.3%,抗静电剂3%。所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
实施例二
一种塑料配方,包括聚丙烯、填充剂、增塑剂、着色剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂和抗静电剂,其按以下重量份数百分比为:聚丙烯75%,填充剂11%,增塑剂15%,着色剂1%,润滑剂12%,热稳定剂0.5%,抗静电剂5%。所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
实施例三
一种塑料配方,包括聚丙烯、填充剂、增塑剂、着色剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂和抗静电剂,其按以下重量份数百分比为:聚丙烯75%,填充剂11%,增塑剂20%,着色剂2%,润滑剂10%,热稳定剂0.8%,抗静电剂8%。
本发明的塑料配方,制造方便容易制备,抗老化能力强。

1.一种塑料配方,其特征在于:包括聚丙烯、填充剂、增塑剂、着色剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂和抗静电剂,其按以下重量份数百分比为:聚丙烯75%,填充剂11%,增塑剂10-20%,着色剂0-2%,润滑剂5-10%,热稳定剂0.3-0.8%,抗静电剂3-8%。

3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述着色剂1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯。
