Abstract
本发明公开了一种电磁阀包装托盘,包括:托盘主体,所述托盘主体各边框上均设置有至少一个卡槽;盖板,所述盖板所述托盘主体固定连接;所述盖板的边框上均设置有与所述卡槽相适配的卡扣。所述包装位至少有两排,所述包装位相邻两排交错排列。所述卡扣与所述卡槽的数量相同。所述包装位的深度与待包装的电磁阀的高度一致。该电磁阀包装托盘,结构简单、设计合理,避免产品的挤压和碰撞,安装位采用对错交叉的方式排列,合理利用托盘内的空间,提高空间利用率,节省材料,降低包装与运输成本;将盖板与托盘主体一体成型,能更有效地起到防潮防尘作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及产品包装技术领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀包装托盘。
背景技术
电磁阀不但能够应用在气动系统中,在油压的系统、水压的系统中也能够得到相同或者类似的应用,其广泛应用于食品、医药、电子等行业中。
由于电磁阀的形状比较规则,其包装方式都为规则排列,即为传统的水平或者垂直放置(如图2所示),以电磁阀支架上的两个孔相连的,组成一条直线,直线水平与地面时即为水平放置;直线垂直于地面时,即为垂直放置。垂直放置虽然拿取方便,但浪费空间,难以有效利用;而水平放置时装箱量大,但由于电磁阀支架突出托盘的高度很小,拿取电磁阀很不方便。
而且,现有电磁阀的包装方式都采用吸塑成型的塑料托盘,这种吸塑托盘中的包装位单向排列,且托盘的包边比较大。因此,这种包装方式虽然可以避免产品的挤压和碰撞,但占用空间大,浪费包装材料,增加包装与运输成本。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,本发明提供了一种结构简单、设计合理、使用方便的电磁阀包装托盘。
为达到上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种电磁阀包装托盘,包括:托盘主体,所述托盘主体呈长方体状,所述托盘主体包括包装位、托盘主体第一边框、托盘主体第二边框、托盘主体第三边框和托盘主体第四边框;所述托盘主体第二边框、所述托盘主体第三边框和所述托盘主体第四边框上均设置有至少一个卡槽;盖板,所述盖板包括盖板第一边框、盖板第二边框、盖板第三边框和盖板第四边框;所述盖板第一边框与所述托盘主体第一边框固定连接;所述盖板第二边框、所述盖板第三边框和所述盖板第四边框上均设置有与所述卡槽相适配的卡扣。
其进一步特征如下:
所述包装位至少有两排,所述包装位相邻两排交错排列。
所述卡扣与所述卡槽的数量相同。
所述包装位的深度与待包装的电磁阀的高度一致。
所述包装位与水平面成一定角度,角度为10°到75°之间。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列有益效果:
(1)提供了一种电磁阀包装托盘,结构简单、设计合理,避免产品的挤压和碰撞,安装位采用对错交叉的方式排列,合理利用托盘内的空间,提高空间利用率,节省材料,降低包装与运输成本;
(2)由于包装位与水平面呈现一定的角度,使得电磁阀和水平面呈现一定的角度,且10°到75°的范围能够保证倾斜后电磁阀的整体高度和原水平放置时相同,确保装箱量和水平放置一致,同时便于电磁阀的拿取;
(3)将盖板与托盘主体一体成型,能更有效地起到防潮防尘作用,使得电磁阀不会受到污染。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明:
参阅图1和图2,一种电磁阀包装托盘,包括:托盘主体1,所述托盘主体1呈长方体状,所述托盘主体1包括包装位12、托盘主体第一边框、托盘主体第二边框、托盘主体第三边框和托盘主体第四边框;所述托盘主体第二边框、所述托盘主体第三边框和所述托盘主体第四边框上均设置有至少一个卡槽11;盖板2,所述盖板2包括盖板第一边框、盖板第二边框、盖板第三边框和盖板第四边框;所述盖板第一边框与所述托盘主体1第一边框固定连接;所述盖板第二边框、所述盖板第三边框和所述盖板第四边框上均设置有与所述卡槽相适配的卡扣21。所述包装位12至少有两排,所述包装位12相邻两排交错排列。所述卡扣21与所述卡槽11的数量相同。所述包装位12的深度与待包装的电磁阀的高度一致。所述包装位12与水平面成一定角度,角度为10°到75°之间,如图3的A处所示。
托盘内的安装位12可以横向排列也可以竖向排列,当安装位12横向排列时,安装位12相邻两排的上排与下排交错排列;当安装位12竖向排列时,安装位12相邻两排的左排与右排交错排列。当托盘主体1内放满待包装的电磁阀后,将盖板2合上并通过卡扣21与托盘主体1卡紧。

1.一种电磁阀包装托盘,其特征在于,包括:
托盘主体,所述托盘主体呈长方体状,所述托盘主体包括包装位、托盘主体第一边框、托盘主体第二边框、托盘主体第三边框和托盘主体第四边框;所述托盘主体第二边框、所述托盘主体第三边框和所述托盘主体第四边框上均设置有至少一个卡槽;和
盖板,所述盖板包括盖板第一边框、盖板第二边框、盖板第三边框和盖板第四边框;所述盖板第一边框与所述托盘主体第一边框固定连接;所述盖板第二边框、所述盖板第三边框和所述盖板第四边框上均设置有与所述卡槽相适配的卡扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁阀包装托盘,其特征在于:所述包装位至少有两排,所述包装位相邻两排交错排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁阀包装托盘,其特征在于:所述卡扣与所述卡槽的数量相同。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电磁阀包装托盘,其特征在于:所述包装位的深度与待包装的电磁阀的高度一致。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁阀包装托盘,其特征在于:所述包装位与水平面成一定角度,角度为10°到75°之间。
