Technical Field

Background
At present, reel type auxiliary materials are commonly adopted as paper used in a world tobacco industry wrapping production line, namely aluminum foil auxiliary materials, the physical characteristics of the reel type auxiliary materials are provided with a crimping rate, however, in a GDX500 packaging machine, when the aluminum foil paper reaches a pre-folding station after passing through a paper guide roller, a printing conveying mechanism and a negative pressure induced draft conveying mechanism, the paper still has larger transverse deformation; in actual production, the aluminum foil paper is blocked due to transverse deformation of the aluminum foil paper caused by temperature and humidity changes and physical factors of the aluminum foil paper in the conveying process. At present, the main methods for solving the fault are replacement of an aluminum foil paper accelerating wheel, adjustment of an aluminum foil paper rib pressing roller, replacement of an aluminum foil paper air suction belt and the like. The accelerating wheel or the air suction belt is replaced, so that the frequency is high, the waste of spare parts is caused, the cost is increased, and a great amount of maintenance time is wasted; the adjusting of the rib pressing roller of the aluminum foil paper not only slightly reduces the transverse deformation of the aluminum foil paper, but also can greatly change the longitudinal deformation of the aluminum foil paper to cause the blockage of the aluminum foil paper.
Disclosure of Invention

Compared with the prior art, the invention can finely adjust or coarsely adjust the feeding quantity of the arc-shaped protruding part such as the ox horn of the shaping sheet through the fine adjustment bolt, the positioning bolt and the buffer fine adjustment spring, and effectively reduce the transverse deformation of the conveying paper such as the aluminum foil paper, thereby obviously reducing the blocking frequency of the aluminum foil paper, saving energy, reducing consumption and improving the product packaging quality and the equipment operation efficiency. In addition, the invention reduces the transverse deformation of the aluminum foil paper through the pure mechanical component, and has reasonable and reliable design, simple structure, low cost, long service life and convenient maintenance.
