the first surfaces of the two L-shaped walls form a box top wall and are equal in width to the outer wall surfaces of the two end walls, the second surfaces of the two L-shaped walls form box side walls and are matched with the inner wall surfaces of the two end walls, the second surfaces are located below the first surfaces, the inner side of the first surface of each L-shaped wall is welded on a shaft, the shaft is located in a semicircular water collecting plate, two ends of each L-shaped wall are respectively arranged on bearings of rectangular baffles on two sides in a penetrating mode, and supporting bars are arranged on the lower sides of two ends of the first surface; and
two pairs of telescopic cylinders, wherein one pair of telescopic cylinders correspondingly pulls one L-shaped wall and is respectively arranged on the two end walls;
when two L-shaped walls pass through the telescopic cylinder cover, the telescopic cylinder cover just encloses a complete truck box with the bottom wall and the two end walls, the upper end of the outer side of the semicircular water collecting plate keeps contact with the lower side of the first surface of the L-shaped wall through water absorbing cotton, and meanwhile, the supporting bars are pressed on the tops of the end walls.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the side-opening type all-wing truck carriage has two outstanding characteristics: the first is a side opening and the second is a flying wing type. The side opening can improve the cargo handling efficiency, and the design of the flying wing type can reduce the size of the space width occupied when the side box wall is unscrewed, so that the side opening type cargo handling device can be used in wide and narrow roadways. The traditional box cover and the box side wall are replaced by an L-shaped wall, a first surface of the L-shaped wall forms a top cover, a second surface of the L-shaped wall forms the box side wall, and then one side of the first surface forming the top cover is hinged to the two end walls through shafts and is controlled to open and close through a telescopic cylinder. Since the space occupation dimension is only a fraction wider than the width of the car when the two L-shaped walls are open, there is an advantage over conventional designs in that it is possible to open into a narrow lane sub-area for cargo handling. Further, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the carriage in rainy days, a corresponding water collecting plate is also arranged. Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the present invention more clear and easy to understand, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description:
referring to fig. 1-2 in conjunction with fig. 3 and 8, the present invention proposes a side-opening flying wing cargo bed comprising: a bottom wall (not shown);
two end walls 100 (one of which is shown) are respectively positioned at two end parts of the bottom wall, two groups of semicircular notches 101 are oppositely formed at the upper ends of the two end walls 100, the two groups of semicircular notches 101 are symmetrically distributed along the center line of the end surfaces, semicircular water collecting plates 110 are respectively bridged on the two groups of semicircular notches 101, the semicircular water collecting plates 110 are higher than the top parts of the end walls and are integrally connected through a transverse plate 120, the outer end surfaces of the transverse plate 120 and the two semicircular water collecting plates 110 are level with the outer wall surfaces of the end walls, a rectangular baffle 140 which is tightly welded with the outer end surfaces of the transverse plate 120 and the two semicircular water collecting plates 110 is also arranged at the outer sides of the two end walls, and a pair of bearings (not shown) corresponding to the two semicircular water collecting plates 110 are arranged at the inner sides of the rectangular baffle 140;
the two L-shaped walls 200, the first surfaces 201 of the two L-shaped walls form a tank top wall and are the same in width with the outer wall surfaces of the two end walls 100, the second surfaces 202 of the two L-shaped walls form a tank side wall and are matched with the inner wall surfaces of the two end walls 100 (which are favorable for being locked by a locking mechanism, which is described later), the second surfaces 202 are positioned below the first surfaces 201, the inner side of the first surfaces 201 of each L-shaped wall is welded on a shaft 210, the shaft 210 is positioned in the semicircular water collecting plate 110, two ends of the shaft 210 respectively penetrate through bearings of the rectangular baffle plates 140 at two sides, and the support bars 201a are arranged at the lower sides of two ends of the first surfaces of the two L-shaped walls 200; and two pairs of telescopic cylinders 300, one pair of telescopic cylinders 300 drawing one L-shaped wall 200 and being provided separately on the two end walls 100; when both the L-shaped walls 200 are covered by the telescopic cylinders 300, the two L-shaped walls are just enclosed with the bottom wall and the two end walls 100 to form a complete truck box (as shown in figure 1), and the upper end of the outer side of the semicircular water collecting plate 110 is kept in contact with the lower side of the first surface 201 of the L-shaped walls 200 by the absorbent cotton 131, and meanwhile, the supporting strips 201a are pressed on the top of the end walls 100, so that a gap generated between the first surface of the L-shaped walls and the top of the end walls due to the semicircular water collecting plate is blocked.
Wherein the length of the supporting bar 201a is adapted to the distance from the outer side of the semicircular water collecting plate 110 to the end of the end wall. Meanwhile, the supporting bar 201a may preferably adopt a waterproof bar. The positions of the pair of bearings on the rectangular baffle plates are preferably positioned in the projection of the two semicircular water collecting plates, so that the water leakage phenomenon is prevented. It is also preferable that the outer side edge of the semicircular water collecting plate is higher than the transverse plate to which the inner side is connected, thereby enhancing the water collecting ability.
In the scheme, the side-opening type all-wing aircraft type truck carriage provided by the invention has two outstanding characteristics: the first is a side opening and the second is a flying wing type. The side opening can improve the cargo handling efficiency, and the design of the flying wing type can reduce the size of the space width occupied when the side box wall is unscrewed, so that the side opening type cargo handling device can be used in wide and narrow roadways. Specifically, the conventional case cover and the case side wall are replaced by an L-shaped wall 200, a first surface 201 of the L-shaped wall 200 forms a top cover, a second surface 202 of the L-shaped wall 200 forms a case side wall, and then the first surface side of the L-shaped wall forming the top cover is hinged to the two end walls 100 through a shaft 210, and is controlled to open and close through a telescopic cylinder 300. Since the two L-shaped walls 200 are open with the space occupation dimension being only a fraction wider than the width of the car, there is an advantage over conventional designs in that they can be opened into a narrow lane sub-area for cargo handling. Further, in order to prevent rainwater from entering the carriage in rainy days, a corresponding water receiving plate is also arranged.
The above-mentioned water collecting plate is designed as shown in fig. 3, and mainly includes two semicircular water collecting plates 110 and a transverse plate 120 connected to the inner sides of the two semicircular water collecting plates 110. When the truck walks in a rainy day, the semicircular water collecting plate 110 can temporarily store rainwater, and the upper end of the semicircular water collecting plate is kept in contact with the L-shaped wall 200 through the absorbent cotton when the L-shaped wall 200 is covered, so that rainwater is ensured not to infiltrate into the interior of the truck box.
In order to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the inside of the case from the gap between the support bar 201a and the top of the end wall 100 in the rainy day, the present invention may provide a waterproof measure such as adding a sealing strip between the support bar and the top of the end wall. Also, waterproof plates 102 may be disposed at both sides of the rectangular barrier, referring to fig. 1 and 7. When the two L-shaped walls 200 are covered, the flashing 102 just shields the gap between the support bar 201a and the top of the end wall 100.
Further, a drain pipe (not shown) is provided at the bottom of the semicircular water collecting plate 110, and a water outlet of the drain pipe protrudes from the end wall 100. Namely, in heavy rainy days, the rainwater sprayed to the water receiving plate at the top of the wagon box can be discharged outwards by utilizing the drain pipe. The drain pipe can be provided with a drain header pipe, and then a row of drain holes are formed in the bottom of the semicircular water collecting plate 110 along the axial direction 210, and the row of drain holes are communicated to the drain header pipe, so that the outward drain efficiency is quickened.
As a further implementation detail of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-2 and in combination with fig. 4-6, the end wall 100 is also provided on both sides thereof with a locking mechanism 150 for locking the L-shaped wall 200; the locking mechanism 150 includes an omega-shaped fixed body 151 and an L-shaped rotating rod 152 rotatably provided in the omega-shaped fixed body 151, the L-shaped rotating rod 152 being provided with a stopper ring 152b at an outer end of a first rod portion 152a inserted into the omega-shaped fixed body 151. Correspondingly, a semicircular locking plate for screwing in the second rod portion 152c of the L-shaped rotating rod 152 is arranged outside the second surface 202 of the L-shaped wall 200; the method comprises the following steps:
the second face 202 of the L-shaped wall 200 is provided with a U-shaped slot in which the spring is disposed, and the semicircular locking plate is attached to the spring, as shown in FIG. 6.
When the L-shaped wall 200 is covered, the side wall can be locked simply and quickly by rotating the L-shaped rotating rod 152 and screwing the second rod portion 152c of the L-shaped rotating rod 152 into the semicircular locking plate 220. The semicircular lock plate 220 receives the rotation of the second rod portion 152c of the L-shaped rotating rod 152 under the action of the spring, and the semicircular lock plate 220 is tightly attached to the second rod portion 152c of the L-shaped rotating rod 152 under the action of the spring. Preferably, a plurality of sets of the locking mechanisms 150 are provided on each side of the end wall 100 to mate with a plurality of sets of semi-circular locking plates 220 provided on the outside of the second face 202 of the L-shaped wall 200. As can be seen from fig. 1 or 2, a plurality of sets of locking mechanisms 150 are provided.
Finally, it is noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention, which is intended to be covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention.
