Abstract
本发明公开了一种减震缓冲金属制板,包括耐磨层、抗氧化层、第一金属板、中部减震缓冲层、第二金属板,所述耐磨层、抗氧化层、第一金属板、中部减震缓冲层、第二金属板自上而下依次设置,在所述第一金属板的下部板体面以及第二金属板的上部板体面上均设有多个不规则分布凸起,所述中部减震缓冲层包括由减震材料制成的减震板,在所述减震板的上表面以及下表面均设有多个与凸起配合的凹槽结构。所述减震缓冲金属制板有效保证了金属板本身的强度以及韧性,而且还具有较好的减震缓冲效果,且整体结构简单,实用性高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种减震缓冲金属制板,涉及金属制品技术领域。
背景技术:
目前对于一些特殊场合使用的金属制板,尤其是需要与外部环境接触并可能存在挤压或冲撞的场合时,需要一些特殊的金属纸板,继而延长在挤压或撞击的过程中的力的直接传递过程,避免对板体内的人员或设备造成损害,而目前大部分的金属制板并不能满足这种要求,因而,现有的金属制板适用性不高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,制作方便且具有较好减震缓冲效果的金属制板。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种减震缓冲金属制板,包括耐磨层、抗氧化层、第一金属板、中部减震缓冲层、第二金属板,所述耐磨层、抗氧化层、第一金属板、中部减震缓冲层、第二金属板自上而下依次设置,在所述第一金属板的下部板体面以及第二金属板的上部板体面上均设有多个不规则分布的凸起,所述中部减震缓冲层包括由减震材料制成的减震板,在所述减震板的上表面以及下表面均设有多个与凸起配合的凹槽结构。
作为优选,在所述第一金属板与减震板之间、第二金属板与减震板之间均设有黏胶层。
作为优选,所述减震板的板体上设有多个贯通板体的通孔。
作为优选,在所述通孔内设有与其配合的压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的上下端分别与第一金属板的下表面、第二金属板的上表面抵靠接触。
作为优选,所述减震板设置为珍珠棉或者减震橡胶。
作为优选,所述减震板的厚度设置为2mm-3mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:所述减震缓冲金属制板通过在两层金属板之间设置减震缓冲结构,因而不仅有效保证了金属板本身的强度以及韧性,而且还具有较好的减震缓冲效果,且整体结构简单,制作简单方便快捷,因而具有较高的实用性,适合推广应用。

具体实施方式:
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围:
如图1至图3所示的一种减震缓冲金属制板,包括耐磨层1、抗氧化层2、第一金属板3、中部减震缓冲层4、第二金属板5,所述耐磨层1、抗氧化层2、第一金属板3、中部减震缓冲层4、第二金属板5自上而下依次设置,在所述第一金属板3的下部板体面以及第二金属板5的上部板体面上均设有多个不规则分布的凸起7,所述中部减震缓冲层4包括由减震材料制成的减震板41,作为优选实施方案,所述减震板41设置为珍珠棉或者减震橡胶,且为在最大化提高减震效果的同时还能有效保证整体的外观效果,所述减震板41的厚度设置为2mm-3mm。
在所述减震板41的上表面以及下表面均设有多个与凸起7配合的凹槽结构8。
为增强整体结构的稳定性以及结构强度,在所述第一金属板3与减震板41之间、第二金属板5与减震板41之间均设有黏胶层。
而为提高减震板的减震缓冲过程中的减震效果,降低金属纸板内部的气压对减震过程的影响,所述减震板41的板体上设有多个贯通板体的通孔9。
另外,为进一步提高减震效果,作为优选实施方案,在所述通孔9内设有与其配合的压缩弹簧10,所述压缩弹簧10的上下端分别与第一金属板3的下表面、第二金属板5的上表面抵靠接触,通过减震弹簧有效提高缓冲效果且结构稳定性更高。
上述减震缓冲金属制板通过在两层金属板之间设置减震缓冲结构,因而不仅有效保证了金属板本身的强度以及韧性,而且还具有较好的减震缓冲效果,且整体结构简单,制作简单方便快捷,实用性高。
需要强调的是:以上仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:包括耐磨层(1)、抗氧化层(2)、第一金属板(3)、中部减震缓冲层(4)、第二金属板(5),所述耐磨层(1)、抗氧化层(2)、第一金属板(3)、中部减震缓冲层(4)、第二金属板(5)自上而下依次设置,在所述第一金属板(3)的下部板体面以及第二金属板(5)的上部板体面上均设有多个不规则分布的凸起(7),所述中部减震缓冲层(4)包括由减震材料制成的减震板(41),在所述减震板(41)的上表面以及下表面均设有多个与凸起(7)配合的凹槽结构(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:在所述第一金属板(3)与减震板(41)之间、第二金属板(5)与减震板(41)之间均设有黏胶层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:所述减震板(41)的板体上设有多个贯通板体的通孔(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:在所述通孔(9)内设有与其配合的压缩弹簧(10),所述压缩弹簧(10)的上下端分别与第一金属板(3)的下表面、第二金属板(5)的上表面抵靠接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:所述减震板(41)设置为珍珠棉或者减震橡胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震缓冲金属制板,其特征在于:所述减震板(41)的厚度设置为2mm-3mm。
