本发明涉及一种台式切割机，包括机架以及切割装置，所述机架上设有切割装置，所述切割装置包括切割片以及切割机罩，所述切割机罩下端两侧均设有废料口，所述切割片设置在切割机罩内，所述切割片两侧对称设有除尘装置，所述除尘装置包括固定杆、挡板、除尘刷以及吸尘装置，所述固定杆与机架相连，所述固定杆从上到下依次设有挡板以及除尘刷，所述吸尘装置包括吸尘管道、抽风机以及吸尘器，所述吸尘管道倾斜设置在切割机罩左侧壁上，所述吸尘管道一端设置在废料口内，所述吸尘管道通过抽风机与吸尘器相连，所述吸尘管道上端设有至少两个吸尘进料口；本发明是一种结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、成本低廉的一种台式切割机。

一种台式切割机
技术领域
本发明涉及切割机切割领域，具体说涉及一种台式切割机。
背景技术
在机械加工以及建筑装修过程中，不可避免的需要使用切割机进行切割，原料在切割的过程中，会产生一定的废屑，因此在切割的过程中会使废屑、粉尘到处飞扬，会对环境造成严重的污染，而且也对工人带来一定的影响，严重危害到工人的健康，切割机在切割的过程中，一部分废屑护落入防尘机罩内，从而使防尘机罩内的灰尘积压过多，因此会对切割片的工作产生一定的影响，进行清洗时，需要将台式切割机停止作业，并对切割机进行清洗，这样对工作效率产生一定的影响，而且长期的灰尘堵塞对切割机有一定的影响，严重缩短了切割机的使用寿命，现有企业也采取了一定的外部措施来防止粉尘的飞扬，减少粉尘量，虽然对粉尘飞扬的状况有了一定的缓解，但是无法对粉尘实行有效的控制。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的不足，提供了一种台式切割机，以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种台式切割机，其特征在于：包括机架以及切割装置，所述机架上设有切割装置，所述切割装置包括切割片以及切割机罩，所述切割机罩下端两侧均设有废料口，所述切割片设置在切割机罩内，所述切割片两侧对称设有除尘装置，所述除尘装置包括固定杆、挡板、除尘刷以及吸尘装置，所述固定杆与机架相连，所述固定杆从上到下依次设有挡板以及除尘刷，所述吸尘装置包括吸尘管道、抽风机以及吸尘器，所述吸尘管道倾斜设置在切割机罩左侧壁上，所述吸尘管道一端设置在废料口内，所述吸尘管道通过抽风机与吸尘器相连，所述吸尘管道上端设有至少两个吸尘进料口。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述挡板倾斜设置在固定杆上。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述挡板与固定杆之间的夹角为30-60°。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述进料管道内设有过滤网。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述吸尘管道与切割机罩左侧壁的之间的夹角为30-55°。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述除尘刷包括刷头以及除尘杆，所述刷头通过除尘杆与固定杆相连，所述除尘杆上设有伸缩装置。
由于采用了以上技术，本发明较现有技术相比，具有的有益效果如下：
本发明是一种结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、成本低廉的一种台式切割机，本发明中设有除尘刷，可以对切割片上的废屑进行及时刷洗，可以有效除去切割片上的粉尘，有效提高了切割效率；本发明中设有吸尘装置，可以对切割机罩内的废屑进行吸收，可以有效防止切割机罩内的灰尘堆积过大而对切割机产生一定的影响。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式，进一步阐明本发明。
结合附图可见，一种台式切割机，包括机架1以及切割装置2，所述机架1上设有切割装置2，所述切割装置2包括切割片3以及切割机罩4，所述切割机罩4下端两侧均设有废料口5，所述切割片3设置在切割机罩4内，所述切割片3两侧对称设有除尘装置6，所述除尘装置6包括固定杆7、挡板8、除尘刷9以及吸尘装置10，所述固定杆7与机架1相连，所述固定杆7从上到下依次设有挡板8以及除尘刷9，所述吸尘装置10包括吸尘管道11、抽风机12以及吸尘器13，所述吸尘管道11倾斜设置在切割机罩4左侧壁上，所述吸尘管道11一端设置在废料口5内，所述吸尘管道11通过抽风机12与吸尘器13相连，所述吸尘管道11上端设有至少两个吸尘进料口14。
所述吸尘管道11一端设置在废料口5内，所述吸尘管道11另一端为密封状态。
左侧壁上的吸尘管道11倾斜设置在切割机罩4左侧壁上，右侧壁上的吸尘管道11倾斜设置在切割机罩4右侧壁上，所述左侧壁上的吸尘管道11与切割机罩4左侧壁的之间的夹角为30-55°，右侧壁上的吸尘管道11与切割机罩4右侧壁的之间的夹角为30-55°，可以使落入吸尘管道11内的灰尘快速滑落，并通过吸尘器13进行吸收，有效提高了工作效率，节约了时间。
所述挡板8倾斜设置在固定杆7上，所述挡板8与固定杆7之间的夹角为30-60°，可以有效防止切割片3在工作的过程中，废屑向切割机罩4上端飞去，可以对废屑有一定的阻挡作用，可以使废屑受到挡板8的阻力后，向下滑落，并快速落入吸尘管道11内。
吸尘管道11的直径与切割机罩4宽度相同，可以对废屑进行有效的吸收；挡板8的宽度与切割机罩4宽度相同。
所述进料管道内设有过滤网15，可以对落入吸尘管道11内的灰尘进行过滤，可以有效防止较大灰尘颗粒堵塞管道。
所述除尘刷9包括刷头以及除尘杆，所述刷头通过除尘杆与固定杆7相连，所述除尘杆上设有伸缩装置16，可以对刷头的位置进行及时调节，使刷头靠近切割片3，并对切割片3上的灰尘进行清除，有效提高了效率。
本发明，具体使用过程如下：启动切割装置2、除尘刷9以及吸尘装置10，通过调整除尘杆上的伸缩装置16，从而将切割片3两端的刷头靠近切割片3上，切割片3在进行工作的过程中会产生一定废屑，当切割片3旋转至切割机罩4内部时，刷头对切割片3上的灰尘进行刷洗，抽风机12将切割机罩4内部的废屑进行吸收，切割机罩4内部的灰尘通过吸尘进料口14进入吸尘管道11内，并通过吸尘管道11内的过滤网15进行初步过滤后，将过滤后的灰尘送入至吸尘器13内，从而有效实现了对切割机罩4内部的灰尘进行除尘；当过滤网15内部的较大颗粒堆积较多时，可以停止切割机工作，并将吸尘管道11拆卸下来进行清洗。

1.一种台式切割机，其特征在于：包括机架以及切割装置，所述机架上设有切割装置，所述切割装置包括切割片以及切割机罩，所述切割机罩下端两侧均设有废料口，所述切割片设置在切割机罩内，所述切割片两侧对称设有除尘装置，所述除尘装置包括固定杆、挡板、除尘刷以及吸尘装置，所述固定杆与机架相连，所述固定杆从上到下依次设有挡板以及除尘刷，所述吸尘装置包括吸尘管道、抽风机以及吸尘器，所述吸尘管道倾斜设置在切割机罩左侧壁上，所述吸尘管道一端设置在废料口内，所述吸尘管道通过抽风机与吸尘器相连，所述吸尘管道上端设有至少两个吸尘进料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种台式切割机，其特征在于：所述挡板倾斜设置在固定杆上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种台式切割机，其特征在于：所述挡板与固定杆之间的夹角为30-60°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种台式切割机，其特征在于：所述进料管道内设有过滤网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种台式切割机，其特征在于：所述吸尘管道与切割机罩左侧壁的之间的夹角为30-55°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种台式切割机，其特征在于：所述除尘刷包括刷头以及除尘杆，所述刷头通过除尘杆与固定杆相连，所述除尘杆上设有伸缩装置。
