Background

(3) stirring the putty: putting a fixing device connecting piece into a mould, uniformly stirring the proportionally prepared putty by using a paint mixing ruler, and putting a component of the fixing device into the mould in advance;
(4) adding the mixed putty into some local assemblies of magnetic pads or suckers in the grinding tool;
(5) preliminary drying and trimming local assembly flash: drying the putty in the mould for 8 minutes, taking the component out of the mould, and trimming the flash on the component by using a trimming and polishing tool;
(6) secondary drying: drying the trimmed components again by using an infrared baking lamp;
(7) spraying by using a spray pen: firstly, shielding the component part, spraying partial colored paint, spraying the colored paint twice, spraying the colored paint once in a virtual spraying way and spraying the colored paint once in a real spraying way, spraying the colored paint at other parts in the same way, and finally spraying varnish, wherein the varnish needs to be sprayed twice, and the spraying is performed once in a virtual spraying way and the spraying is performed once in a real spraying way;
(8) and (3) final drying: drying all the components for 12 h;
(9) combining the partial components into a body: and assembling and fastening the sprayed components together in sequence.
Further, in the step (2), the blending ratio of the atomic ash to the curing agent is 100:3+ 8%.
Further, the baking distance between the infrared baking lamp and the component is 80-100cm, the temperature is 75-90 ℃, and the baking time is 15 minutes; and naturally drying for 2 h.
After the method is adopted, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the automobile putty is made of the material, so that the cost is low, the hardness is high, and the automobile putty is not easy to crush;
2. the parts are manufactured separately and then assembled. The mold is simple to manufacture and suitable for mass production;

(1) cleaning a mold: cleaning with 352-91 cleaning brush;
(2) blending the putty: the atomic ash and the curing agent are mixed according to a certain proportion, and through repeated comparison and experiments, the optimal mixing proportion between the atomic ash and the curing agent is 100:3+8% from the actual use condition.
(3) Stirring, namely putty: putting a fixing device connecting piece into a mould, uniformly stirring the proportionally prepared putty by using a paint mixing ruler, and putting a component of the fixing device into the mould in advance;
(4) adding the mixed putty into some local assemblies of magnetic pads or suckers in the grinding tool;
(5) preliminary drying and trimming local assembly flash: drying the putty in the mould for 8 minutes, taking the component out of the mould, and trimming the flash on the component by using a trimming and polishing tool;
(6) secondary drying: drying the trimmed components again by using an infrared baking lamp; in practical use, the infrared baking lamp is preferably 80-100cm away from the component, the temperature is preferably controlled at 75-90 deg.C, the baking time is 15 min, and then the product is naturally dried for 2 h.
(7) Spraying by using a spray pen: firstly, shielding the component part, spraying partial colored paint, spraying the colored paint twice, spraying the colored paint once in a virtual spraying way and spraying the colored paint once in a real spraying way, spraying the colored paint at other parts in the same way, and finally spraying varnish, wherein the varnish needs to be sprayed twice, and the spraying is performed once in a virtual spraying way and the spraying is performed once in a real spraying way;
(8) and (3) final drying: drying all the components for 12 h;
(9) combining the partial components into a body: and assembling and fastening the sprayed components together in sequence.
The method of the invention mainly uses the automobile putty as the material, has low cost, high hardness and is not easy to break, and the automobile putty is manufactured in parts and then assembled, the mold is simple to manufacture, and is suitable for mass production; from the result of use, the sub-package realizes meticulous air brushing more easily.
