技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,特别涉及一种用于点胶装置的喷胶机构。
背景技术
在点胶装置中,喷胶机构的喷胶流量大小的控制对喷胶质量影响较大,现有技术中,喷胶机构的喷胶流量大小大多数采用人工调整,其控制量不够精确,导致喷胶成品率较低,有鉴于此,实有必要开发一种用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提供一种用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,其能够实施监控喷胶机构的喷胶流量,并对喷胶流量进行精确控制,从而提高喷胶成品率。
为了实现根据本发明的上述目的和其他优点,提供了一种用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,包括:
控制系统;
喷胶导轨;
设于所述喷胶导轨上的喷胶安装座;以及
安装于所述喷胶安装座上的喷胶针筒,
其中,所述喷胶针筒的喷嘴处设有用于控制喷嘴喷胶流量的喷胶电磁阀,所述喷胶电磁阀与所述控制系统电连接。
优选的是,还包括安装座驱动器,所述安装座在该安装座驱动器的驱动下可沿所述喷胶导轨选择性升降,所述安装座驱动器与所述控制系统电连接。
优选的是,所述喷胶安装座上固接有L字形的连接座,所述喷胶针筒及喷胶电磁阀通过所述连接座与所述喷胶安装座相固接。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:其能够实施监控喷胶机构的喷胶流量,并对喷胶流量进行精确控制,从而提高喷胶成品率。

参照图1,用于点胶装置的喷胶机构150包括:
控制系统;
喷胶导轨151;
设于喷胶导轨151上的喷胶安装座152;以及
安装于喷胶安装座152上的喷胶针筒154,
其中,喷胶针筒154的喷嘴处设有用于控制喷嘴喷胶流量的喷胶电磁阀155,喷胶电磁阀155与所述控制系统电连接。
参照图1,用于点胶装置的喷胶机构150还包括安装座驱动器,安装座152在该安装座驱动器的驱动下可沿喷胶导轨151选择性升降,所述安装座驱动器与所述控制系统电连接。
参照图1,喷胶安装座152上固接有L字形的连接座153,喷胶针筒154及喷胶电磁阀155通过连接座153与喷胶安装座152相固接。

1.一种用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,其特征在于,包括:
控制系统;
喷胶导轨;
设于所述喷胶导轨上的喷胶安装座;以及
安装于所述喷胶安装座上的喷胶针筒,
其中,所述喷胶针筒的喷嘴处设有用于控制喷嘴喷胶流量的喷胶电磁阀,所述喷胶电磁阀与所述控制系统电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,其特征在于,还包括安装座驱动器,所述安装座在该安装座驱动器的驱动下可沿所述喷胶导轨选择性升降,所述安装座驱动器与所述控制系统电连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于点胶装置的喷胶机构,其特征在于,所述喷胶安装座上固接有L字形的连接座,所述喷胶针筒及喷胶电磁阀通过所述连接座与所述喷胶安装座相固接。
