Abstract
本发明公开了一种卧拉式健身器，包含一纵向设置的“A”字形的主支架和一水平设置的长条状的引导轨条，所述的引导轨条的末端设有一座椅位，所述的主支架上设有一对平行设置的引导滑杆，所述的引导滑杆之间设有一可纵向滑动的配置块，所述的主支架的顶部设有一上滑轮，所述的主支架的底部设有一下滑轮，所述的座椅位上设有一主滑轮，所述的引导轨条上设有一可滑动的滑动座，所述的滑动座上设有一可拆卸的滑动块，所述的主滑轮、下滑轮和上滑轮通过一牵引钢丝相连接。使用时，使用者直接坐到座椅位上，然后利用双脚直接推动滑动块的脚蹬，通过主滑轮、下滑轮和上滑轮，配置块沿着引导滑杆上行，对使用者的腿部肌肉得到有效锻炼。

本发明涉及一种健身器材，更确切地说，是一种卧拉式健身器。
背景技术
常见的健身器一般需要健身者站立使用，对于残疾人或上肢不便的人，几乎无法使用。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种卧拉式健身器。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种卧拉式健身器，其特征在于，所述的卧拉式健身器包含一纵向设置的“A”字形的主支架和一水平设置的长条状的引导轨条，所述的引导轨条的末端设有一座椅位，所述的主支架上设有一对平行设置的引导滑杆，所述的引导滑杆之间设有一可纵向滑动的配置块，所述的主支架的顶部设有一上滑轮，所述的主支架的底部设有一下滑轮，所述的座椅位上设有一主滑轮，所述的引导轨条上设有一可滑动的滑动座，所述的滑动座上设有一可拆卸的滑动块，所述的主滑轮、下滑轮和上滑轮通过一牵引钢丝相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的滑动座上设有四个第一连接圆孔，所述的滑动块包含一方块状的滑动主体，所述的滑动主体的两侧分别设有一脚蹬，所述的滑动主体的顶部设有一钢丝开槽，所述的钢丝开槽的顶部设有一“U”字形的连接弯头，所述的滑动主体上设有四个贯穿的第二连接圆孔，所述的滑动主体的底部设有一贯穿的绳孔，所述的第二连接圆孔与第一连接圆孔分别通过一连接螺钉相连接，所述的牵引钢丝的末端与所述的连接弯头相连接，所述的牵引钢丝贯穿所述的绳孔。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的滑动块为不锈钢制成。
本发明的卧拉式健身器具有以下优点：使用时，使用者直接坐到座椅位上，然后利用双脚直接推动滑动块的脚蹬，通过主滑轮、下滑轮和上滑轮，配置块沿着引导滑杆上行，对使用者的腿部肌肉得到有效锻炼。利用引导轨条和滑动座，踩动轻松。另外，使用者可以自由调节配置块，适合不同人群的锻炼需求。该卧拉式健身器结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。

如图1至图4所示，该卧拉式健身器1包含一纵向设置的“A”字形的主支架2和一水平设置的长条状的引导轨条3，该引导轨条3的末端设有一座椅位4，该主支架2上设有一对平行设置的引导滑杆5，该引导滑杆5之间设有一可纵向滑动的配置块6，该主支架2的顶部设有一上滑轮9，该主支架2的底部设有一下滑轮8，该座椅位4上设有一主滑轮7，该引导轨条3上设有一可滑动的滑动座13，该滑动座13上设有一可拆卸的滑动块11，该主滑轮7、下滑轮8和上滑轮9通过一牵引钢丝10相连接。
该滑动座13上设有四个第一连接圆孔131，该滑动块11包含一方块状的滑动主体111，该滑动主体111的两侧分别设有一脚蹬112，该滑动主体111的顶部设有一钢丝开槽113，该钢丝开槽113的顶部设有一“U”字形的连接弯头115，该滑动主体111上设有四个贯穿的第二连接圆孔116，该滑动主体111的底部设有一贯穿的绳孔114，该第二连接圆孔116与第一连接圆孔131分别通过一连接螺钉12相连接，该牵引钢丝10的末端与该连接弯头115相连接，该牵引钢丝10贯穿该绳孔114。
该滑动块11为不锈钢制成。
使用时，如图1和图2所示，使用者直接坐到座椅位4上，然后利用双脚直接推动滑动块11的脚蹬112，通过主滑轮7、下滑轮8和上滑轮9，配置块6沿着引导滑杆5上行，对使用者的腿部肌肉得到有效锻炼。利用引导轨条3和滑动座13，踩动轻松。另外，使用者可以自由调节配置块6，适合不同人群的锻炼需求，特别是上肢不便的残疾人。
由于牵引钢丝10贯穿该绳孔114，牵引钢丝10不易颤动，静音舒适。
该卧拉式健身器结构简单，效果明显，成本低廉，实用性强。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
