本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,一种双头椎体扩张器,包括三通接头、导管、支撑丝和球囊,所述导管安装在所述三通接头的一端,所述导管底部设置有两个支管,两个支管的端部设置有所述球囊,所述球囊与所述支管内腔连通,两个所述支管上均设置有限位标志环,所述支撑丝活动设置在所述支管内。有益效果:本申请中设置了两个支管,能够同时对椎体两侧进行插入,而且X光片可同时观察两个球囊的大小和位置,不需要分别进行X光辐射,可减少辐射次数,手术流程、时间缩短,节省人力,手术费用得到降低。

双头椎体扩张器
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,尤其涉及一种双头椎体扩张器。
背景技术
我国人口老龄化日趋严重,骨质疏松及其引发的椎体压缩性骨折患者逐年增加,高龄人群对预期寿命和生活质量的不断追求、居民收入水平的不断增加,使得选择椎体成形微创介入手术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的病人越来越多。椎体扩张器适于椎体成形器械联合使用,主要用于做经球囊扩张后凸成形手术时,扩张椎体形成空腔,以便注入骨水泥恢复、稳定椎体。
在手术过程中一般要在椎体内形成两个空腔,以使骨水泥充满椎体内部,即现在椎体一侧插入扩张器,形成空腔后,再在另一侧插入扩张器形成另一个空腔,且每次都要经X光片中观察球囊膨胀的大小,以及位置等,辐射次数较多,不能同时进行手术流程较长,医生容易疲劳,而且手术费用较高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的利用传统椎体扩张器进行手术时手术流程较长的缺陷,本发明提供一种双头椎体扩张器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种双头椎体扩张器,包括三通接头、导管、支撑丝和球囊,所述导管安装在所述三通接头的一端,所述导管底部设置有两个支管,两个支管的端部设置有所述球囊,所述球囊与所述支管内腔连通,两个所述支管上均设置有限位标志环,所述支撑丝活动设置在所述支管内。
进一步地,所述的三通接头呈Y型,所述的三通接头包括直接头和位于所述直接头一侧的侧接头,所述的导管固定设置在所述直接头一端,所述支撑丝依次穿过所述直接头和导管,且一端延伸至所述支管的底部。侧接头用于与外部加压泵连接。
进一步地,为使得支撑丝能够顺畅进入支管,所述的支管与所述导管连接处圆滑过渡。
进一步地,两个所述的支管与所述导管连接处交汇于所述导管的一端。
作为优选,为避免两根支撑丝进入同一个支管,两个所述支管与所述导管连接处位置不同。
作为优选,所述的直接头内设置有两个分别延伸至两个所述支管的通道,所述直接头、导管以及支管与通道之间均具有间隙,所述的侧接头通过所述间隙与所述支管连通。利用通道能够将有效将支撑丝导入相应的支管内,导入方便,不会出现两根支撑丝进入同一个支管内。
作为优选,为避免球囊抽真空后进入空气,保证球囊内的负压状态,所述的直接头一端和所述侧接头一端均设置有单向阀。
有益效果:本申请中设置了两个支管,能够同时对椎体两侧进行插入,而且X光片可同时观察两个球囊的大小和位置,不需要分别进行X光辐射,可减少辐射次数,手术流程、时间缩短,节省人力,手术费用得到降低。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,一种双头椎体扩张器,包括三通接头、导管3、支撑丝(图中未示出)和球囊5;所述的三通接头呈Y型,所述的三通接头包括直接头1和位于所述直接头1一侧的侧接头2,所述的直接头1一端和所述侧接头2一端均设置有单向阀,所述的导管3固定设置在所述直接头1一端,所述导管3底部设置有两个支管4,且两个所述的支管4与所述导管3连接处交汇于所述导管3的一端,所述的支管4与所述导管3连接处圆滑过渡,两个支管4的端部设置有所述球囊5,所述球囊5与所述支管4内腔连通,两个所述支管4上均设置有限位标志环6,所述支撑丝依次穿过所述直接头1和导管3,且一端延伸至所述支管4的底部;
使用时,首先将支撑丝插入支管4内,通过侧接头2将球囊5内抽真空,然后将两个支管4同时置入椎体的两侧,用X线机透视球囊5在椎体中的位置,放置准确位置后,打开直接头1一端,抽出支撑丝,关闭直接头1一端,将侧接头2连接加压泵,向球囊5注入造影剂,并不时检测球囊5内压力值,球囊5扩张至手术要求程度,停止加压泵工作,球囊5停止扩张,然后对球囊5抽真空并从椎体内移除支管4。
实施例2
如图2所示,与实施例1区别在于:所述的直接头1内设置有两个分别延伸至两个所述支管4的通道7,所述直接头1、导管3以及支管4与通道7之间均具有间隙,所述的侧接头2通过所述间隙与所述支管4连通。其他结构同实施例1。通道7的设置便于在支管4中插入支撑丝,避免两个支撑丝进入同一个支管4中,操作方便,防止误操作。
实施例3
如图3所示,与实施例1区别在于:两个所述支管4与所述导管3连接处位置不同。其他结构同实施例1。此种设置不需要设置实施例2中的通道7结构,在插入支撑丝时只需在导管3与相应支管4连接处折弯,即可顺利插入,结构简单,操作方便,成本低。

1.一种双头椎体扩张器,其特征在于:包括三通接头、导管(3)、支撑丝和球囊(5),所述导管(3)安装在所述三通接头的一端,所述导管(3)底部设置有两个支管(4),两个支管(4)的端部均设置有所述球囊(5),两个所述球囊(5)之间间隔开,两个所述支管(4)能够同时对椎体两侧进行插入,所述球囊(5)与所述支管(4)内腔连通,两个所述支管(4)上均设置有限位标志环(6),所述支撑丝活动设置在所述支管(4)内;所述的三通接头呈Y型,所述的三通接头包括直接头(1)和位于所述直接头(1)一侧的侧接头(2),所述的导管(3)固定设置在所述直接头(1)一端,所述支撑丝依次穿过所述直接头(1)和导管(3),且一端延伸至所述支管(4)的底部;所述的支管(4)与所述导管(3)连接处圆滑过渡;两个所述的支管(4)与所述导管(3)连接处交汇于所述导管(3)的一端;所述的直接头(1)内设置有两个分别延伸至两个所述支管(4)的通道(7),所述直接头(1)、导管(3)以及支管(4)与通道(7)之间均具有间隙,所述的侧接头(2)通过所述间隙与所述支管(4)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双头椎体扩张器,其特征在于:所述的直接头(1)一端和所述侧接头(2)一端均设置有单向阀。
