Abstract
An improved tooth pad is characterized in that a silica gel baffle is arranged on the inner side of a clamping edge of the tooth pad on an occlusion part, a tangential left hole and a tangential right hole are arranged in the middle of the silica gel baffle, the left hole is tightly matched with the occlusion part, the right hole is sleeved on an oral intubation tube, and a broken notch from the right lower side of the right hole of the silica gel baffle to the edge of the silica gel baffle can be sleeved and taken down. The sputum suction holes on the right sides of the left Kong Zuoce and right holes on the silica gel baffle are utilized to suck sputum for nursing patients at any time. When the patient needs to take oral care, the bundling rope which is bundled and fixed around the head of the patient is untied, the silica gel baffle is taken down, the mouth of the patient is exposed, the oral care can be taken for the patient, the oral care is completed, and then the silica gel baffle is sleeved. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to an improved bite-block.
Background
To prevent the oral cannula of an intensive care or anesthesia patient from being bitten by the patient and further affecting ventilation function, it is generally necessary to insert a bite block into the mouth of the patient to prop open the mouth and maintain the spacing between the upper and lower incisors. Referring to fig. 1, the structure of bite-block includes the card edge of cylinder handheld portion and interlock portion and both junction, and the upper and lower both sides of interlock portion are equipped with parallel and symmetrical interlock plane, and the right side of card edge is equipped with the arc wall that holds the mouth intubate, and the arc wall is tangent with the base circle of card edge, and the arc wall is on a parallel with the interlock plane with the central line of card edge base circle, is equipped with the rope hole on the card edge, and the rope of binding up passes the rope hole earlier and ties up mouth intubate on the bite-block, and the fixing is binded around patient's head.
The clamping edges on the bite-block are usually made into a round shape, and the diameter of the round clamping edges is usually 2-3 cm and is smaller than the mouth of people in a large state for facilitating sputum suction and oral care. Although the binding rope is used for assisting, when a patient is in agitation or yawning and opens a large mouth, the clamping edges are easily contained in the import, the circular clamping edges can scratch the oral cavity and teeth of the patient, so that the patient is infected and forms ulcers, the patient has low resistance, and local infection can cause bleeding.

The technical problems of the invention are mainly solved by the following technical proposal: an improved bite-block, the said bite-block includes cylindrical hand-held part and occlusion part and the card edge of the junction of the two, there are rope holes on the card edge, the centre bore of hand-held part and occlusion part is run through, the upper and lower both sides of the occlusion part have parallel and symmetrical engaging planes, the right side of the card edge has arcuate slots to hold the oral intubation, arcuate slot is tangent to base circle of the card edge, and the central line of arcuate slot and card edge base circle is parallel to engaging plane, the inboard of the said card edge has silica gel blocking pieces on the occlusion part, the silica gel blocking piece takes the form of long strip with 6-8 cm long length, square with 6-8 cm of side length or circular with 6-8 cm diameter, the middle part of the silica gel blocking piece has tangent left hole and right hole, wherein the upper and lower both sides of the left hole have engaging planes, when the silica gel blocking piece is fitted on the occlusion part via the left hole, the engaging plane of upper and lower both sides of the left hole is fit on engaging plane of the upper and lower both sides of the occlusion part, the right hole is fitted on the engaging plane of the oral intubation, and the right hole is fitted on the right side of the cut-off edge of the cut-off piece, the right side is set up between the cut edge to the right side of the cut-off piece of the silica gel blocking piece; the silica gel separation blade is last, still is equipped with respectively on the left side of left hole and the right side of right hole and inhales the phlegm hole, inhales the phlegm hole setting and is in the silica gel separation blade left hole and right hole center line below.
Preferably, a silica gel protective lining is arranged on the outer surface of the occlusion part.

According to the invention, the silica gel baffle is additionally arranged on the basis of the existing bite-block, the left hole of the silica gel baffle is tightly matched with the occlusal part, the maximum length of the silica gel baffle is larger than the mouth of a person in a large-size state, and when the patient is in a state of shaking or yawning to open the large mouth, the clamping edge cannot be contained in the inlet, so that the hidden trouble that the hard round clamping edge in the existing bite-block rubs the mouth and teeth of the patient is avoided. The outer surface of the bite-block occlusal portion is provided with a layer of silica gel protective lining which can buffer the occlusal portion to be in direct contact with the oral mucosa of a patient, protect the oral mucosa and prevent oral damage and related complications.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples: referring to fig. 1 and 5, the bite-block in the invention comprises a cylindrical hand-held part, an engaging part and a clamping edge at the joint of the hand-held part and the engaging part, wherein central holes of the hand-held part and the engaging part are communicated, parallel and symmetrical engaging planes are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the engaging part, a layer of silica gel protective lining is arranged on the outer surface of the engaging part, a rope penetrating hole is arranged on the clamping edge, an arc-shaped groove for accommodating an oral intubation tube is arranged on the right side of the clamping edge, the arc-shaped groove is tangential with a base circle of the clamping edge, and a central connecting line of the arc-shaped groove and the clamping edge base circle is parallel to the engaging plane.
Referring to fig. 2, the silica gel baffle in the invention is in a long strip shape with a long side of 6-8 cm, a square with a side of 6-8 cm or a round with a diameter of 6-8 cm, the middle part of the silica gel baffle is provided with a tangential left hole and a right hole, the upper side and the lower side of the left hole are provided with matching planes, a broken notch is arranged between the right lower side of the right hole and the edge of the silica gel baffle, the left side of the left hole and the right side of the right hole are also respectively provided with a sputum suction hole, and the sputum suction holes are arranged below the central connecting line of the left hole and the right hole on the silica gel baffle.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in use, the silica gel baffle is tightly matched on the occlusal portion through the left hole, the matching planes on the upper side and the lower side of the left hole are matched on the occlusal planes on the upper side and the lower side of the occlusal portion, and the right hole of the silica gel baffle is sleeved on the oral cannula. Firstly, holding the hand-held part to embed the dental pad into the mouth of a patient to prop open the oral cavity, and binding the oral intubation on the dental pad by the binding rope passing through the rope threading hole; then, pulling a breaking notch from the right lower side of the right hole of the silica gel baffle to the edge of the silica gel baffle, sleeving the left hole of the silica gel baffle on the occlusion part of the bite block, and sleeving the right hole of the silica gel baffle on the oral cannula; finally, the binding rope is bound and fixed around the head of the patient.
The sputum suction hole on the silica gel baffle can be used for sucking sputum for nursing patients at any time. When the patient needs to take oral care, the bundling rope which is bundled and fixed around the head of the patient is untied, the silica gel baffle is taken down by pulling the breaking notch between the right lower side of the right hole of the silica gel baffle and the edge of the silica gel baffle, the mouth of the patient is exposed, the oral care can be taken for the patient, the oral care is completed, and the silica gel baffle is sleeved.
