一种输液报警器,主要由输液支架(1)、拉力传感器(2)、控制装置(3)、电源模块(4)、报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)、输入输出模块(7)、通信模块(8)组成,拉力传感器(2)上端通过机械装置连接输液支架(1),拉力传感器(2)下端连接药液包和输液器,控制装置(3)通过拉力传感器(2)检测输液速度值和药液包重量值,当输液速度值不在正常范围或者药液包重量值过小时,控制装置控制报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)发出警报,提醒医护人员。

一种输液报警器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输液报警器,尤其涉及一种在输液即将完成时和输液速度异常时发出报警的输液报警器。
背景技术
静脉输液是临床医疗工作中常用的治疗手段,不少患者一天需输几组药液,输液时间长。尤其在夜间输液时,看护家属总要盯着输液器液体余量,非常疲惫,也容易在看护过程中睡着。如果液体输完,未被及时发现,会造成空气进入血管,形成气栓,非常危险。目前,临床输液过程中一般是由患者、陪侍或医护人员随时观察、监视药液余量情况,牵扯精力大、效率低。近年来出现的解决方案是光电式输液报警器、机械式输液报警器,存在误报警概率大、安装与使用不便等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种输液报警器。该报警器能够在在输液即将完成时发出警报和输液速度异常时发出报警。
本发明特征在于:主要由输液支架(1)、拉力传感器(2)、控制装置(3)、电源模块(4)、报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)、输入输出模块(7)、通信模块(8)组成,所述的拉力传感器(2)上端连接输液支架(1),所述的拉力传感器(2)下端连接输液袋,所述的拉力传感器(2)与控制装置(3)、电源模块(4)、报警模块(5)、输入输出模块(7)、通信模块(8)通过导线电连接,通信模块(8)和报警模块(6)之间通过导线电连接或者通过无线电连接。
其特征还在于:所述的控制装置(3)中设置有输液结束阈值;使用时,当药液袋和输液器整体重量数字值小于等于控制装置(3)中设定的输液结束阈值时,控制装置(3)控制报警模块(5)发出输液即将结束警报,提醒输液现场人员,同时控制装置(3)通过通信模块或无线电控制报警模块(6)输液发出警报,提醒护士站人员。
其特征还在于:所述的控制装置(3)设置有输液速度阈值;使用时,当输液速度值不在输液速度阈值范围内时,控制器控制报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)发出输液速度异常警报。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
所述的拉力传感器(2)检测药液包和输液器整体重量,拉力传感器(2)将检测得到的电信号,通过电连接传输给控制装置(3),控制装置(3)量化电信号,控制装置(3)得到拉力传感器下药液包和输液器整体重量数字值,当该整体重量数字值小于等于控制装置(3)中设定的输液结束阈值,控制装置(3)控制报警模块(5)发出输液即将结束警报,提醒输液现场人员,同时控制装置(3)通过通信模块或无线电控制报警模块(6)输液发出警报,提醒护士站人员。
控制装置(3)将药液包和输液器整体重量数字值在单位时间变化值与单位时间相除,得到输液速度值,当输液速度值不在输液速度阈值范围内时,控制器控制报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)发出输液速度异常警报。
控制装置(3)将药液包和输液器整体重量数字值和输液速度值传输给输入输出模块(7),输入输出模块(7)显示整体重量数字值和输液速度值,操作者通过输入输出模块(7)将输液结束阈值和输液速度阈值设定至控制装置。

1.一种输液报警器,其特征在于:主要由输液支架(1)、拉力传感器(2)、控制装置(3)、电源模块(4)、报警模块(5)、报警模块(6)、输入输出模块(7)、通信模块(8)组成,所述的拉力传感器(2)上端连接输液支架(1),所述的拉力传感器(2)下端连接输液袋,所述的拉力传感器(2)与控制装置(3)、电源模块(4)、报警模块(5)、输入输出模块(7)、通信模块(8)通过导线电连接,通信模块(8)和报警模块(6)之间通过导线电连接或者通过无线电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述输液报警器,其特征还在于:所述的控制装置(3)中设置有输液结束阈值,所述的控制装置(3)设置有输液速度阈值。
