本发明涉及技术信息领域,尤其基于物联网的远程输液监测报警系统。包括输液监测终端,网络中心节点,监控PC机,其特征在于:所述的输液监测终端由单片机、电源、红外传感器、数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置组成;输液监测终端与PC机之间通过网络节点进行有线或无线连接;电源为红外传感器、数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置提供电源;红外传感器与数字信号处理单元通过电线连接,数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置通过无线或电线连接。该系统能自动检测药液的滴速,具有液位报警功能,并能将各床位监控信号传送至医生、护士办公室,可实时了解整个病区的输液情况,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。本系统操作方便、成本低,可靠实用,便于在医院推广。

Description

基于物联网的远程输液监测报警系统
本发明属于信息监测领域,尤其是涉及一种基于物联网的远程输液监测报警系统。
在医疗监护领域,传统的病房监护手段已经越来越不能适应当今多元化、信息化、个性化的医疗监护需求,以常见的静脉输液过程为例,它是临床抢救和治疗病人的重要措施之一。输液滴速的正确与否,对病人的治疗和安全起着重要作,而对输液过程的监控一直是由患者或其家属在身体不适和疲劳的情况下人工进行,加重了他们身体和精神上的负担,也经常会因疏忽造成不必要的麻烦,而且也不利于病区的综合管理。而且随着人口老龄化和独生子女、工作负担大时代的到来,对于病人的护理问题越来越严重。许多病人家属都苦于无法照顾病人,尤其是在病人输液时更是离不开人,而对于病人数也经常是整天甚至整宿,不仅耽误了工作也无法正常休息。
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种可实时了解整个病区的输液情况的监测系统,尤其适合监测病人输液速度、输液液量、剩余药液的基于物联网的远程输液监测报警系统。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:基于物联网的远程输液监测报警系统,包括输液监测终端,网络中心节点,监控PC机,所述的输液监测终端由单片机、电源、红外传感器、数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置组成;输液监测终端与PC机之间通过网络节点进行有线或无线连接;电源为红外传感器、数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置提供电源;红外传感器与数字信号处理单元通过电线连接,数字信号处理单元、报警装置、驱动电路及显示装置通过无线或电线连接。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:该系统能自动检测药液的滴速,具有液位报警功能,并能将各床位监控信号传送至护士办公室,可实时了解整个病区的输液情况,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。本系统操作方便、成本低,可靠实用,便于在医院推广。

如图1所示,本发明包括输液监测终端1,网络中心节点2,监控PC机3,输液监测终端1与PC机3之间通过网络节点2进行有线或无线连接。输液监测终端1测定了输液速度、剩余液量、输液速度等参数,通过网络中心节点2,利用无线或有线网络将数据传送到PC机3,护士和医生可以通过监控PC机3了解输液情况。
如图2所示,输液监测终端1安装在输液杆4上。输液杆4固定在病床上方或耸立在病床旁,输液容器5挂在输液监测终端1下方,输液监测终端1能够测定和显示输液速度、剩余液量、输液速度等参数,当输液容器5内药液液量降低到预定临界点时或输液速度变得很慢时,输液监测终端1就发出报警。
如图3所示,输液监测终端1由单片机11、电源12、红外传感器13、数字信号处理单元14、报警装置15、驱动电路16及显示装置17组成。红外传感器13测量输液容器5内药液和所有附件的重量,将测量的重量信号传输到电信号处理单元14,经分析处理后,得到输液速度、剩余液量、输液速度等信息;电信号处理单元14将分析处理后的数据信息通过电线或无线通信传输至显示装置17和报警装置15,电信号处理单元14将测得的液量数据和预定报警临界数据比较,当液量低于预定报警临界点时,报警装置15发出报警信号;显示装置显示测量结果,医生、护士可以查看;测量结果通过网络中心节点2,利用无线或有线网络将数据传送到PC机3上,医生、护士可以远程监测。
