Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for treating pneumothorax.
Background
The accumulation of qi in the pleural cavity is called pneumothorax. Pneumothorax is a common secondary disease such as various lung diseases, thoracic injuries, air pressure environment mutation and the like, and often brings great pain to patients and even endangers lives. Pneumothorax is classified into closed pneumothorax, open pneumothorax and tension pneumothorax. Except for a small amount of closed pneumothorax, the dyspnea symptom is not obvious, and conservative treatment can be adopted, and a large amount of closed pneumothorax, development pneumothorax and tension pneumothorax all need to adopt closed pleural cavity drainage. At present, the method for drainage of pleural cavity mainly sucks out the gas and liquid in the chest cavity to relieve the pressure of the chest cavity by utilizing the principle of negative pressure suction, relieves the compression of the liquid and gas on heart and lung tissues to recover, and mainly comprises three available water seal drainage devices: single bottle, double bottle, and triple bottle. The single bottle is suitable for draining a small amount of pneumothorax, and when the chest pressure of exhaling, coughing and the like is greater than 3cm, the water level in the water sealed bottle is about 3cm, and the gas is discharged; it is not generally used for drainage of effusion. The double bottles can drain both effusion and gas, the pressure of the effusion drained by the water sealed bottle is from the gravity of chest water, and the power of exhaust is from positive pressure or negative pressure suction device of chest; three bottle devices differ from two bottle devices in that there are multiple "safety bottles". If no gas overflows within 24 hours, and the X-ray examination has good lung expansion, the pneumothorax is indicated to be controlled, and the drainage tube can be pulled out. The effect of the water sealed bottle for treating pneumothorax is true, but the patient needs hospitalization due to the need of using the water sealed bottle or limited movement, and the pneumothorax can not be treated at other places except hospitals, so that the treatment is very inconvenient.

The present invention draws fluid from the lower portion 22 of the container through the through-hole connection with the needleless dosing adapter having a unidirectional function.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention further includes a trocar 17, and the trocar 17 is inserted into the drainage tube 1. The one-way valve 4 is V-shaped. The one-way valve 4 is composed of two composite films. The composite film has very high sensitivity to air pressure and is generally formed by compounding two layers of plastic films made of different materials, wherein the plastic films are not adhered to each other. By adjusting the thickness, length and width of the film, the critical pressure required for the gas to pass through can be adjusted. The composite film 43 is composed of a nylon layer and a polyethylene layer, wherein the inner side 41 of the composite film is the polyethylene layer, and the outer side 42 of the composite film is the nylon layer. The invention also comprises a sealing ring 6 with holes, wherein the sealing ring 6 with holes is connected with the inner side surface of the luer connector 8, and the outer side surface of the luer connector 8 is connected with a luer connector locking cover 9. The signal indicator 3 is made of an elastomeric plastic. The signal indicator 3 is made of a silica gel film. The middle thickness of the silica gel film is thinner, the thickness of the circumference is thicker, the center of the signal indicator 3 is white, and the rest is red, so that the observation is convenient.
The using method comprises the following steps:
1. an insertion site is selected, preferably at the site of the second gap on the mid-clavicle line.
2. A small skin incision is made at the selected site using a scalpel.
3. The luer lock cap 9 is removed and the trocar 17 is inserted into the drain tube 1, the tip of the trocar 17 being slightly extended out of the drain tube 1.
4. The trocar 17 and drainage tube are passed into the pleural cavity via the prepared incision, and the drainage tube is passed into the pleural cavity with the trocar 17. Does not invade the rib or periosteum of the rib.
5. Once the drainage tube 1 enters the pleural cavity, the signal indicator 3 will undulate. When the distal end of the drainage tube 1 enters the pleural cavity, the pushing of the trocar 17 is stopped, and then the entire drainage tube 1 is fully introduced, and the trocar 17 is taken out. When the pressure of the mercury column height of more than 2mm is transmitted through the drainage tube, the signal indicator 3 protrudes, gas sequentially passes through the drainage tube 1, the exhaust pipe 12 and the one-way valve 4 to enter the cavity 221 and then is discharged through the exhaust plate 11, and when the pressure is less than the mercury column height of minus 2mm, the signal indicator 3 is retracted, the one-way valve is closed, the gas cannot flow back, the needleless dosing joint with the one-way function is connected through the through hole, and then the liquid in the lower part 22 of the container is pumped out.
6. The paper on the patch 28 is peeled off and the patch 28 is then applied to the chest wall.
7. When the luer is not in use, the luer should be closed with a luer lock cap 9.
Therefore, the invention can judge the pneumothorax exhaust state through the signal indicator 3, if the signal indicator 3 is not raised, the pneumothorax exhaust is finished, so people find that the signal indicator 3 is not raised, the exhaust is finished, and then the pneumothorax treatment device is removed from the hospital, so the invention does not need hospitalization for pneumothorax treatment, the activity is not limited, and the use is very convenient and safe.
It should be noted that the above list is only one specific embodiment of the present invention. Obviously, the invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but many variations are possible. In general, all modifications that one of ordinary skill in the art could directly derive from or envision the disclosure of the present invention should be considered as being within the scope of the present invention.
