本发明涉及个人护理用品，尤其是指一种丝滑补水面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜，是护肤品中的一个类别。其最基本也是最重要的目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作，在此基础上配合其它精华成分实现其它的保养功能，例如补水保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂等等。但是现有的面膜补水效果差，覆后皮肤较为干燥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种补水效果好、保湿性好、皮肤亲和性好的丝滑补水面膜。
为实现上述目的，本发明所提供的技术方案为：丝滑补水面膜，所述补水面膜由组份A、组份B、组份C复合制备成形，其中，组份A内各组份质量份为：卡波姆0.12-0.16份、羟乙基纤维素0.08-0.1份、甘油1.9-2.05份、透明质酸钠0.05-0.068份、尿囊素0.25-0.36份、丙二醇3-5份、葡糖醛酸2-2.3份、水溶硅蜡0.2-0.35份、聚山梨醇酯0.05-0.065份、水90-95份；
组份B内各组份质量份为：羟苯甲酯0.04-0.066份、生物多糖胶0.15-0.32份、SY450.3-0.45份、香精0.005-0.01份、三乙醇胺0.15-0.2份；
组份C内各组份质量份为：胶原0.005-0.01份、芍药提取物0.3-0.5份、欧洲椴花提取物0.05-0.1份、山金车花提取物0.2-0.4份、药蜀葵根提取物0.02-0.05份、寡肽－10.002-0.015份、寡肽－6 0.002-0.01份、苦参根提取物0.5-0.8份、银杏叶提取物1-3份、吡哆素0.02-0.05份、辛酰甘氨酸0.01-0.03份；
上述配方的制备方法为：
第一步骤：将各生产设备清洗干净并消毒；
第二步骤：组份A内各组份接配比加入乳化缸中，逐渐加热升温至83-87℃，80℃以下时采用低速搅拌，搅拌机转速为40-50转/分，保持真空(-0.07MPa)，80℃以上时采用高速搅拌，搅拌机转速为2500转/分，时间为5分钟，然后在83-87℃区间中速搅拌5-10分钟，搅拌机转速为40～50转/分，中速搅拌时乳化缸抽气和放气循环2～3次，并保持真空(-0.07MPa)；搅拌后开冷却水，继续搅拌并使均质降温至36-40℃；
第三步骤：分别按配比加入组份B的各组份，并低速搅拌，搅拌机转速为25～30转/分，搅拌时间为15分钟，搅拌时保持温度在36-40℃；
第四步骤：分别按配比加入组份C的各组份，逐渐加热升温至55-65℃，升温过程中采用低速搅拌，搅拌机转速为25～30转/分，温度升至55℃以上时，高速搅拌5分钟，搅拌机转速为1500-2000转/分，再中速搅拌5分钟，搅拌机转速为120-240转/分，搅拌后开冷却水，低速搅拌并使均质降温至30-35℃；
第五步骤：然后放气、停搅拌、过滤、出料、成形。

组份B内各组份质量份为：羟苯甲酯0.056份、生物多糖胶0.25份、SY450.35份、香精0.007份、三乙醇胺0.18份。

组份B内各组份质量份为：羟苯甲酯0.04-0.066份、生物多糖胶0.15-0.32份、SY450.3-0.45份、香精0.005-0.01份、三乙醇胺0.15-0.2份；

5.根据权利要求1所述的丝滑补水面膜，其特征在于：SY为双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、羟苯甲酯、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯中的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丝滑补水面膜，其特征在于：组份A内各组份质量份为：卡波姆0.12份、羟乙基纤维素0.09份、甘油1.95份、透明质酸钠0.058份、尿囊素0.26份、丙二醇3.5份、葡糖醛酸2.1份、水溶硅蜡0.25份、聚山梨醇酯0.055份、水94份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丝滑补水面膜，其特征在于：组份B内各组份质量份为：羟苯甲酯0.056份、生物多糖胶0.25份、SY45 0.35份、香精0.007份、三乙醇胺0.18份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的丝滑补水面膜，其特征在于：组份C内各组份质量份为：胶原0.008份、芍药提取物0.35份、欧洲椴花提取物0.07份、山金车花提取物0.24份、药蜀葵根提取物0.035份、寡肽－1 0.008份、寡肽－6 0.006份、苦参根提取物0.8份、银杏叶提取物2份、吡哆素0.035份、辛酰甘氨酸0.018份。
本方案增加植物提取物精华，再通过增稠剂、皮肤调理剂进行组合制成稳定性好，对皮肤无刺激的面膜，当贴在皮肤表面时，通过皮肤调理剂对皮肤进行调理，采用水溶硅蜡、生物多糖胶等原料，其保湿性好、皮肤亲和性好、润滑性和光亮度高，再通过多种微量元素配合对皮肤进行补水，制成的适合各种皮肤使用，其调理、补水效果好。
