背景技术
随着年龄的增长,身体的新陈代谢减慢,黑色素无法正常排解,而在角质层沉积形成斑点,逐而形成黄褐斑、黑斑和色斑;生活紧张,作息无规律,以及各种环境污染,引致自身抵抗力下降,内分泌失调,令体内自由基活化,增加黑色素异常分泌;使用化妆品不当,很多宣称美白与祛斑的化妆品中含有过量的汞和重金属成分,长久使用,会令肌肤遗留斑点。
中国专利CN100546562C公开了一种中药祛斑美白精华霜,它是由一定重量份的白凡士林、当归、硬脂醇、甘油、液体石蜡、川芍、维生素C、月桂氮卓酮、单硬脂酸甘油酯、维生素E、曲酸、月桂醇硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、桂皮醛、尼泊金乙酯、玫瑰香精和蒸馏水配制而成。
中国专利CN103393568B公开了一种美白祛斑霜,它主要由甘油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、1,2-戊二醇、牛油果树果脂、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、卡波姆、黄原胶、烟酰胺、精氨酸、突厥蔷薇花油、香橼果提取物、黄瓜果提取物、熊果叶提取物、玫瑰花提取物、透明质酸钠、甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、甘油硬脂酸酯、苯氧乙醇和水组成。
目前,国内外美白、祛斑产品已成为护肤品中的主流产品之一。但是,现有的美白、祛斑产品存在效果不明显,汞等重金属成分超标,长期使用会产生依赖性等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种深层美白祛斑精华霜及其制备方法。本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜具有显著的美白、祛斑效果,同时,还具有安全性高、长期使用不会产生依赖性等特点。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种深层美白祛斑精华霜,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂1.5-2.5%,L-丝氨酸3-5%,羟乙基纤维素1.5-3%,海藻酸5-7%,甘草酸二钾1-3%,L-乳酸4-6%,甘草黄酮0.1-0.3%,甘油1-2%,基础油13-16%,甜橙油0.01-0.03%,香叶天竺葵油0.01-0.03%,水飞蓟宾0.05-0.1%,防腐剂0.3-0.5%和去离子水54.54-69.53%。
进一步地,所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2%,L-丝氨酸4%,羟乙基纤维素2%,海藻酸6%,甘草酸二钾2%,L-乳酸5%,甘草黄酮0.2%,甘油1.5%,基础油15.5%,甜橙油0.02%,香叶天竺葵油0.02%,水飞蓟宾0.08%,防腐剂0.4%和去离子水61.28%。
进一步地,所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比4-6∶3-5∶1-3组成。

另外,本发明还提供了所述深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将甘草黄酮加入到甘油中,搅拌至完全溶解,得溶液Ⅰ;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液Ⅰ、大豆卵磷脂和基础油混合,隔水加热至60-70℃,恒温搅拌,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,得油相;
S3将L-丝氨酸、羟乙基纤维素、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至60-70℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
S4将步骤S2所得油相加入到步骤S3所得水相中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1650-1900r/min,均质乳化时间为15-20分钟,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S5待步骤S4所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至38-45℃时,加入甜橙油、香叶天竺葵油和防腐剂,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为600-750r/min,均质乳化时间为3-6分钟,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。

L-丝氨酸:CAS号:56-45-1,分子式:C3H7NO3,分子量:105.09。白色结晶体或结晶粉末,味微甜,易溶于水和甲酸,不溶于乙醇和乙醚。L-丝氨酸在医药上有着广泛用途。L-丝氨酸可促进脂肪和脂肪酸的新陈代谢,有助于维持免疫系统。
羟乙基纤维素:CAS号:9004-62-0。羟乙基纤维素是一种白色或淡黄色,无味、无毒的纤维状或粉末状固体,由碱性纤维素和环氧乙烷(或氯乙醇)经醚化反应制备,属非离子型可溶纤维素醚类。由于羟乙基纤维素具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体等特性,已被广泛应用在石油开采、涂料、建筑、医药食品、纺织、造纸以及高分子聚合反应等领域。
海藻酸:CAS号9005-32-7,分子式:C14H22O13,分子量:398.3167。海藻酸为淡黄色粉末;无臭;几乎无味,在水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、氯仿中不溶,在氢氧化钠碱溶液中溶解。有助悬、增稠、乳化、粘合等作用。可用为微囊囊材,或作为包衣及成膜的材料。
甘草酸二钾:CAS号:68797-35-3,分子式:C42H60K2O16,分子量:899.1128。甘草酸二钾具有抑菌、消炎、解毒、抗敏、除臭等多种功效。
L-乳酸:CAS号:79-33-4,分子式:C3H6O3,分子量:90.08。L-乳酸是皮肤固有天然保湿因子的一部分被广泛用作许多护肤品的滋润剂。
甘草黄酮:CAS号:119240-82-3,分子式:C21H22O9,分子量:418。甘草黄酮能够较强的抑制酪氨酸酶活性,从而达到较好的祛黄祛斑美白作用。清除氧自由基,具有较强的抗氧能力。具有很强的抑菌和杀菌能力。能够减轻皮肤受损后遗留下的疤痕性或非疤痕性的色素沉着。主要作用:抗菌、消炎、抗衰老;美白,祛斑。
水飞蓟宾:CAS号:22888-70-6,分子式:C25H22O10,分子量:482.44。水飞蓟宾是从菊科药用植物水飞蓟种子的种皮中提取所得的一种黄酮化合物。具有保肝作用,明显的抗脂质过氧化、抗辐射、清除自由基和抗胃溃疡等作用。
本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜由大豆卵磷脂、L-丝氨酸、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾等原料制备而成。在本发明中,大豆卵磷脂用作乳化剂、保湿剂、增稠剂,另外,大豆卵磷脂与本发明中的其他原料协同作用,能够使肌肤营养滋润,从而让真皮组织充盈,增强表皮的张力,减缓和消除因表皮组织松弛而形成的皱纹,保持肌肤的水分平衡和皮肤组织弹性,充分显示出皮肤动人质感和娇嫩,从而达到深层美白祛斑的功效。在本发明中,L-丝氨酸用作皮肤营养添加剂。在本发明中,羟乙基纤维素主要用作增稠剂、乳化剂和稳定剂,羟乙基纤维素与本发明中的大豆卵磷脂、以及海藻酸共同作用,能够提高产品的稳定性。在本发明中,海藻酸主要用作增稠剂和乳化剂,另外,海藻酸的分子结构能够在皮肤上形成一层网状物,有助于保留皮肤上的水分,与本发明中的其他原料协同作用,能够提高制备得到的深层美白祛斑精华霜的保湿性,使皮肤恢复至天然平衡状态。在本发明中,甘草酸二钾与本发明中的其他原料具有良好的配伍性,可加速皮肤对本发明制备得到的深层美白祛斑精华霜的的吸收而增效。在本发明中,L-乳酸具有营养保湿、改善肌肤质地等功效,与本发明中其他营养成分配合使用,可以起到促进营养吸收的理想效果,达到深层滋润保湿、美白祛斑的效果。在本发明中,甘草黄酮能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,又能抑制多巴色素互变和DHICA氧化酶的活性,与本发明中的其他原料协同作用,由内而外改善肌肤问题,达到显著的美白祛斑效果。研究发现,将水飞蓟宾用于本发明深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备中,能够提高所得产品的美白、祛斑效果。
本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜配方合理,安全温和,通过各种成分的协同作用,能营养皮肤,保护皮肤特有的柔韧性和滋润性,由内而外改善肌肤问题,具有显著的美白、祛斑、补水等效果,且能够延缓皮肤衰老。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜具有以下优势:
(1)本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜配方合理,安全温和,不刺激皮肤。
(2)本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜能营养皮肤,保护皮肤特有的柔韧性和滋润性,由内而外改善肌肤问题,达到深层滋润保湿、美白祛斑的效果,且能够延缓皮肤衰老。
(3)本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜还具有安全性高、长期使用不会产生依赖性等特点。

实施例1、一种深层美白祛斑精华霜
所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂1.5%,L-丝氨酸3%,羟乙基纤维素1.5%,海藻酸5%,甘草酸二钾1%,L-乳酸4%,甘草黄酮0.1%,甘油1%,基础油13%,甜橙油0.01%,香叶天竺葵油0.01%,水飞蓟宾0.05%,防腐剂0.3%和去离子水69.53%。
所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比4∶5∶3组成。
所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
制备方法:
S1将甘草黄酮加入到甘油中,搅拌至完全溶解,得溶液Ⅰ;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液Ⅰ、大豆卵磷脂和基础油混合,隔水加热至60℃,恒温搅拌,搅拌时间为15分钟,得油相;
S3将L-丝氨酸、羟乙基纤维素、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至60℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
S4将步骤S2所得油相加入到步骤S3所得水相中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1650r/min,均质乳化时间为15分钟,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S5待步骤S4所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至38℃时,加入甜橙油、香叶天竺葵油和防腐剂,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为600r/min,均质乳化时间为3分钟,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2、一种深层美白祛斑精华霜
所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2.5%,L-丝氨酸5%,羟乙基纤维素3%,海藻酸7%,甘草酸二钾3%,L-乳酸6%,甘草黄酮0.3%,甘油2%,基础油16%,甜橙油0.03%,香叶天竺葵油0.03%,水飞蓟宾0.1%,防腐剂0.5%和去离子水54.54%。
所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比6∶3∶1组成。
所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
制备方法:
S1将甘草黄酮加入到甘油中,搅拌至完全溶解,得溶液Ⅰ;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液Ⅰ、大豆卵磷脂和基础油混合,隔水加热至70℃,恒温搅拌,搅拌时间为25分钟,得油相;
S3将L-丝氨酸、羟乙基纤维素、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至70℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
S4将步骤S2所得油相加入到步骤S3所得水相中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1900r/min,均质乳化时间为20分钟,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S5待步骤S4所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至45℃时,加入甜橙油、香叶天竺葵油和防腐剂,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为750r/min,均质乳化时间为6分钟,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
实施例3、一种深层美白祛斑精华霜
所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2%,L-丝氨酸4%,羟乙基纤维素2%,海藻酸6%,甘草酸二钾2%,L-乳酸5%,甘草黄酮0.2%,甘油1.5%,基础油15.5%,甜橙油0.02%,香叶天竺葵油0.02%,水飞蓟宾0.08%,防腐剂0.4%和去离子水61.28%。
所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比5∶4∶2组成。
所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
制备方法:
S1将甘草黄酮加入到甘油中,搅拌至完全溶解,得溶液Ⅰ;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液Ⅰ、大豆卵磷脂和基础油混合,隔水加热至65℃,恒温搅拌,搅拌时间为20分钟,得油相;
S3将L-丝氨酸、羟乙基纤维素、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至65℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
S4将步骤S2所得油相加入到步骤S3所得水相中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1800r/min,均质乳化时间为18分钟,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S5待步骤S4所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至40℃时,加入甜橙油、香叶天竺葵油和防腐剂,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为660r/min,均质乳化时间为5分钟,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
对比例1、一种深层美白祛斑精华霜
所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2%,L-丝氨酸4%,羟乙基纤维素2%,海藻酸6%,甘草酸二钾2%,L-乳酸5%,甘草黄酮0.2%,甘油1.5%,基础油15.5%,甜橙油0.02%,香叶天竺葵油0.02%,水飞蓟宾0.08%,防腐剂0.4%和去离子水61.28%。
所述基础油由甜杏仁油和葡萄籽油按重量比1:1组成。

所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3的区别在于,没有添加水飞蓟宾,增加甘草黄酮的重量百分数。对比例4、一种深层美白祛斑精华霜
所述深层美白祛斑精华霜包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2%,L-丝氨酸4%,羟乙基纤维素2%,海藻酸6%,甘草酸二钾2%,L-乳酸5%,甘草黄酮0.2%,甘油1.5%,基础油15.5%,甜橙油0.02%,香叶天竺葵油0.02%,异水飞蓟宾0.08%,防腐剂0.4%和去离子水61.28%。
所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比5∶4∶2组成。
所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3的区别在于,将水飞蓟宾替换为异水飞蓟宾。
试验例一、深层美白祛斑精华霜的卫生、感官和理化指标性能测试试验
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜。
2、试验方法:参照中华人民共和国轻工业行业标准QB/T1857-2013《润肤膏霜》的相关标准,测试实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜的感官、理化、卫生指标。
3、试验结果:
试验结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜,以及对比例1-4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜的感官、理化、卫生指标均符合QB/T1857-2013《润肤膏霜》的相关标准,产品质量合格,且铅、汞和砷三种重金属均未检出。
试验例二、深层美白祛斑精华霜的美白祛斑效果评价
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜。
2、试验方法:
选取301名女性受试者参加试验,年龄26-48岁,受试者排除条件符合《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》纳入、排除标准。
试验前,利用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪测试各受试者受试部位皮肤黑色素含量MI值,根据MI值将所有受试者随机分为实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例1组、对比例2组、对比例3组和对比例4组,每组43人,分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3和对比例4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜,早晚各涂一次,连续使用90天,试验期间受试部位不使用其他化妆品。利用皮肤黑色素和血红素测试仪,测试各受试者受试部位试验后皮肤黑色素含量MI值。测试皮肤黑色素含量MI值前需将受试部位洗净。结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,与对比例1组、对比例2组、对比例3组、对比例4组相比,实施例1组、实施例2组和实施例3组的皮肤黑色素含量MI值显著降低,这说明本发明实施例1-3制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜能够显著降低皮肤黑色素含量MI值,本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜具有显著的美白效果。
皮损颜色评分:正常肤色0分,淡褐色1分,褐色2分,深褐色3分。皮损面积评分:无皮损0分,皮损面积小于2cm为1分,皮损面积2~4cm为2分,皮损面积大于4cm为3分。下降指数计算:总积分=颜色评分+面积评分。下降指数=(治疗前积分-治疗后积分)/治疗前总积分。在使用本发明深层美白祛斑精华霜前1d和使用后30天、60天和90天计算下降指数,测量面积、颜色的变化。试验前后受试部位下降指数变化情况如表3所示。

由表3可以看出,使用本发明实施例1-3制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜的实施例1组、实施例2组和实施例3组受试者黄褐斑的面积和颜色,随着使用时间的延长呈现逐渐减少和变浅的趋势,使用90天后,下降指数分别达到0.92、0.93和0.95,明显高于使用对比例1-4制备的深层美白祛斑精华霜的对比例1组、对比例2组、对比例3组和对比例4组的受试者。由此可见,本发明具有显著的祛斑效果。
由表2和表3可以看出,本发明提供的深层美白祛斑精华霜具有显著的美白和祛斑效果。且受试者反应,本发明深层美白祛斑精华霜温和、不刺激皮肤,在使用本发明深层美白祛斑精华霜期间,未出现不良反应,随访未出现反弹现象。
Claims (10)
1.一种深层美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂1.5-2.5%,L-丝氨酸3-5%,羟乙基纤维素1.5-3%,海藻酸5-7%,甘草酸二钾1-3%,L-乳酸4-6%,甘草黄酮0.1-0.3%,甘油1-2%,基础油13-16%,甜橙油0.01-0.03%,香叶天竺葵油0.01-0.03%,水飞蓟宾0.05-0.1%,防腐剂0.3-0.5%和去离子水54.54-69.53%。
2.如权利要求1所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分数:
大豆卵磷脂2%,L-丝氨酸4%,羟乙基纤维素2%,海藻酸6%,甘草酸二钾2%,L-乳酸5%,甘草黄酮0.2%,甘油1.5%,基础油15.5%,甜橙油0.02%,香叶天竺葵油0.02%,水飞蓟宾0.08%,防腐剂0.4%和去离子水61.28%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于,所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比4-6∶3-5∶1-3组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于,所述基础油由甜杏仁油、葡萄籽油和丝柏油按重量比5∶4∶2组成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为茶树精油。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1将甘草黄酮加入到甘油中,搅拌至完全溶解,得溶液Ⅰ;
S2将步骤S1所得溶液Ⅰ、大豆卵磷脂和基础油混合,隔水加热至60-70℃,恒温搅拌,搅拌时间为15-25分钟,得油相;
S3将L-丝氨酸、羟乙基纤维素、海藻酸、甘草酸二钾、L-乳酸和水飞蓟宾混合均匀,加入到去离子水中,隔水加热至60-70℃,恒温搅拌至完全溶解,得水相;
S4将步骤S2所得油相加入到步骤S3所得水相中,进行均质乳化,搅拌速度为1650-1900r/min,均质乳化时间为15-20分钟,真空脱泡,得乳化物Ⅰ;
S5待步骤S4所得乳化物Ⅰ的温度降至38-45℃时,加入甜橙油、香叶天竺葵油和防腐剂,进行第二次均质乳化,搅拌速度为600-750r/min,均质乳化时间为3-6分钟,真空脱泡,冷却至室温,即得。
7.如权利要求6所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2和步骤S3隔水加热至65℃。
8.如权利要求6所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2搅拌时间为20分钟。
9.如权利要求6所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4搅拌速度为1800r/min。
10.如权利要求6所述的深层美白祛斑精华霜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4均质乳化时间为18分钟。
