Abstract

本发明涉及一种脊柱植入撑开器,包括推杆,套管以及撑开器;撑开器设置在套管内部,并靠近套管的出口端;推杆可以插入套管,并在套管中滑动,滑动过程中,推杆将撑开器推出套管外;撑开器的原有状态下的截面形状为类椭圆形,由金属条螺旋形成多圈形状,并且每圈都是并紧的形式;撑开器置于套管内部时,撑开器处于压缩状态,处于压缩状态的撑开器为圆柱状,其截面形状为矩形,撑开器的材料为记忆合金。本发明的脊柱植入撑开器,利用撑开器取代了球囊的撑开作用,减小手术成本,撑开器与骨水泥同时留于椎体内,增加了椎体的强度。

Description

脊柱植入撑开器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及到一种用于椎体扩张成形术的脊柱植入撑开器。
背景技术
椎体球囊扩张成形术是一项微创脊柱外科手术,在压缩的肢体上钻孔,将一个特制的约15mm大小的气囊送入椎体中心,然后给气囊充生理盐水,膨胀的气囊逐渐撑起塌陷的椎体,等到椎体外形恢复到正常椎体时,去除球囊,再通过该孔向椎体中心的空腔注入骨水泥。骨水泥凝固后可增强椎体的强度和稳定性,这就保证了复原的椎体不会被压缩,而脊柱的畸形也就被纠正了。椎体球囊扩张成形术中使用的骨水泥是一种用于填充与植入物间隙或骨腔并具有自凝特性的生物材料,主要成分为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,骨水泥固定可以保证术后假体的即时稳定。
现有技术中,椎体球囊扩张成形术采用球囊扩张撑起塌陷的椎体,然而,球囊扩张的可控性较差,复位方向难以控制;此外,球囊还存在破裂的危险,并且利用球囊进行扩张椎体,手术成本较高。
专利申请2015105693203中采用扩张体代替球囊,将扩张体扩张成所需形状,并在其中注入骨水泥或人工骨,使椎体复位,但是该装置结构比较复杂,零部件较多,操作也比较复杂。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,成本低,便于操作、利于椎体复位的脊柱植入撑开器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种脊柱植入撑开器,包括推杆,套管以及撑开器;所述撑开器设置在所述套管内部,并靠近所述套管的出口端;所述推杆可以插入所述套管,并在所述套管中滑动,滑动过程中,所述推杆将所述撑开器推出所述套管外;所述撑开器的原有状态下的截面形状为类椭圆形,由金属条螺旋形成多圈形状,并且每圈都是并紧的形式;所述撑开器置于所述套管内部时,所述撑开器处于压缩状态,处于压缩状态的所述撑开器为圆柱状,其截面形状为矩形,所述撑开器的材料为记忆合金。
进一步的,所述撑开器的螺旋圈的最大直径为∅A,螺旋圈的最小直径为∅B,螺旋圈的横向长度为C,形成该螺旋圈的金属条的直径为∅D,其中,A设置为14mm,B设置为8mm,C设置为17mm,D设置为2mm。
进一步的,该脊柱植入撑开器的操作方法,(1)建立工作通道后,将所述套管植入病变椎体内;(2)将所述推杆置于所述套管内后,推动所述推杆将所述撑开器推入椎体内,由于所述撑开器的材料为记忆合金,所述撑开器进入椎体后在一定温度下恢复到原有形状;在所述撑开器的作用下,病变椎体还原到原来高度;(3)将所述推杆抽出所述套管后,通过所述套管在所述撑开器中注入一定的骨水泥。
同现有技术相比,本发明的特点和进步如下:
1、本发明的脊柱植入撑开器利用撑开器取代了球囊的撑开作用,减小手术成本。
2、本发明的脊柱植入撑开器在注入骨水泥后,撑开器与骨水泥同时留于椎体内,增加了椎体的强度。
3、本发明的脊柱植入撑开器,结构简单,便于操作;降低手术风险;能更好地有利于椎体的复位,减小注射压力;增强病变椎体的抗压力。
4、本发明的脊柱植入撑开器的撑开器采用记忆合金材料,方便控制椎体复位方向;以及撑开器起到固定加强椎体的作用。
5、本发明的脊柱植入撑开器的撑开器的截面形状为类椭圆形,其构造类似弹簧,由金属条螺旋形成并紧的多圈形状,保证的构造稳定以及增加椎体的强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-2所示,该脊柱植入撑开器,包括推杆1,套管2以及撑开器3;撑开器3设置在套管2内部,并靠近套管2的出口端;推杆1可以插入套管2,并在套管2中滑动,滑动过程中,推杆1可将撑开器3推出套管2外。
如图3所示,撑开器3的原有状态下(或进入椎体后复原状态下)的截面形状为类椭圆形,其构造类似弹簧,由金属条螺旋形成多圈形状,并且每圈都是并紧的形式,这样,一方面保证撑开器3的构造稳定,另一方面撑开器3注入骨水泥后能将骨水泥容纳在撑开器3的内部,增加椎体的强度;原有状态下,撑开器3的螺旋圈的最大直径为∅A,螺旋圈的最小直径为∅B,螺旋圈的横向长度为C,形成该螺旋圈的金属条的直径为∅D,当该脊柱植入撑开器处于非工作状态时,为了使撑开器3在套管2内保持稳定以及当该脊柱植入撑开器处于工作状态时,为了方便将撑开器3推出套管2外,此外,考虑到加强撑开器3的固定椎体的效果,经过优化试验,可将A设置为14mm,B设置为8mm,C设置为17mm,D设置为2mm。
如图7(a)所示,在套管2内部时,撑开器3处于压缩状态,为了使撑开器3能稳定地置于套管2内部,处于压缩状态的撑开器3为圆柱状,其截面形状为矩形;撑开器3的材料为记忆合金;这样,当推杆1将撑开器3推出套管2外,并进入椎体内,在一定温度下,撑开器3恢复到原有形状(即截面形状为类椭圆形),如图7(b)所示。
如图4-6所示,该脊柱植入撑开器的操作步骤如下:(1)建立工作通道后,将套管2植入病变椎体内;(2)将推杆1置于套管2内后,推动推杆1将撑开器3推入椎体内,由于撑开器3的材料为记忆合金,撑开器3进入椎体后在一定温度下恢复到原有形状;在撑开器3的作用下,病变椎体还原到原来高度;(3)将推杆1抽出套管2后,通过套管2在撑开器3中注入一定的骨水泥。
但是,本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种脊柱植入撑开器,其特征在于:包括推杆(1),套管(2)以及撑开器(3);所述撑开器(3)设置在所述套管(2)内部,并靠近所述套管(2)的出口端;所述推杆(1)可以插入所述套管(2),并在所述套管(2)中滑动,滑动过程中,所述推杆(1)将所述撑开器(3)推出所述套管(2)外;所述撑开器(3)的原有状态下的截面形状为类椭圆形,由金属条螺旋形成多圈形状,并且每圈都是并紧的形式;所述撑开器(3)置于所述套管(2)内部时,所述撑开器(3)处于压缩状态,处于压缩状态的所述撑开器(3)为圆柱状,其截面形状为矩形,所述撑开器(3)的材料为记忆合金。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊柱植入撑开器,其特征在于:所述撑开器(3)的螺旋圈的最大直径为∅A,螺旋圈的最小直径为∅B,螺旋圈的横向长度为C,形成该螺旋圈的金属条的直径为∅D,其中,所述A设置为14mm,所述B设置为8mm,所述C设置为17mm,所述D设置为2mm。
3.一种根据权利要求1-2之一所述的脊柱植入撑开器的操作方法,其特征在于,A、建立工作通道后,将所述套管(2)植入病变椎体内;
B、将所述推杆(1)置于所述套管(2)内后,推动所述推杆(1)将所述撑开器(3)推入椎体内,由于所述撑开器(3)的材料为记忆合金,所述撑开器(3)进入椎体后在一定温度下恢复到原有形状;在所述撑开器(3)的作用下,病变椎体还原到原来高度;
C、将所述推杆(1)抽出所述套管(2)后,通过所述套管(2)在所述撑开器(3)中注入一定的骨水泥。
