Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体为一种内窥镜探头,其包括插入管、导向关节和探头,所述导向关节的左端与插入管连接、右端与探头连接,所述探头的前部侧面开设有截面为梯形的坡口,所述坡口的三个面上分别安装有光源、镜头和反光镜,所述镜头的拍摄方向与探头的轴向垂直,所述光源的光线方向与探头的轴向平行,所述反光镜的镜面所在平面与所述光源的安装平面之间呈锐角布置。本发明的这种探头的侧方成像清晰、不失真。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,具体涉及一种内窥镜探头。
背景技术
目前内窥镜探头通常将光源和小型摄像机集成在探头的最前端面上,光源照射范围小,光线和镜头方向一致成像较为清晰,但是对于侧方向成像在形状和尺寸容易失真,导致诊断出现较大失误。还有一类的探头是镜头在最前端面上、光源在探头侧面形成光圈,但是由于光源照射方向和镜头不在同一方向,成像不清晰。这两类探头对如食道等侧壁易发生病变的器官成像效果差,都对诊断有影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种内窥镜探头,侧方成像清晰、不失真。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种内窥镜探头,包括插入管、导向关节和探头,所述导向关节的左端与插入管连接、右端与探头连接,所述探头的前部侧面开设有截面为梯形的坡口,所述坡口的三个面上分别安装有光源、镜头和反光镜,所述镜头的拍摄方向与探头的轴向垂直,所述光源的光线方向与探头的轴向平行,所述反光镜的镜面所在平面与所述光源的安装平面之间呈锐角布置。
上述内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述反光镜(13)的镜面所在平面与光源(11)的安装平面之间夹角为30-40°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述坡口的深度为探头(1)直径的1/2-2/3。
4、根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述插入管(3)有外层到里层依次包括外聚亚安酯层、外钨丝编制皮、内聚亚安酯层、内钨丝编制皮和钢绞线。
本发明的有益效果为:将光源和镜头设置在探头侧面的坡口中,借助反光镜将光线进一步反射,保证整体空间光照充足的前提下,镜头。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步解释说明。
本发明内窥镜探头,包括插入管3、导向关节2和探头1,所述导向关节2的左端与插入管3连接、右端与探头1连接,所述探头1的前部侧面开设有截面为梯形的坡口,所述坡口的三个面上分别安装有光源11、镜头12和反光镜13,所述镜头12的拍摄方向与探头1的轴向垂直,所述光源11的光线方向与探头1的轴向平行,所述反光镜13的镜面所在平面与所述光源11的安装平面之间呈锐角布置以保证整个探头1的强度。
上述内窥镜探头,所述反光镜13的镜面所在平面与光源11的安装平面之间夹角为30-40°。其中,夹角优选为34-37°,反光镜13对镜头成像干扰小、光线效果较好,既能保证探头1强度足够,也能令患者有舒适的使用体验。
上述内窥镜探头,所述坡口的深度为探头1直径的1/2-2/3。
上述内窥镜探头,所述插入管3有外层到里层依次包括外聚亚安酯层、外钨丝编制皮、内聚亚安酯层、内钨丝编制皮和钢绞线。
Claims (4)
1.一种内窥镜探头,其特征在于:包括插入管(3)、导向关节(2)和探头(1),所述导向关节(2)的左端与插入管(3)连接、右端与探头(1)连接,所述探头(1)的前部侧面开设有截面为梯形的坡口,所述坡口的三个面上分别安装有光源(11)、镜头(12)和反光镜(13),所述镜头(12)的拍摄方向与探头(1)的轴向垂直,所述光源(11)的光线方向与探头(1)的轴向平行,所述反光镜(13)的镜面所在平面与所述光源(11)的安装平面之间呈锐角布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述反光镜(13)的镜面所在平面与光源(11)的安装平面之间夹角为30-40°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述坡口的深度为探头(1)直径的1/2-2/3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内窥镜探头,其特征在于:所述插入管(3)有外层到里层依次包括外聚亚安酯层、外钨丝编制皮、内聚亚安酯层、内钨丝编制皮和钢绞线。
