凉席是现在人们日常生活中很重要的一部分,是夏季床上用品,通常以草、竹材料为主进行制备,其制备方法为利用柔性材料(如纱线或线绳)将草、竹筷或竹条等形式的材料,进行编接而成。
目前,有些厂家采用聚丙烯等合成树脂的纤维来编制凉席,然而,这类材料导热性差,人坐上去或躺上去后,缺乏舒适性,再者由于是人工合成材料,其风格和色调等缺乏自然感,与现在人们追求自然、环保的消费理念不合,难以让人满意。同时现有凉席功能比较单一,尤其在睡觉时,人们最讨厌蚊子在你耳边嗡嗡的叫或者叮咬你,因而制作驱蚊的凉席成为一种可能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前凉席功能单一,导热性差,缺乏舒适性的弊端,提供了一种驱蚊凉席的制备方法,该方法利用艾草的驱蚊性能和碳纤维的导热性来制作凉席,该凉席导热性好,舒适凉爽,并且能够有效的驱蚊,营造一个舒适的睡觉环境。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是,其具体步骤为:
(1)按质量百分比计,选取40 ~ 60%艾草、20 ~ 30%的薰衣草和10 ~ 15% 天竺葵和10 ~ 15% 七里香,截取根部以上所有部分,洗净后置于一水池中,放入水,水位为刚好淹没所有植物,并同时加入10 ~ 15g 硫代硫酸钠,浸泡2 ~ 3 天,浸泡液保留,备用;
(2)待浸泡植物表面发黄后,取出,经碾压,压榨出汁液,再抽丝成植物纤维, 浸入0.5mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2 ~ 3 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后浸入质量比为10% 的盐酸溶液中浸泡,2 ~ 3 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后,备用;
(3)将风干后的植物纤维编织成厚度为1 ~ 2mm 植物纤维的席子,并对其进行打磨处理,磨去植物纤维倒刺和毛边后,再置于步骤(1)的浸泡液中浸泡1 ~ 2 天,取出自然风干,备用;
(4)取聚丙烯腈纤维,对其加热至200 ~ 300℃,保温2 ~ 3h,待保温结束后将其置于一密封箱中,通入氩气以排出箱体中其他空气,并将其加热至2000 ~ 3000℃,保温2 ~3h,静置冷却至室温,即得碳纤维材料;
(5)将上述制得的碳纤维材料编制成厚度为1 ~ 2mm 碳纤维内层,并将步骤(3)制得的植物纤维席子进行缝制,使碳纤维内层置于两层植物纤维席子中间,并保证碳纤维内层与上下层植物纤维紧密贴合,即可制得驱蚊凉席。

实施例3
首先按质量百分比计,选取45%艾草、25%的薰衣草和15% 天竺葵和15% 七里香,截取根部以上所有部分,洗净后置于一水池中,放入水,水位为刚好淹没所有植物,并同时加入12g 硫代硫酸钠,浸泡2 天,浸泡液保留,备用;待浸泡植物表面发黄后,取出,经碾压,压榨出汁液,再抽丝成植物纤维, 浸入0.5mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后浸入质量比为10% 的盐酸溶液中浸泡,2 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后,备用;再将风干后的植物纤维编织成厚度为2mm 植物纤维的席子,并对其进行打磨处理,磨去植物纤维倒刺和毛边后,再置于浸泡液中浸泡2 天,取出自然风干,备用;接着取聚丙烯腈纤维,对其加热至300℃,保温3h,待保温结束后将其置于一密封箱中,通入氩气以排出箱体中其他空气,并将其加热至3000℃,保温3h,静置冷却至室温,即得碳纤维材料;将上述制得的碳纤维材料编制成厚度为2mm 碳纤维内层,并将制得的植物纤维席子进行缝制,使碳纤维内层置于两层植物纤维席子中间,并保证碳纤维内层与上下层植物纤维紧密贴合,即可制得驱蚊凉席,使用该凉席,睡觉舒服,感觉凉爽,无蚊虫叮咬。

Claims (1)

1.一种驱蚊凉席的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)按质量百分比计,选取40~60%艾草、20~30%的薰衣草和10~15% 天竺葵和10~15% 七里香,截取根部以上所有部分,洗净后置于一水池中,放入水,水位为刚好淹没所有植物,并同时加入10 ~15g 硫代硫酸钠,浸泡2 ~3天,浸泡液保留,备用;
(2)待浸泡植物表面发黄后,取出,经碾压,压榨出汁液,再抽丝成植物纤维,浸入0.5mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2~3 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后浸入质量比为10% 的盐酸溶液中浸泡,2~3 小时,取出,用去离子清洗,自然风干后,备用;
(3)将风干后的植物纤维编织成厚度为1~2mm 植物纤维的席子,并对其进行打磨处理,磨去植物纤维倒刺和毛边后,再置于步骤(1)的浸泡液中浸泡1~2天,取出自然风干,备用;
(4)取聚丙烯腈纤维,对其加热至200~300℃,保温2~3h,待保温结束后将其置于一密封箱中,通入氩气以排出箱体中其他空气,并将其加热至2000~3000℃,保温2~3h,静置冷却至室温,即得碳纤维材料;
(5)将上述制得的碳纤维材料编制成厚度为1~2mm 碳纤维内层,并将步骤(3)制得的植物纤维席子进行缝制,使碳纤维内层置于两层植物纤维席子中间,并保证碳纤维内层与上下层植物纤维紧密贴合,即可制得驱蚊凉席。
