本发明公开了一种五毒鸭及其鸭肉和鸭汤,利用蛇毒、蝎毒、蜈蚣毒、蟾蜍毒、壁虎精提液,并配以名贵中药鹿茸和人参精提液,通过科学、合理配方,严格调控配方比例,使各毒素精华相互协调配合,各毒素和精提液以鸭为载体,通过吸收转化,将五毒精华之功效,赋予鸭的鸭体及其相关的鸭肉及鸭汤之中,名贵中药鹿茸和人参精提液起到画龙点睛的作用,显著增加阴阳调和、双向调节、综合调理之功效,使改善和增强人体体质及免疫力、养生保健、以及防治疑难杂症之功效得以显著提高。在日常饮食中,实现养生保健、防病、治病的目的,延年益寿。将中华医学的精华与现代医学理论相结合,通过了毒理、功能检验,符合国家食品药品监督管理局关于保健食品的规定。

技术领域
本发明涉及养生保健产品技术领域,特别涉及一种五毒鸭及其鸭肉和鸭汤。
背景技术
中医文化,博大精深,历史悠久,中医养生保健素来讲求药食同源,其食疗、药食同源及药膳理论与人类回归自然的愿望,提高生命健康素质的追求,自我保健、防患未然、扶正固本的目标相吻合,也与现代医学观点相一致,很多食材在中医上,都具有很好的药用价值。但是由于受地域限制,以及各族人民的饮食习惯不同,传统的药食同源食材很难大面积普遍推广食用,以成为人们日常养生调理的食物,通常这些食材仅在某一地区使用,而其他地区可能因风俗习惯、气候环境、交通信息、技术交流程度等原因影响,而不能广泛推广应用。另外,传统药食同源食材存在性能功效单一的缺陷,单一食用,往往不能实现对人体机能的全面阴阳调和、双向调节、综合调理之功效,通常需要多种食材相互搭配,共同食用,给食材加工、保存和日常食用带来极大不便。
近些年来,随着社会工业化的发展,人们的生存和生活环境受到严重污染,出现了越来越多的疑难杂症,诸如心脑血管疾病、癌症等,越来越多,呈逐年增长趋势。很多人都辛辛苦苦一辈子,积攒点积蓄,最后为治病救命而花的一无所有,治疗过程中还要遭受极大的痛苦,甚至债台高筑,还无法保全性命。
申请人经过多年潜心研究,以药食同源为基,通过中医以毒攻毒,结合运用高科技动植物提取工艺和生物转化技术,将中医文化中的五毒:蛇、蝎、蜈蚣、蟾蜍和壁虎中的不同毒素精提,经过百余次的配方修改调整,形成安全、科学、有效的有机配伍组合,五毒精华与日常食材有机结合,达到最佳的理想效果服务人类健康。上个世纪90年代,申请人先后开始进行蛇、蝎、蜈蚣的养殖,先后研制出了五毒液、五毒酒和五毒鸡,并于2002年12月18日就五毒鸡及其制备方法提出专利申请,经过十余年的潜心研究和发展,申请人不但对五毒液、五毒酒和五毒鸡进行了进一步的优化改良,而且使五毒的应用得以进一步广泛拓展。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是将有机配伍、相辅相成的五毒精华与鸭有机结合,提供一种五毒鸭及其鸭肉和鸭汤,通过以鸭肉和鸭汤的形式作为日常食材,有效实现人们通过日常食用鸭肉和鸭汤达到防治各种疑难杂症养生保健的目的,其配伍简单、安全、科学、有效,加工、保存、食用方便,通过简单的日常吃肉喝汤,即可实现对人体机能的全面阴阳调和、双向调节、综合调理之功效,有效增强人体体质和免疫能力,达到养生保健、防癌抗癌、防治心脑血管疾病等疑难杂症之功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种五毒鸭,采用如下方法获得:
1)将蛇毒3-5份,蝎毒4-10份,蜈蚣毒4-10份,蟾蜍毒0.8-1.2份,壁虎精提液5-9份,鹿茸精提液0.7-1.1份,人参精提液1.7-2.3份,按所述重量份配比混合成混合液;
2)将所述混合液抽入注射器内,根据鸭的体重大小,选择适宜喂入鸭嗉囊的长白山白眉蝮蛇,按鸭体重与混合液1kg:0.1-0.3ml的比例,将混合液注射入长白山白眉蝮蛇体内;
3)将注射了混合液的长白山白眉蝮蛇喂入鸭的嗉囊中,隔离3-4天,喂清水,将蛇消化,吸收五毒精华于鸭体之中,即得。
优选地,所述混合液的配比为蛇毒4份,蝎毒6份,蜈蚣毒8份,蟾蜍毒1.1份,壁虎精提液6份,鹿茸精提液0.9份,人参精提液2份;或蛇毒4份,蝎毒7份,蜈蚣毒8份,蟾蜍毒1.2份,壁虎精提液8份,鹿茸精提液1份,人参精提液2.1份。
所述壁虎精提液通过将壁虎冻死,开膛,去肠,60℃烘干,放入容器,熬液,滤渣取液制得。
所述鹿茸精提液和人参精提液可通过常规蒸馏法提取,并将提取液提纯、浓度浓缩至85%以上获得。
一种五毒鸭肉,通过将上述所得五毒鸭捏死或点穴致死,优选点穴致死更佳,烫净毛,真空包装,入库,冷冻即得。
一种五毒鸭汤,采用上述五毒鸭肉,将其解冻,洗净,放入锅内,加适量水,煮熟后,捞出放凉,开膛去肠杂,再将其放入原汤锅内继续煮烂即可。
食用方法:吃肉喝汤。

蛇毒【功效】祛风,通络,止痉。【主治】风湿顽痹,麻木拘挛,中风口眼歪斜,半身不遂,抽搐痉挛,破伤风症,麻风疥癣,瘰疬恶疮。“蛇性窜,能引药至风疾处,故能治风。风善行数变,蛇亦有善行数退,所以能透骨搜风,载惊定搐,为风痹惊搐、癞癣恶疮要药。取其内走脏腑,外彻皮肤,无处不到也”,即有穿骨祛风除湿治风湿的作用,能搜风定惊防治中风偏瘫,可通经络、通全身,使气血通畅,活血化淤,不生毒疖等,使机体各功能正常动作。蛇毒以选用长白山的白眉蝮蛇为上等,其毒素精提因子比其他蛇毒高出几十倍,有多达26种因子,如神经因子、溶血因子、凝血因子、控制癌细胞因子、抑制癌细胞因子等。
蝎毒【功效】祛风止经,通络、消肿、止痛,攻毒散结。【主治】风湿痹痛,中风,半身不遂,口眼歪斜,偏头痛,瘰疬,破伤风,风疹疮肿,无名肿痛,癌症,癫痫,顽固性皮肤病。蝎毒的功效是全蝎的18倍,以优选豫、陕、鄂三省交界地区八百里伏牛山产的十条腿中华钳蝎为上等,其喜食蜘蛛、蜈蚣,毒性猛烈,药用功效位于所有蝎子种系之首。
蜈蚣毒【功效】祛风,定惊,攻毒,散结。【主治】中风偏瘫,风湿,类风湿,惊痫,破伤风,抗肿瘤,百日咳,结核,疮疡肿毒,白秃,痔漏,烫伤。保护肝的排毒功能,保肝护胃,保护心脏。人体肝细胞在解毒的同时也受到损伤,蜈蚣毒使损伤的肝细胞得到修复,恢复肝脏旺盛的解毒功能。
蟾蜍毒【功效】破癥结,行水湿,化毒,杀虫拔毒,解毒,消肿,强心,止痛,定痛,抗癌防癌。【主治】疔疮,发背,阴疽瘰疬,恶疮,癓瘕癖积,臌胀,水肿,小儿疳积,慢性气管炎,消肿,强心止痛。
壁虎精提液【功效】祛风,定惊,散结,解毒。【主治】中风瘫痪,历节风痛,风痰惊痫,瘰疬,恶疮,骨髓炎,淋巴结核,肿瘤,对神经系统毛病、脑血管病能刺激脑细胞再生,防治偏瘫。壁虎精提液含蛋白质、马蜂毒样的有毒物质及组织胺样物质。
鹿茸【功效】壮元阳,补气血,益精髓,强筋骨。【主治】肾虚、头晕、耳聋、目暗、阳痿、滑精、宫冷不孕、羸瘦、神疲、畏寒、腰脊冷痛、筋骨痿软、崩漏带下、阴疽不敛及久病虚损等症。鹿茸有行血、化瘀、消肿、解毒和生肌的作用,对长期不愈和新生不良的溃疡及创伤,能增强其再生过程,加强氮素及碳水化合物的代谢,从而促进溃疡面和骨折的加速愈合。
人参【功效】大补元气,固脱生津,安神益智。【主治】劳伤虚损,食少,倦怠,反胃吐食,大便滑泄,虚咳喘促,自汗暴脱,惊悸,健忘,眩晕头痛,阳痿,尿频,消渴,妇女崩漏,小儿慢惊,及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之证。

一种五毒鸭,采用如下方法获得:
1)将蛇毒3份,蝎毒4份,蜈蚣毒4份,蟾蜍毒0.8份,壁虎精提液9份,鹿茸精提液0.7份,人参精提液1.7份,按所述重量份配比混合成混合液;
2)将所述混合液抽入注射器内,根据鸭的体重大小,选择适宜喂入鸭嗉囊的长白山白眉蝮蛇,按鸭体重与混合液1kg:0.3ml的比例,将混合液注射入长白山白眉蝮蛇体内;
3)将注射了混合液的长白山白眉蝮蛇喂入鸭的嗉囊中,隔离3-4天,喂清水,将蛇消化,吸收五毒精华于鸭体之中,即得。
一种五毒鸭肉,通过将上述所得五毒鸭宰杀,烫净毛,真空包装,入库,于零下12-18℃温度下冷冻保存即得。
一种五毒鸭汤,采用上述五毒鸭肉,将其解冻,洗净,放入锅内,加适量水,煮熟后,捞出放凉,开膛去肠杂,再将其放入原汤锅内继续煮烂即可。
食用方法:吃肉喝汤。

一种五毒鸭肉,通过将上述所得五毒鸭捏死宰杀,烫净毛,真空包装,入库,于零下12-18℃温度下冷冻保存即得。
一种五毒鸭汤,采用上述五毒鸭肉,将其解冻,洗净,放入锅内,加适量水,煮熟后,捞出放凉,开膛去肠杂,再将其放入原汤锅内继续煮烂即可。

Claims (6)
1.一种五毒鸭,其特征在于:采用如下方法获得:
1)将蛇毒3-5份,蝎毒4-10份,蜈蚣毒4-10份,蟾蜍毒0.8-1.2份,壁虎精提液5-9份,鹿茸精提液0.7-1.1份,人参精提液1.7-2.3份,按所述重量份配比混合成混合液;
2)将所述混合液抽入注射器内,根据鸭的体重大小,选择适宜喂入鸭嗉囊的长白山白眉蝮蛇,按鸭体重与混合液1kg:0.1-0.3ml的比例,将混合液注射入长白山白眉蝮蛇体内;
3)将注射了混合液的长白山白眉蝮蛇喂入鸭的嗉囊中,隔离3-4天,喂清水,将蛇消化,吸收五毒精华于鸭体之中,即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的五毒鸭,其特征在于:所述混合液的配比为蛇毒4份,蝎毒6份,蜈蚣毒8份,蟾蜍毒1.1份,壁虎精提液6份,鹿茸精提液0.9份,人参精提液2份。
3.如权利要求1所述的五毒鸭,其特征在于:所述混合液的配比为蛇毒4份,蝎毒7份,蜈蚣毒8份,蟾蜍毒1.2份,壁虎精提液8份,鹿茸精提液1份,人参精提液2.1份。
4.一种五毒鸭肉,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1或2或3所述的五毒鸭,通过将其捏死或点穴致死,宰杀,烫净毛,真空包装,入库,冷冻即得。
5.一种五毒鸭汤,其特征在于:采用如权利要求4所述的五毒鸭肉,将其解冻,洗净,放入锅内,加适量水,煮熟后,捞出放凉,开膛去肠杂,再将其放入原汤锅内继续煮烂即可。
6.如权利要求5所述的五毒鸭汤,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1或2或3所述的五毒鸭,宰杀,分割后直接洗净、入锅。
