The black tea leaves are mechanically lifted to the rolling roller after being processed on the withering plate, and the withering plate becomes a part of the rolling machine, so that the tea leaves can be immediately rolled, and the processing efficiency of withering and rolling the tea leaves is ensured; the tea leaves circularly move between the withering plate and the outer side of the rolling roller and between the rolling roller and the screw rod, and are continuously rolled, so that the rolling effect of the tea leaves is ensured.
Further, the sides of the withering plate connected with the stay bars have the same length as the length of the rolling rollers, and the other two sides of the withering plate are respectively aligned with the two end surfaces of the rolling rollers.
