The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a detachable purified water tank which is convenient to detach and maintain and has an ideal leakage-proof effect.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: a detachable purified water tank, comprising:
a tank body provided with a cleaning tank;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning tank, a cleaning generator, a cleaning device and a cleaning device, wherein the cleaning generator is arranged in the cleaning tank in front and is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning tank in a semi-fixed detachable mode, the main body part of the cleaning generator is propped against the inner wall of the cleaning tank, and the installation part of the cleaning generator penetrates through the cleaning tank;
the leakage-proof device is externally arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning tank and wraps the installation part of the cleaning generator penetrating out of the cleaning tank;
and the controller is electrically connected with the purification generator and is arranged in a movable structure.
As a further improvement of the invention, the installation part of the purification generator is detachably installed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank in a threaded fixing mode, the main body part of the purification generator is tightly abutted against the inner wall of the cleaning tank, and the main body part of the rotary purification generator can be directly unscrewed.
As a further improvement of the invention, a hollow fixing piece is inserted on the inner wall of the cleaning tank, the installation part of the purification generator is provided with a thread head, the thread head is inserted into the hollow part of the fixing piece and is in threaded connection with the fixing piece, and the leakage-proof device is wrapped outside the fixing piece.
As a further improvement of the invention, the fixing piece is provided with a hollow structure with a T-shaped cross section, the wider end of the fixing piece is arranged in the cleaning tank and buckled on the inner wall of the cleaning tank, the narrower end of the fixing piece is arranged outside the cleaning tank and is fixed on the tank body through the fixing nut, and the main body part of the purifying generator is provided with a groove tightly matched with the wider end of the fixing piece.
As a further improvement of the invention, the bottom of the groove is sealed with the corresponding end face of the wider end of the fixing piece through a first sealing gasket, the inner wall of the cleaning tank is sealed with the corresponding end face of the wider end of the fixing piece through a second sealing gasket, and the end part of the thread head, which is far away from the body part of the purification generator, is sealed with the fixing piece through a sealing ring.
As a further improvement of the invention, the end of the screw thread head far away from the purification generator body is provided with a hollow structure with a T-shaped cross section, the T-shaped cross section is provided with a T shape which is inverted relative to the fixing piece, the sealing ring tightly wraps the end of the screw thread head, the controller is electrically connected with the purification generator in a wired mode, and wires for electrical connection sequentially pass through the leakage-proof device, the sealing ring and the hollow part of the end of the screw thread head.
As a further improvement of the invention, the leakage-proof device is connected to the outer wall of the cleaning tank in a sealing way by adopting sealant, and is provided with a storage cavity, and the part of the narrower end of the fixing piece exposed out of the cleaning tank is arranged in the storage cavity.
As a further improvement of the invention, the cleaning tank is provided with a water outlet and a water outlet pipe connected with the water outlet, the storage cavity is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is connected to the water outlet pipe through a hose.
As a further improvement of the invention, a touch glass panel is arranged on the surface of the tank body, a touch switch key board is connected below the touch glass panel, and the controller is electrically connected with the touch switch key board in a wired mode.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the touch glass panel is disposed at a position closer to the rear side of the tank body face, and the purge generator is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank at a position closer to the rear side of the tank body.
Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention at least has the following technical effects: the whole structure is compact in layout, all parts are tightly matched, the purification generator is arranged on the inner wall of the water tank in front, and the purification generator is designed into a semi-fixed detachable structure, so that the purification generator is convenient to detach, clean and maintain; the anti-leakage device is arranged at the rear side (outer side) of the water tank, so that misoperation of a user can be prevented, water seepage caused by an internal structure (such as ageing of a sealing ring) can be prevented, and the anti-leakage effect is ideal; different from the existing fixed controller structure, the controller is arranged in a movable structure, can be flexibly placed in environments such as a cabinet wall and the like, and is convenient to use and maintain.
Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The invention protects a detachable purifying water tank, and solves the problems of inconvenient disassembly and maintenance, inconvenient cleaning, rubber aging and water leakage and the like of an original rear fixed water purifying structure and the problems of inconvenient maintenance and the like of an original fixed controller.
The technical solution provided by the present invention is described in more detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present detachable clean water tank includes:
a tank body 10 having a cleaning tank 11;
the cleaning generator 20 is arranged in the cleaning tank 11 in a front-mounted mode and is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11 in a semi-fixed detachable mode, the main body part of the cleaning generator 20 is abutted against the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11, and the installation part of the cleaning generator 20 penetrates through the cleaning tank 11;
the leakage-proof device 30 is externally arranged on the outer wall of the cleaning tank 11 and wraps the installation part of the purification generator 20 penetrating out of the cleaning tank 11;
and a controller 40 electrically connected to the purge generator 20 and provided in a movable structure.
In the invention, the purifying water tank can be of a single tank or a multi-tank structure, preferably of a double tank structure, namely, two cleaning tanks 11 are arranged, the purifying generators 20 (water purifying structure) can be in one-to-one correspondence with the cleaning tanks 11, and one of the cleaning tanks 11 can be provided with the purifying generator 20, so that the applicability is wide; the semi-fixed detachable manner of the purifying generator 20, that is, movably disposed and detachably mounted on the inner wall of the washing tub 11, is detachably mounted on the inner wall of the water tub in front thereof, rather than being similar to the existing rear fixed type water purifying structure; the leakage-proof device 30 is preferably sealed on the rear wall of the water tank by sealant, so that the leakage-proof effect is further improved.
The detachable purifying water tank has compact overall structure layout, the components are closely matched, the purifying generator 20 is arranged on the inner wall of the water tank in front, and the detachable purifying water tank is designed into a semi-fixed detachable structure, so that the detachable purifying water tank is convenient to detach, clean and maintain; the leakage-proof device 30 is arranged at the rear side (outer side) of the water tank, so that misoperation of a user can be prevented, water seepage caused by an internal structure (such as ageing of the sealing ring 73) can be prevented, and the leakage-proof effect is ideal; unlike the existing fixed controller structure, the controller 40 of the present invention is provided with a movable structure, which can be flexibly placed in the environment such as a cabinet wall, etc., and is convenient to use and maintain.
Further, the purification generator 20 in the present case is preferably mounted on the inner wall of the water tank in a threaded fixing manner, so that the installation and the disassembly are more convenient, the purification generator can be directly unscrewed by hand, and the maintenance is also convenient. Specifically, the installation part of the purification generator 20 is detachably installed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11 in a threaded fixing manner, the main body part of the purification generator 20 is tightly abutted against the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11, and the main body part of the rotary purification generator 20 can directly unscrew the purification generator 20.
Preferably, a hollow fixing member 50 is inserted into the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11, the installation portion of the cleaning generator 20 is provided as a screw head 21, the screw head 21 is inserted into the hollow portion of the fixing member 50 and is in threaded connection with the fixing member 50, the anti-leakage device 30 is wrapped outside the fixing member 50, the screw head 21 can be exposed outside the fixing member 50 or can be built in the fixing member 50, and the anti-leakage device 30 is also arranged in the anti-leakage device 30.
By adopting the thread fixing mode and the leakage-proof structure layout, the connection between the purification generator 20 and the water tank is tighter, the disassembly, the installation and the maintenance are more convenient, the leakage-proof effect is ideal, and the fixing piece 50 can be further preferably arranged to be of a metal fixing piece 50 structure, so that the grasping force and the fixing reliability are ensured.
Further, in order to ensure the tightness of connection and the reliability of fixing installation, the fixing member 50 is provided with a hollow structure with a T-shaped cross section, the wider end of the fixing member 50 is arranged in the cleaning tank 11 and is buckled on the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11, the narrower end of the fixing member is arranged outside the cleaning tank 11 and is fixed on the tank body 10 through the fixing nut 60, the tank wall of the cleaning tank 11 is clamped by the fixing nut 60 and the wider end of the fixing member 50, and the main body part of the purification generator 20 is provided with a groove 22 tightly matched with the wider end of the fixing member 50, so that the tightness of connection is ensured, and the leakage-proof effect is improved; to further prevent water seepage, it is also preferable that the fixing nut 60 is also placed in the leakage preventing means 30.
As a preferred or alternative embodiment, the bottom of the groove 22 is sealed with the corresponding end face of the wider end of the fixing member 50 by a first sealing gasket 71, the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11 is sealed with the corresponding end face of the wider end of the fixing member 50 by a second sealing gasket 72, and the end of the screw head 21 away from the body of the purification generator 20 is sealed with the fixing member 50 by a sealing ring 73.
In the invention, three layers of sealing from inside to outside can be achieved by matching the sealing ring 73 with the sealing gasket for sealing and fixing by screw threads, and the arrangement of the sealing structure also ensures that the connection and the fixing between the components are more reliable, the three layers of sealing and triple protection are realized, and the leakage-proof device 30 is arranged outside, so that the leakage-proof effect is ideal.
Further, in order to ensure the reliability and tightness of the connection and to ensure the convenience of disassembly and maintenance of the overall structure layout, the end of the screw thread head 21, which is far away from the body of the purification generator 20, is provided with a hollow structure with a T-shaped cross section, and the T-shape is provided as an inverted T-shape relative to the fixing piece 50, i.e. the wider end of the fixing piece 50 faces the inside of the cleaning tank 11, and the wider end of the screw thread head 21 faces the outside of the cleaning tank 11; the sealing ring 73 tightly wraps the end of the screw head 21, the controller 40 is electrically connected with the purification generator 20 in a wired manner, and the wires for the electrical connection pass through the leakage preventing device 30, the sealing ring 73 and the hollow part of the end of the screw head 21 in sequence.
In the present invention, the leakage preventing device 30 is preferably sealed and connected to the outer wall of the cleaning tank 11 by using a sealant, and the leakage preventing device 30 is provided with a receiving cavity for collecting the water overflowed or leaked due to the aging of the seal, and the part of the narrower end of the fixing member 50 exposed out of the cleaning tank 11 is placed in the receiving cavity.
Further, in order to facilitate the drainage of accumulated water, ensure the compact connection of the whole structure, the water of the leakage-proof device 30 can be directly guided into the water draining device of the water tank, preferably, the cleaning tank is provided with a water draining port and a water draining pipe connected with the water draining port, the storage cavity is provided with a water draining port, and the water draining port is connected to the water draining pipe through a hose.
Preferably, a touch glass panel 80 is arranged on the face of the tank body 10, a touch switch key board 90 is connected below the touch glass panel 80, and the controller 40 is electrically connected with the touch switch key board 90 in a wired manner, so that the control accuracy and the signal are further ensured to be in place in time.
The touch glass panel 80 can be connected with a water filtering mechanism of the water tank, has functions of display, operation and the like, is preferably embedded on the face of the tank body 10 and is arranged on the side part of the cleaning tank 11, and the whole structure is attractive in appearance and streamline and smooth.
Further preferably, the touch glass panel 80 is disposed at a position on the rear side of the face of the tank 10, and the purge generator 20 is disposed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank 11 near the rear side of the tank 10; further, it is preferable that the connection line of the touch switch key sheet 90 and the connection line of the purge generator 20 are connected to the movable controller 40 from the rear side of the tank body 10 (the rear side of the sink), so that the connection line is prevented from being exposed, and convenience in maintenance is also ensured.
In summary, the detachable purified water tank is characterized in that the metal fixing piece 50 is matched with the sealing gasket to be fixed on the wall of the water tank through the fixing nut 60; the leakage-proof device 30 is fixed on the rear wall of the water tank, and is sealed by sealant, and the water outlet of the leakage-proof device 30 is connected into the water tank sewer pipe by a hose; the sealing ring 73 is sleeved on the top end of the purification generator 20 and matched with the sealing gasket, and is fixed on the metal fixing piece 50 through the thread head 21 of the purification generator 20; the touch switch key pad 90 and the purge generator 20 are connected to the movable controller 40 from the rear side of the sink.
