背景技术
姜(学名:Zingiber officinale Rosc.),姜科姜属多年生草本植物。开有黄绿色花并有刺激性香味的根茎。株高0.5-1米;根茎肥厚,多分枝,有芳香及辛辣味。叶片披针形或线状披针形,无毛,无柄;叶舌膜质。总花梗长达25厘米;穗状花序球果状;苞片卵形,淡绿色或边缘淡黄色,顶端有小尖头。花萼管长约1厘米;花冠黄绿色,裂片披针形;唇瓣中央裂片长圆状倒卵形。姜温中散寒,健胃活血,具有加快人体新陈代谢、通经络等作用。
植物生长调节剂是用于调节植物生长、发育的一类物质。植物生长调节剂又称为植物外源激素,一般通过人工合成或微生物发酵等方式生产,其生理作用和生物学效应与天然植物激素相同或相近。目前,植物生长调节剂在世界上广泛应用于农林业生产,现在由于使用方便、价格低而被农民普遍采用,但这些植物生长调节剂存在着使植物耐药性增大的缺点,从而降低了植物的抗病能力导致农药施用增多,也还存在持效期短、使用次数多等问题,另外,目前也没有专用于生姜的生长调节剂的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于生姜的生长调节剂及其制备方法,可促进生姜的生长,并能增强生姜的抗病能力,且还具有持效期长的优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种用于生姜的生长调节剂,主要由以下重量份的组分组成:吲哚乙酸2.2~3.1份,烟酰胺0.3~0.8份,水杨酸1.2~1.5份,氨基酸1~5份,猪粪30~39份,淘米水10~20份,蛋壳粉10~18份,腐植酸10~20份,香蕉树干50~70份,棕榈树干5~15份,未成熟的苹果20~35份,未成熟的葡萄5~10份,EM生物菌剂0.5~2份,薄荷粉1~3份,羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份。
以上所述用于生姜的生长调节剂,优选主要由以下重量份的组分组成:吲哚乙酸2.5~2.9份,烟酰胺0.4~0.7份,水杨酸1.2~1.5份,氨基酸2.5~4份,猪粪32~36份,淘米水12~18份,蛋壳粉12~16份,腐植酸12~18份,香蕉树干60~68份,棕榈树干8~12份,未成熟的苹果24~30份,未成熟的葡萄6~8份,EM 生物菌剂0.6~1.6份,薄荷粉1.5~2.5份,羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份。

(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将香蕉树干和棕榈树干切段,干燥,粉碎,加入8~10%的硼酸水溶液,在55~65℃中浸泡10~15h;
(3)取出浸泡后的香蕉树干和棕榈树干,放入炭化炉中,在480~530℃下烘烤3~4h,得炭基;
(4)取出炭基,挤压成直径为5~10mm的颗粒,得颗粒状的炭基;
(5)将未成熟的苹果和未成熟的葡萄切成5~10mm的小块,榨汁,获得果汁,将果汁煮沸后,倒入颗粒状的炭基,浸泡10~16h,得含苹果酸的炭基;
(6)再向步骤(5)所得的含苹果酸的炭基中加入猪粪、淘米水、蛋壳粉、腐殖酸和EM生物菌剂,再加入4~6倍重量的水混合发酵,发酵温度为50~60℃,发酵时间为2~3天,发酵完成后在40~60℃下烘至水分含量为30~50%,加入薄荷粉和羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,放置3~6h,在40~60℃下烘干,粉碎成200~250目的粉末,再加入吲哚乙酸、烟酰胺、水杨酸和氨基酸混合均匀,获得用于生姜的生长调节剂。
以上所述的用于生姜的生长调节剂的使用方法:加入固体组分重量2×105~1×106倍的水中,搅拌,喷洒在生姜种植地上。
具有以下优点:

(3)本发明采用香蕉树干和棕榈树干制成炭基,内含丰富的孔隙,且香蕉树干的胶质炭化后仍具有部分粘附作用,炭基吸附和粘附来自于苹果和葡萄自身的纯天然苹果酸,该天然苹果酸是植物本身的内源激素,通过炭基缓慢的释放出来,使需求量较少的苹果酸持续缓慢的进入生姜中,有利于生姜植株的植物细胞从外界吸水,有利于促进光合作用,增强生姜植株的抗病能力,同时,炭基还与农家肥混合发酵、吸附其有效成分,使其中的氮肥、钾肥、磷肥能深入炭基的孔隙中,并同时与腐殖酸鳌合、络和在一起,在使用时缓慢地被生姜植株吸收,延长其作用时间,
(4)本发明还添加了薄荷粉,薄荷粉中的薄荷醇具有杀菌作用,并可帮助各种营养成分加速渗透进入生姜植株的根部、茎干和叶片细胞,提高营养成分的利用效率。

用于生姜的生长调节剂,称取以下重量的各组分:吲哚乙酸2.7g,烟酰胺0.5g,水杨酸1.3g,氨基酸3.2g,猪粪34g,淘米水16g,蛋壳粉13g,腐植酸15g,香蕉树干62g,棕榈树干10g,未成熟的苹果28g,未成熟的葡萄7g,EM生物菌剂1.2g,薄荷粉2g,羧甲基纤维素钠1.5g。

(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将香蕉树干和棕榈树干切段,干燥,粉碎,加入10%的硼酸水溶液,硼酸水溶液以没过香蕉树干和棕榈树干为准,在60℃中浸泡15h;

用于生姜的生长调节剂,称取以下重量的各组分:吲哚乙酸2.9g,烟酰胺0.7g,水杨酸1.5g,氨基酸4g,猪粪36g,淘米水18g,蛋壳粉16g,腐植酸18g,香蕉树干68g,棕榈树干12g,未成熟的苹果30g,未成熟的葡萄8g,EM生物菌剂1.6g,薄荷粉2.5g,羧甲基纤维素钠2 g。
其中,用于生姜的生长调节剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将香蕉树干和棕榈树干切段,干燥,粉碎,加入10%的硼酸水溶液,硼酸水溶液以没过香蕉树干和棕榈树干为准,在60℃中浸泡15h;
(3)取出浸泡后的香蕉树干和棕榈树干,放入炭化炉中,在530℃下烘烤3h,得炭基;
(4)取出炭基,挤压成直径为5~10mm的颗粒,得颗粒状的炭基;
(5)将未成熟的苹果切成5~10mm的小块,榨汁,获得果汁,将果汁煮沸后,倒入颗粒状的炭基,浸泡16h,得含苹果酸的炭基;
(6)再向步骤(5)所得的含苹果酸的炭基中加入猪粪、淘米水、蛋壳粉、腐殖酸和EM生物菌剂,再加入4倍重量的水混合发酵,发酵温度为55℃,发酵时间为3天,发酵完成后在45℃下烘至水分含量为40%,加入薄荷粉和羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,放置5h,在45℃下烘干,粉碎成250目的粉末,再加入吲哚乙酸、烟酰胺、水杨酸和氨基酸混合均匀,获得用于生姜的生长调节剂。
实施例1~5的吲哚乙酸选用爱密挺,取实施例1~5的用于生姜的生长调节剂,按照使用方法混合,一同加入固体组分重量2×105倍的水中,在生姜的芽冒出地面后以喷雾的形式喷洒在生姜表面,每20kg喷洒250平方米的生姜种植地,每20天喷洒一次。并设有一空白处理,即在生姜种植地上喷洒同样重量的水。
增产效果见下表:

Claims (4)

1.一种用于生姜的生长调节剂,其特征在于:
主要由以下重量份的组分组成:吲哚乙酸2.2~3.1份,烟酰胺0.3~0.8份,水杨酸1.2~1.5份,氨基酸1~5份,猪粪30~39份,淘米水10~20份,蛋壳粉10~18份,腐植酸10~20份,香蕉树干50~70份,棕榈树干5~15份,未成熟的苹果20~35份,未成熟的葡萄5~10份,EM生物菌剂0.5~2份,薄荷粉1~3份,羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于生姜的生长调节剂,其特征在于:
主要由以下重量份的组分组成:吲哚乙酸2.5~2.9份,烟酰胺0.4~0.7份,水杨酸1.2~1.5份,氨基酸2.5~4份,猪粪32~36份,淘米水12~18份,蛋壳粉12~16份,腐植酸12~18份,香蕉树干60~68份,棕榈树干8~12份,未成熟的苹果24~30份,未成熟的葡萄6~8份,EM 生物菌剂0.6~1.6份,薄荷粉1.5~2.5份,羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于生姜的生长调节剂,其特征在于:
主要由以下重量份的组分组成:吲哚乙酸2.7份,烟酰胺0.5份,水杨酸1.3份,氨基酸3.2份,猪粪34份,淘米水16份,蛋壳粉13份,腐植酸15份,香蕉树干62份,棕榈树干10份,未成熟的苹果28份,未成熟的葡萄7份,EM生物菌剂1.2份,薄荷粉2份,羧甲基纤维素钠1.5份。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于生姜的生长调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各组分;
(2)将香蕉树干和棕榈树干切段,干燥,粉碎,加入8~10%的硼酸水溶液,在55~65℃中浸泡10~15h;
(3)取出浸泡后的香蕉树干和棕榈树干,放入炭化炉中,在480~530℃下烘烤3~4h,得炭基;
(4)取出炭基,挤压成直径为5~10mm的颗粒,得颗粒状的炭基;
(5)将未成熟的苹果和未成熟的葡萄切成5~10mm的小块,榨汁,获得果汁,将果汁煮沸后,倒入颗粒状的炭基,浸泡10~16h,得含苹果酸的炭基;
(6)再向步骤(5)所得的含苹果酸的炭基中加入猪粪、淘米水、蛋壳粉、腐殖酸和EM生物菌剂,再加入4~6倍重量的水混合发酵,发酵温度为50~60℃,发酵时间为2~3天,发酵完成后在40~60℃下烘至水分含量为30~50%,加入薄荷粉和羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,放置3~6h,在40~60℃下烘干,粉碎成200~250目的粉末,再加入吲哚乙酸、烟酰胺、水杨酸和氨基酸混合均匀,获得用于生姜的生长调节剂。
