精喹禾灵是在合成禾草克的过程中去除了非活性的光学异构体(L-体)后的改良制品。其作用机制、杀草谱与禾草克相似,通过杂草茎叶吸收,在植物体内向上和向下双向传导,积累在顶端及居间分生,抑制细胞脂肪酸合成,使杂草坏死。精禾草克是一种高度选择性的新型旱田茎叶处理剂,在禾本科杂草和双子叶作物间有高度的选择性,对阔叶作物田的禾本科杂草有很好的防效,对其他杂草无效果。精喹禾灵作用速度更快,药效更加稳定,不易受雨水气温及湿度等环境条件的影响,对环境安全。但是,由于大豆田、油菜田长期使用精喹禾灵,一些杂草已经对其产生了严重的抗性。
灭草松是一种具有选择性的触杀型苗后除草剂,用于杂草苗期茎叶处理,通过叶片接触而起作用。旱田使用,先通过叶面渗透传导到叶绿体内抑制光合作用。水田使用既能通过叶面渗透又能通过根部吸收,传导到茎叶,强烈阻碍杂草光合作用和水分代谢,造成营养饥饿,使生理机能失调而致死。有效成分在耐性作物体内代谢,对作物安全,施药后6-18周灭草松在土壤中可被微生物分解。主要用于水稻、大豆、花生、小麦等作物,防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草;对抗磺酰脲类除草剂的杂草具有很好的活性,同时在土壤中的半衰期仅为几小时,对下茬作物非常安全;但是,灭草松对禾本科杂草的无效,除草谱单一,且售价较高。
异丙草胺,是内吸传导型选择性芽前除草剂,主要通过杂草幼芽吸收。在土壤中稳定性小,对光稳定,能为土壤微生物分解。持效60-80天,对后茬作物没有影响。可以防除禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,禾本科杂草防效优于阔叶杂草。
马铃薯是我国重要的旱地作物,多种多样的杂草是影响马铃薯的产量和质量的主要限制因子,也是马铃薯病虫害的主要传播媒介,为达到农业增产、农民增收的目的,需要兼治马铃薯田间的多种杂草。由于受作物安全性所限,杀草谱也有限,单独使用一种除草剂单剂不能完全有效地控制马铃薯田杂草的发生,再者有些除草剂由于水溶性大或田间持效期太长、用量过大或施药不均匀都会造成对当季作物或后茬作物的残留毒害。
因此,本发明选择可杀草谱不同,优缺点互补的灭草松、精喹禾灵、异丙草胺三种类型除草剂适当减量后配成合剂使用,这样既扩大了杀草谱,明显提高了除草效果,也避免了对当季作物产生药害和对后茬作物产生残留毒害的可能性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗性风险小、杀草谱宽、药效好、见效快、持续期长、除草彻底、残留低、低毒、环境污染小的复合除草剂,其有效成分为精喹禾灵和灭草松及异丙草胺,可适用于马铃薯田苗后除草。
一种含精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于该除草组合物以精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺为主要有效成分,精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的质量比为2-30:3-25:1-30。
在除草组合物中,精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺三者之和在除草组合物中的质量百分含量为6-70%。
与CN1317241A公开的一种主要含有精喹禾灵与灭草松作为活性成分或灭草松、精喹禾灵与乙草胺作为活性成分的除草组合物,CN102265845A公开的灭草松、甲氧咪烟酸与精喹禾灵为有效成分的除草组合物,CN102265858A灭草松、三氟羧草醚和精喹禾灵为有效成分的除草组合物相比,本发明除草组合物具有优异的增效除草活性效果。
本发明的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的三元复配组合物中,除了精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺三种有效成分外,还可以添加农药上允许的助剂,配制成任意一种剂型。优选加工成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳油。
所述的农药助剂包括:分散剂、润湿剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂等,这些助剂使用常用的公知的化合物。
所述含有精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,制成6-25%可湿性粉剂时包含如下组分含量:精喹禾灵2-8%,灭草松3-12%,异丙草胺1-5%,分散剂0.01-0.05%,湿润剂0.01-0.05%,填料补足。
所述含有精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,制成50-70%水分散粒剂时包括如下组分含量:精喹禾灵25-30%,灭草松15-25%,异丙草胺10-15%,分散剂1-3%,润湿剂2-4%,黏合剂3-8%,崩解剂2-5%,填料补足。
所述含有精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,制成32-60%乳油时包括如下组分含量:精喹禾灵2-10%,灭草松10-20%,异丙草胺20-30%,乳化剂5-20%,有机溶剂补足。
本发明所述的除草组合物可在马铃薯苗后除草中应用,特别是在防除马铃薯田中各种禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草中应用具有显著效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明除草剂具有以下优点:
1、杂草防除增效作用明显,药效大幅提高;本发明除草组合物各组分作用特点不同,使得杂草抗性产生速度降低了,极大地提高除草剂的杀草活性。
2、杀草谱广,持效期长。本发明除草组合物各组分的杀草谱不同,将三者混配制得的药剂结合了各种药剂的除草谱和活性,使得混合制剂的除草谱更宽了,持效期更长了。
3、作物安全性高。本发明除草组合物毒性低、弱致敏,对作物人畜的毒性低,可以在不伤害作物的情况下,安全地防除禾本科、阔叶科杂草,以及对后茬作物都具有安全性。
4、延缓杂草抗性。本发明能够显著提高对各种抗性杂草的防效,延缓杂草抗药性的产生,延长药剂的使用寿命。
因此,本发明所述的复合除草剂可在制备用于马铃薯田苗后除草的除草剂中应用,特别是在制备用于防除马铃薯田中各种禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草的除草剂中应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1 6%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂
精喹禾灵2%,灭草松3%,异丙草胺1%,分散剂木质素磺酸钠0.01%,湿润剂十二烷基硫酸钠0.01%,填料凹凸棒土93.98%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为6%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例2 50%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂
精喹禾灵25%,灭草松15%,异丙草胺10%,分散剂木质素磺酸钙1%,润湿剂烷基硫酸钠2%,黏合剂甲基纤维素3%,崩解剂硫酸铵2%,填料滑石粉42%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为50%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例3 32%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油
精喹禾灵2%,灭草松10%,异丙草胺20%,乳化剂辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6%,有机溶剂甲苯62%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为62%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油。
实施例4 15%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂
精喹禾灵5%,灭草松7%,异丙草胺3%,分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物0.02%,湿润剂聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸钠0.03%,填料硅藻土84.95%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为15%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例5 58%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂
精喹禾灵28%,灭草松17%,异丙草胺13%,分散剂甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物2%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠3%,黏合剂葡萄糖5%,崩解剂硫酸铵3%,填料硅藻土29%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为58%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例6 48%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油
精喹禾灵8%,灭草松15%,异丙草胺25%,乳化剂十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚12%,有机溶剂甲苯40%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为48%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油。
实施例7 25%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂
精喹禾灵8%,灭草松12%,异丙草胺5%,分散剂木质素磺酸钠0.05%,湿润剂十二烷基硫酸钠0.05%,填料玉米淀粉74.9%。按照常规的制剂方法制备有效成分质量百分含量为25%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例8 70%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂
精喹禾灵30%,灭草松25%,异丙草胺15%,分散剂萘磺酸钠3%,润湿剂烷基硫酸钠4%,黏合剂葡萄糖7%,崩解剂硫酸铵5%,填料滑石粉11%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为70%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺水分散粒剂。
实施例9 60%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油
精喹禾灵10%,灭草松20%,异丙草胺30%,乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钙20%,有机溶剂甲苯20%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为60%精喹禾灵·灭草松·异丙草胺乳油。

灭草松10%,异丙草胺5%,分散剂木质素磺酸钙3%,湿润剂十二烷基硫酸钠5%,填料玉米淀粉77%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为15%灭草松·异丙草胺可湿性粉剂。
对比例5 30%灭草松·精喹禾灵乳油
灭草松3%,精喹禾灵27%,乳化剂十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚15%,溶剂二甲苯55%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为30%灭草松·精喹禾灵乳油。
对比例6 60%精喹禾灵·异丙草胺水分散粒剂
灭草松40%,异丙草胺20%,分散剂木质酸磺酸钠3%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2%,黏合剂葡萄糖3%,崩解剂硫酸铵4%,填料滑石粉28%。按照常规的制剂方法配制备有效成分质量百分含量为60%精喹禾灵·异丙草胺水分散粒剂。
室内活性测定试验
试验对象:马唐、繁缕。
供试材料:95%精喹禾灵原药、95%灭草松原药、90%异丙草胺原药。
试验方法:
以马唐、繁缕作为生测对象,选用未施用过除草剂、pH6.8土壤,将土壤风干过筛后,装入高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内,每盆播种20粒种子,盖0.5-1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2-4叶期采用盆栽茎叶处理法(NY/T 1155.4-2006),每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,20d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重或株鲜重,以靶标鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
具体方法参照NY/T1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法进行实验,每处理4次重复,每重复20株,设不含药剂处理为空白对照。
三元复配联合作用评价方法参照NY/T1155.7-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分混配的联合作用测定中的Colby法。
设E为精喹禾灵和灭草松及异丙草胺混用后实测的杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数。
混剂的理论防效按照以下公式计算:
E0=X×Y×Z/1002
式中,X为精喹禾灵在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数;Y为灭草松在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数;Z为异丙草胺在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数。
E-E0>10%为拮抗作用;E-E0<-10%为增效作用;E-E0值介于±10%之间为相加作用。
施用精喹禾灵和灭草松及异丙草胺这三个药剂复配样品对马唐、繁缕的防除效果如表1-2所示。

精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺及其混配组合物对马唐、繁缕的除草效果测定结果分别见表1-2,可知精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的质量比为72+4.8+150,72+4.8+180,72+4.8+200,72+6+150,72+6+180,72+6+200,72+7.2+150,72+7.2+180,72+7.2+200,84+4.8+150,84+4.8+180,84+4.8+200,84+6+150,84+6+180,84+6+200,84+7.2+150,84+7.2+180,84+7.2+200,96+4.8+150,96+4.8+180,96+4.8+200,96+6+150,96+6+180,96+6+200,96+7.2+150,96+7.2+180,96+7.2+200的三元复配组合物E-E0都小于-10%,对马唐、繁缕均表现为增效作用,且当精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺三元复配为96+7.2+180时对马唐的增效作用最为显著,其E-E0值为-22.83%;当精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺三元复配为96+6+200时对繁缕的增效作用最为显著,其E-E0值为-21.18%。
田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-9。
对照药剂:25%灭草松悬浮剂、10%精喹禾灵乳油、30%异丙草胺可湿性粉剂。
试验对象:禾本科:马唐、狗尾草;阔叶科:繁缕、苘麻。
试验方法:
按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到没有漏喷、多喷的现象。试验后分别在药后20d、40d 观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。此外,还要在药后1-15d 内观察作物的生产情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表3(药后20d)和表4(药后40d),药剂对作物的安全性调查如表5。

从表3和表4中可以看出,本发明对禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草都具有显著的防效,增效性显著,而且持效期长。

从表5可以看出,本发明除草组合物的各小区内的马铃薯苗长势良好,未见任何明显药斑,说明本发明的复配药剂对马铃薯具有安全性。本发明除草剂容易降解,对马铃薯安全,无副作用;在土壤中残留期短,对后茬作物安全。
可以知道上述实施例仅为了说明发明原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明不仅限于此,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明实质情况下,可以做出各种改进和变更,这些改进和变更也属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:有效成分为精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺,所述精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的质量比为2-30∶3-25∶1-30,所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺三者之和在除草组合物中的质量百分数为6-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:精喹禾灵、灭草松异丙草胺与公知的助剂制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:制备成可湿性粉剂各组分的质量百分比为:精喹禾灵2-8%,灭草松3-12%,异丙草胺1-5%,分散剂0.01-0.05%,湿润剂0.01-0.05%,填料补足。
4.根据权利要求2所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:制备成水分散粒剂各组分的质量百分比为:精喹禾灵25-30%,灭草松15-25%,异丙草胺10-15%,分散剂1-3%,润湿剂2-4%,黏合剂3-8%,崩解剂2-5%,填料补足。
5.根据权利要求2所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:制备成乳油各组分的质量百分比为:精喹禾灵2-10%,灭草松10-20%,异丙草胺20-30%,乳化剂5-20%,有机溶剂补足。
6.根据权利要求2所述的精喹禾灵、灭草松、异丙草胺的除草组合物用于防治马铃薯田禾本科和阔叶科杂草的应用。
