Description
本申请涉及一种可接地柔性中等体积容积。
可接地柔性中等体积容器,C型FIBC,通常被用于避免在可能存在爆炸氛围的区域或者在处理具有高度点火敏感性的可燃灰尘时的静电点火风险。
商业上可获得的C型FIBC是缝在一起的容器,其带有柔性材料制成的提带,其中所述提带使得可以从上面提起所述容器并且进行运输(例如图1所示)。它们通常是由聚丙烯织物制成,所述聚丙烯织物设有导电细线制成的耗散网或导电网。所述导电细线的彼此连接要求对所述织物进行合适的缝纫,从而使得FIBC的所有部分的导电细线都与彼此而且与可接地点有着良好且足够的接触,还参见TRBS 2153 附件B和DIN IEC 61340-04-04。
实践中,并不总是在全部部位都确保这样的连接。尤其是,在提带区域中经常出现问题,提带现在通常是由绝缘PP织物制成并且设有3-8根仅仅被平行布置的导电细线,其中一个原因是因为不是所有的导电细线都与可接地点有着足够的接触——例如,细线可能由于在提带上的缝纫而被损坏或者因为细线仅仅是松动地被置于FIBC的本体的PP织物上——它们没有适当的接地接触。另一个原因是因为提带的扭曲例如意味着并不总是确保细线与诸如蜘蛛夹具的提起装备有足够的接触,所述提起装备经常用作接地点。
从避免静电点火风险的方面来说,C型FIBC的接地是一种不得不满足严格规定的安全措施,并且由于制造缺陷或者操作错误,这种措施可能导致事故(L. G. Britton, "Process Safety Progress", Vol. 12. No. 4. 十月 (1993), 240-250)。
FIBC因此还设有一个或多个接地跳线,所述接地跳线的位置不是特定的。不过,不充分接地的导电细线在一些情况下会导致静电点火风险。没有被接地的FIBC导致了非常有效的点火静电火花放电。
因此目的是发明一种可接地柔性中等体积容器,其带有显著简化且改善的接地,但没有在提带中出现的任何被隔离的导电细线。
根据本发明,所述目的的实现是通过所述中等体积容器的至少一个提带2在整个表面面积上,至少从提带3到悬挂点4,设有表面电阻范围中的耗散或导电材料,表面电阻范围根据TRBS 2153测量是0.1到108欧姆。
本申请的主题因此是一种可接地柔性中等体积容器,包括:
-由柔性材料制成的容器1,所述柔性材料具有导电细线5形成的耗散网或导电网,或者替换地,所述柔性材料在整个表面面积上是耗散的或导电的;以及
-通过提抱接缝3被连接到容器1的至少一个提带2,
其特征在于,至少一个提带2在整个表面面积上,至少从提抱接缝3到悬挂点4,设有表面电阻范围中的耗散材料或导电材料,所述表面电阻范围根据TRBS 2153测量是0.1到108欧姆。
为了本发明的目的,在整个表面面积上的设置意味着提带在其表面面积上是连续耗散的或导电的,而不是被设有平行的导电细线。因此为了本发明的目的,提带不是仅仅被设有导电细线,导电细线与导电的整个表面面积的组合是可能的。
通过按照根据本发明的方式在整个表面面积上给提带中的至少一个提供导电效果,这些提带可被认为是本质上安全的可接地点,并且此时可首先简单地通过提起装备确保接地——例如导电的且接地的金属蜘蛛夹具或者叉车的金属叉(在具有潜在爆炸氛围的区域中总是被接地)。其次,接地夹也可被牢固地附接到提带,并且不再会出现仅仅由于导电细线没有被足够地接地就在观察将要装的商品时认为FIBC是不合适的。
通常,和以前一样,还存在为了提带的承重强度所必须的材料,材料通常是聚丙烯。所描述的导电效果可例如通过将材料包围在导电箔中或者通过提带的导电涂层等来提供。由于提带的可弯曲性/可延伸性的原因,使提带的表面面积的60%到100%导电就足够了,只要确保了在容器和提带的悬挂点之间的接地,即导电效果的提供开始于提带的位于提抱接缝处的一侧上。
优选地,全部提带都在整个表面面积上设有导电效果。
如果期望在底部区域中有接地跳线,可容易地使至少一个提带在底部区域中的延伸部形成接地凸耳。然后,可以省去在另外可接地点上的额外缝纫,例如接地跳线。
然后在接地说明中,可将提带称为被清楚确定的可接地点;而且,如果需要,可将接地标志印刷到设有导电效果的提带上。

Claims (3)
1. 一种可接地柔性中等体积容器,包括:
-由柔性材料制成的容器1,所述柔性材料具有导电细线5形成的耗散网或导电网,或者替换地,所述柔性材料在整个表面面积上是耗散的或导电的;以及
-通过提抱接缝3被连接到容器1的至少一个提带2,
其特征在于,至少一个提带2在整个表面面积上,至少从提抱接缝3到悬挂点4,设有表面电阻范围中的耗散材料或导电材料,所述表面电阻范围根据TRBS 2153测量是0.1到108欧姆。
2.一种可接地柔性中等体积容器,所有的提带都在整个表面面积上设有导电效果。
3.一种可接地柔性中等体积容器,至少一个提带被形成为底部区域中的接地凸耳。
