本发明公开了一种增容防火电线,包括导体,在导体外挤包0.25~0.55mm2绝缘层,在电缆最外层挤包0.25~0.55mm2外护套;所述的导体内设有弹性加强芯;所述的外护套上设有一对称的通孔,该通孔内设有测温芯片;在外护套上还设有多个防挤压的菱形槽。导体外挤包陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层,其在高温或遇火后短时间内发泡烧结形成坚硬壳体,壳体具有不低落,不复燃的特性,该材料的使用可以使电线正常运行温度提高20℃,载流量提升20%~30%;绝缘层外挤包低烟无卤聚烯烃材料使电线具有阻燃、燃烧时发烟量低等环保性能,相比全部使用陶瓷化硅橡胶还可以大幅降低材料成本,有利于市场大面积推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线制造领域,具体是一种增容防火电线。
背景技术
现代都市建筑对防火要求越来越高,随着材料技术的不断发展传统的电线已不再能满足建筑对防火性能的严格要求,而普通防火电线由于价格居高不下很难大面积推广应用;现有的防火电缆不耐挤压和容易断裂,并且也不具有自测温功能。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种满足了电线防火、环保的技术要求,又能增加电线载流量,同时制造成本低于传统增容防火电线。
本发明所述的一种增容防火电线,包括导体,在导体外挤包0.25~0.55mm2绝缘层,在电缆最外层挤包0.25~0.55mm2外护套;所述的导体内设有弹性加强芯;所述的外护套上设有一对称的通孔,该通孔内设有测温芯片;在外护套上还设有多个防挤压的菱形槽。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层。
进一步改进,所述的外护套层为低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套。
本发明的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本发明导体外挤包陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层,其在高温或遇火后短时间内发泡烧结形成坚硬壳体,壳体具有不低落,不复燃的特性,该材料的使用可以使电线正常运行温度提高20℃,载流量提升20%~30%;绝缘层外挤包低烟无卤聚烯烃材料使电线具有阻燃、燃烧时发烟量低等环保性能,相比全部使用陶瓷化硅橡胶还可以大幅降低材料成本,有利于市场大面积推广;该新型电线相比与传统低烟无卤耐火电线由于省去了绕包云母工序制作成本更低。另外,本发明还设有测温芯片,可以检测电缆的温度,可以很好的控制电缆的温度,以防电缆温度过高引起自燃;还有设有菱形槽,有效的防止了电缆受外界的挤压,使得电缆变形和断裂;还有在导体中心设有弹性加强件,在弹性的作用下,不易使得电缆折断。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种增容防火电线,包括导体1,在导体1外挤包0.25~0.55mm2绝缘层2,在电缆最外层挤包0.25~0.55mm2外护套3;所述的导体内设有弹性加强芯4,在弹性的作用下,缆芯不易被折断;所述的外护套上设有一对称的通孔5,该通孔内设有测温芯片6,可检测电缆的温度变化;在外护套上还设有多个菱形槽7,可防止电缆在受外界挤压的时候,起到一定的缓冲,不易使电缆内的线层变形和挤压。

1.一种增容防火电线,其特征在于:包括导体,在导体外挤包0.25~0.55mm2绝缘层,在电缆最外层挤包0.25~0.55mm2外护套;所述的导体内设有弹性加强芯;所述的外护套上设有一对称的通孔,该通孔内设有测温芯片;在外护套上还设有多个防挤压的菱形槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增容防火电线,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增容防火电线,其特征在于:所述的外护套层为低烟无卤聚烯烃外护套。
