Abstract
The invention discloses a file management method and a file management device for television equipment. The file management method includes the following steps. A download request corresponding to a file is received from one of the plurality of mobile devices. The management data is read, wherein the management data records a plurality of specification information respectively corresponding to a plurality of mobile devices. According to the management data, a file corresponding to a first file format is downloaded from the Internet, and the first file format conforms to the specification information commonly corresponding to the most mobile devices in the plurality of mobile devices.

Technical Field

In step S246, when the second file format does not conform to the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the second file format is replaced, and the process returns to step S243 to download the replaced file in the second file format again.
In other words, when the specification information of the mobile device issuing the download request does not belong to the specification information corresponding to the "most" mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices associated with the document management device 100, the search module 130 searches and downloads the desired document in another document format (the second document format and the replaced second document format) again, as in the above steps S243, S244 and S246, until the document format of the downloaded document can meet the specification information of the mobile device issuing the download request, as in the above step S245.

1. A file management method for a television apparatus, comprising:
receiving a download request corresponding to a file from one of the mobile devices;
reading a management data, wherein the management data records a plurality of specification information respectively corresponding to the mobile devices; and
downloading the file corresponding to a first file format from the Internet according to the management data, wherein the first file format conforms to the specification information commonly corresponding to the most mobile devices in the mobile devices;
after the step of downloading the file corresponding to the first file format from the internet is performed, the method further comprises:
judging whether the first file format accords with the specification information of the mobile device sending the downloading request;
when the first file format accords with the specification information of the mobile device which sends the downloading request, the file corresponding to the first file format is transmitted to the mobile device which sends the downloading request; and
when the first file format does not accord with the specification information of the mobile device sending the downloading request, the file corresponding to a second file format is downloaded from the Internet, and the second file format accords with the specification information commonly corresponding to the second-most mobile devices in the mobile devices.
2. The file management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step of downloading the file corresponding to the second file format from the internet, the steps of:
judging whether the second file format accords with the specification information of the mobile device sending the downloading request;
when the second file format does not accord with the specification information of the mobile device sending the download request, replacing the second file format, and repeating the steps after downloading the replaced file with the second file format until the second file format accords with the specification information of the mobile device sending the download request; and
when the second file format is in accordance with the specification information of the mobile device sending the download request, the file corresponding to the second file format is transmitted to the mobile device sending the download request.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the management data records a browsing right corresponding to each mobile device, and further comprises, before the step of determining that the first/second file format conforms to specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the step of transmitting the file corresponding to the first/second file format to the mobile device that issued the download request:
judging whether the browsing permission corresponding to the mobile device sending the downloading request accords with content information of the file or not; and
when the browsing permission corresponding to the mobile device sending the download request accords with the content information of the file, the file corresponding to the first/second file format is transmitted to the mobile device sending the download request.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the management data is created by a registration process associated with the mobile devices, the registration process comprising:
receiving model information corresponding to the mobile devices respectively;
obtaining the specification information of the corresponding mobile device according to the model information; and
the specification information is recorded in the management data.
5. A file management apparatus for a television device, comprising:
the communication module is used for receiving a downloading request corresponding to a file from one of the mobile devices;
a management module, coupled to the communication module, for reading a management data, wherein the management data records a plurality of specification information corresponding to the mobile devices respectively;
a searching module, coupled to the communication module and the management module, for downloading the file corresponding to a first file format from an internet according to the management data, wherein the first file format conforms to the specification information commonly corresponding to the most mobile devices of the mobile devices; and
a transmission module coupled to the search module, wherein the search module further determines whether the first file format conforms to the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, when the first file format conforms to the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the transmission module transmits the file corresponding to the first file format to the mobile device that issued the download request, and when the first file format does not conform to the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the search module further downloads the file corresponding to a second file format from the internet, and the second file format conforms to the specification information commonly corresponding to the next most mobile devices of the mobile devices.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the search module further determines whether the second file format complies with specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, when the second file format does not comply with the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the second file format is replaced, and after downloading the file of the replaced second file format, the steps are repeated until the second file format complies with the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, and when the second file format complies with the specification information of the mobile device that issued the download request, the transmission module transmits the file of the corresponding second file format to the mobile device that issued the download request.
