Abstract

一种电源供应器固定装置,用来固定一电源供应器,所述电源供应器固定装置包括一机箱,所述机箱设有一第一侧板和一隔板,所述第一侧板和所述隔板之间形成一收容所述电源供应其的容置空间,所述电源供应器固定装置还包括一锁固件,所述锁固件转动安装在所述第一侧板上,所述锁固件设有一按压杆和一锁固扣,所述隔板上设有一锁固孔,所述锁固件转动而让所述按压杆按压在所述电源供应器上,且所述锁固扣卡入所述锁固孔中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定装置,尤其涉及一种电源供应器固定装置。
背景技术
现有服务器通常是利用螺丝将电源固定在机箱内,拆装电源时需要利用螺丝刀等工具,造成操作不方便,不利于对电源进行维护。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便拆装电源供应器的固定装置。
一种电源供应器固定装置,用来固定一电源供应器,所述电源供应器固定装置包括一机箱,所述机箱设有一第一侧板和一隔板,所述第一侧板和所述隔板之间形成一收容所述电源供应其的容置空间,所述电源供应器固定装置还包括一锁固件,所述锁固件转动安装在所述第一侧板上,所述锁固件设有一按压杆和一锁固扣,所述隔板上设有一锁固孔,所述锁固件转动而让所述按压杆按压在所述电源供应器上,且所述锁固扣卡入所述锁固孔中。
相较于现有技术,上述电源供应器固定装置可通过转动锁固件方便地固定电源供应其。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明电源供应器固定装置100的较佳实施方式用于固定电源供应器80,该电源供应器固定装置100包括一机箱10和一锁固件30,一可插接在该电源供应器80的一接口81上,该电源线90包括一插头91和一连接在插头91上的传输线92。
该机箱10包括一顶板11、一底板12和以第一侧板13和一第二侧板14,该顶板11和该底板12相互平行,第一侧板13和第二侧板14相互平行且连接在顶板11和底板12之间,一隔板15也连接在顶板11和底板12之间,并平行与第一侧板13,隔板15和第一侧板13之间形成一用来容置电源供应器80的容置空间16。
请参阅图2,第一侧板13上向容置空间16内凸设了一对半圆形的限位片131,每一限位片131与第一侧板13之间形成一枢转孔132,隔板15的边缘向容置空间16方向凸设而形成一锁固板151,该锁固板151所在的平面相对该隔板15所在的平面更靠近该第一侧板13,从而在锁固板151背离第一侧板13的一侧形成一让位空间152,锁固板151上开设了两锁固孔153。
请一并参阅图2和图3,该锁固件30由一铁丝弯折而成并可弹性弯折,该锁固件30包括两枢转端31,两枢转端31分别垂直连接一按压杆32,每一按压杆32分别垂直连接一固定杆33,固定杆33中部弯折而形成一凸起的锁固扣331,一电源线固定部分34连接在两固定杆33之间,该电源线固定部分包括两夹持部35,这两夹持部35大致为弧形适应线材的外表面,从而防止划伤线材,两夹持部35可弹性变形,一大致为“n”形的扳动部36连接在两夹持部35之间。
请参阅图4和图5,安装时,将该锁固件30的两枢转端31转动安装在第一侧板13的两枢转孔132中,然后将电源供应器80装入该机箱10的容置空间16中,将电源线90的插头91插接在该电源供应器80的接口81上,而后转动锁固件30,使锁固件30的两按压杆32按压在电源供应器80上,同时,电源线90的传输线92滑入两夹持部35之间,两夹持部35弹性变形而将该传输线92夹持其中,且两夹持部35与插头91抵住,同时凸起的锁固扣331与锁固板151相抵而使锁固件30弹性变形,继续转动锁固件30让锁固扣331与锁固板151上的锁固孔153对齐,锁固件30弹性恢复而将锁固扣331卡入锁固孔153中,从而将锁固件30固定在按压电源供应器80和夹持传输线92的位置,从而将电源供应器80固定在机箱10中,且夹持部35与插头91抵住,从而可防止插头91被拔出;且由于锁固板151设有让位空间152,锁固扣331位于让位空间中而不会碰到机箱中其它的零组件。
当需要拆下电源供应器80或拔出插头91时,拉动扳动部36而让锁固件30弹性变形,让锁固扣331从锁固孔153中移出,再向回转动锁固件30,就可拆下电源供应器80或拔出插头91。

Claims (10)

1.一种电源供应器固定装置,用来固定一电源供应器,所述电源供应器固定装置包括一机箱,所述机箱设有一第一侧板和一隔板,所述第一侧板和所述隔板之间形成一收容所述电源供应其的容置空间,其特征在于:所述电源供应器固定装置还包括一锁固件,所述锁固件转动安装在所述第一侧板上,所述锁固件设有一按压杆和一锁固扣,所述隔板上设有一锁固孔,所述锁固件转动而让所述按压杆用來按压在所述电源供应器上,且所述锁固扣卡入所述锁固孔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述隔板的边缘向所述容置空间方向凸设而形成一锁固板,所述锁固孔开设在所述锁固板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁固板背离所述第一侧板的一侧形成一让位空间,所述锁固扣卡入所述锁固孔中时容置于所述让位空间中。
4.如权利要求1所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁固件由一铁丝弯折而成并可弹性弯折。
5.如权利要求1所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述锁固件包括一枢转端,所述第一侧板上设有一枢转孔,所述枢转端转动安装在所述枢转孔中。
6.如权利要求5所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述按压杆的一端连接所述枢转端,另一端连接一固定杆,所述固定杆中部凸起弯折而形成所述锁固扣。
7.如权利要求6所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:一电源线固定部分连接在所述固定杆上,所述电源线固定部分包括两夹持部,所述两夹持部可将一插接到电源供应器的电源线夹持其间。
8.如权利要求7所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:两夹持部大致为弧形而适应电源线的外表面,从而防止划伤电源线。
9.如权利要求8所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:一扳动部与所述夹持部相连,扳动所述扳动部可让所述锁固件弹性变形而让所述锁固扣从所述锁固孔中移出。
10.如权利要求9所述的电源供应器固定装置,其特征在于:所述扳动部大致为“n”形。
