Abstract

电子装置及其电源固定装置。一种电源固定装置,其包括一收容架及一固定于该收容架内的电路板,该收容架内设有一用于收容一电源本体的收容槽,该电路板设有一正对该收容槽的连接器,该收容架的一端枢接于一机箱,该收容架的另一端可卡固于该机箱。该电源固定装置的收容架能收容电源本体,且该收容架可旋转地安装于机箱外侧,不需占用机箱内部空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子装置及其电源固定装置。
背景技术
服务器等电子装置的电源通常用螺接或卡固的方式固定于机箱内,该电源不仅占用机箱内部空间,不利于其他电子元件的安装,而且影响该服务器机箱的散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种不占用机箱内部空间的电源固定装置及设有该电源固定装置的电子装置。
一种电源固定装置,其包括一收容架及一固定于该收容架内的电路板,该收容架内设有一用于收容一电源本体的收容槽,该电路板设有一正对该收容槽的连接器,该收容架的一端枢接于一机箱,该收容架的另一端可卡固于该机箱。
一种电子装置,包括一机箱、一安装于该机箱前端的电源固定装置及一电源本体,该电源固定装置包括一收容架及一固定于该收容架内的电路板,该收容架开设一用于收容该电源本体的收容槽,该电路板设有一正对该收容槽的连接器,该电源本体设有一插接于该连接器的插头,该收容架的一端枢接于该机箱的外侧,该收容架的另一端可脱离地卡固于该机箱。
本发明电源固定装置的收容架能收容电源本体,且该收容架可旋转地安装于机箱的前端,不需占用机箱内部空间。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明电子装置100的较佳实施方式包括一机箱20、一收容架40、一固定于该收容架40的电路板50及两电源本体60。
该机箱20的前端设有一收容框22,该收容框22包括一底板24、一顶板25及一连接于该底板24与顶板25后侧之间的连接板26。该底板24、顶板25及连接板26共同围成一收容空间27。该底板24及顶板25的一端开设相对的两固定孔242,该底板24及顶板25的另一端向该收容空间27内凸设相对的两卡柱252。该底板24于邻近固定孔242处向该收容空间27内凸设一止位部244。该顶板25于邻近固定孔242处设有一定位部251。该定位部251包括一弹性的卡条254及一连接于该卡条254的手柄255。
该收容架40包括一长方形的框体42、一盖体44、一枢接于该框体42一端的锁固件46及两旋转轴48。
该框体42包括一前侧板422、自该前侧板422的上下两侧边垂直向后延伸的一上侧板423及一下侧板424、垂直连接于该上侧板423与下侧板424之间并与该前侧板422平行的后侧板425及一垂直连接于该前侧板422的中部与后侧板425的中部的分隔板426。该分隔板426将该框体42分隔成上下两收容槽427。该前侧板422的外部设有两排用于卡固电缆的卡钩421。该框体42远离该锁固件46的一端的前侧开设一方形的缺口428。该电路板50收容于该缺口428内,并固定于该后侧板425。该上侧板423及下侧板424于邻近该缺口428的一端开设两相对的轴孔429。该上侧板423于邻近轴孔429处向外凸设一凸包4232。
该盖体44包括一方形的前板442及自该前板442的一侧边及相对的两端边垂直向外延伸的一侧板443及两相对的端板445。该前板442上开设若干散热孔446。该侧板443开设一通孔447。该前板442及两端板445于远离该侧板443的一侧向外延伸若干卡固片448。
该锁固件46概呈U形,其包括一操作板462及自该操作板462相对的两端向同侧倾斜延伸的两旋转板464。该两旋转板464的中部分别枢接于该框体42远离缺口428的一端的前侧。该两旋转板464的末端各开设一卡持口467。
该电路板50上贴设有若干电子元件52、两分别正对该两收容槽427的连接器54及一电性连接于该电路板50的电缆55。
每一电源本体60的一端设有插接头62,另一端设有一操作孔64。
请参阅图3,组装时,将该电缆55自该盖体44内穿过通孔447,并连接至该机箱20内。将该盖体44盖设于该框体42的缺口428,使该盖体44的卡固片448分别卡固于该框体42的前侧板422、上侧板423及下侧板424的内表面,使该盖体44固定于该框体42上。将该框体42的后侧板425朝向该机箱20的收容空间27,并插入该收容空间27内,使该框体42的上侧板423及下侧板424的轴孔429正对该收容框22的固定孔242。将两旋转轴48分别自该收容框22的外部分别穿过固定孔242插入对应的轴孔429内,使该框体42沿该两旋转轴48枢接于该框体42。此时,该收容架40可旋转地安装于该机箱20的前端且设有锁固件46的一端外露于机箱20的收容空间27,该框体42的凸包4232卡持于该机箱20的定位部251的外侧,该框体42远离该锁固件46一端的端部抵持于该机箱20的止位部244。
请参阅图4,使用时,将两电源本体60设有插接头62的一端插入该框体42的两收容槽427内,使该两插接头62插接于该电路板50的两连接器54上。向上拉该手柄255使该卡条254发生弹性变形而脱离于该凸包4232的抵持。操作该锁固件46的操作板462,使该收容架40旋入该机箱20的收容空间27内,旋转该锁固件46,使该机箱20的卡柱252卡入旋转板464的卡持口467内即可。
当需取出电源本体60时,操作该锁固件46的操作板462,使旋转板464旋转而脱离与卡柱252的卡持。向外拉该操作板462,使该框体42沿旋转轴48旋转,该凸包4232滑动地抵持该定位部251的卡条254,该卡条254发生弹性变形,至该框体42远离该锁固件46一端的端部抵持于该机箱20的止位部244。此时,该凸包4232脱离与该卡条254的抵持,该卡条254恢复形变而止挡于该凸包4232,该框体42设有锁固件46的一端外露于该机箱20的收容空间27,通过操作每一电源本体60的操作孔64能方便取出电源本体60。

Claims (13)

1.一种电源固定装置,其包括一收容架及一固定于该收容架内的电路板,该收容架内设有一用于收容一电源本体的收容槽,该电路板设有一正对该收容槽的连接器,该收容架的一端枢接于一机箱,该收容架的另一端可卡固于该机箱。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该收容架的另一端枢接一锁固件,该锁固件上开设一卡持口,该机箱上凸设有一卡固于该卡持口内的卡柱。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该收容架包括一框体,该框体的一端枢接于该机箱,该锁固件设于该框体相对的另一端,该电路板安装于该框体的远离该锁固件的一端。
4.如权利要求3所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该框体呈长方形,其包括一前侧板、一上侧板、一下侧板及一后侧板,该前侧板、上侧板、下侧板及后侧板共同围成一用于收容该电源本体的收容槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该前侧板的外部设有若干排用于卡固电缆的卡钩。
6.如权利要求4所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该上侧板凸设有一抵持于机箱的凸包。
7.如权利要求3所述的电源固定装置,其特征在于:该框体于远离该锁固件的一端设有一收容该电路板的缺口,该缺口组设有一盖体,该盖体包括一开设若干散热孔的前板及一开设一通孔的侧板,一电缆能穿过该通孔电性连接于该电路板。
8.一种电子装置,包括一机箱、一安装于该机箱前端的电源固定装置及一电源本体,该电源固定装置包括一收容架及一固定于该收容架内的电路板,该收容架开设一用于收容该电源本体的收容槽,该电路板设有一正对该收容槽的连接器,该电源本体设有一插接于该连接器的插头,该收容架的一端枢接于该机箱的外侧,该收容架的另一端可脱离地卡固于该机箱。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该机箱的前端设有一收容框,该收容框包括一底板、一顶板及一连接于该底板与顶板之间的连接板,该底板、顶板及连接板共同围成一收容空间,该收容架包括一能收容于收容空间的框体,该电源本体及该电路板收容于该框体内,该框体的一端枢接于该收容空间的一端,该框体的另一端卡持于该收容空间的另一端。
10.如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该框体于远离该锁固件的一端设有一收容该电路板的缺口,该收容架还包括一组设于该缺口的盖体,该盖体包括一开设若干散热孔的前板及一开设一通孔的侧板,收容架一电缆穿过该通孔电性连接于该电路板。
11.如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该框体的另一端枢接一锁固件,该锁固件上开设一卡持口,该收容框凸设有一卡固于该卡持口内的卡柱。
12.如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该框体的前侧板的外部设有若干排用于卡固电缆的卡钩。
13.如权利要求9所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该收容框的顶板设有一定位部,该定位部包括一弹性的卡条及一连接于该卡条的手柄,该框体的上侧板凸设有一抵持于该卡条的凸包。
