Abstract
本发明公开了一种昆虫用解剖板,包括浸泡板和盖板,在浸泡板的上表面设置有呈矩阵布置的浸泡槽;盖板覆盖在浸泡板的上表面上。所述盖板的面积大于浸泡板的表面积,盖板能隔绝空气,防止浸泡过程中NaOH变质,同时防止杂质掉进浸泡液里。本发明结构简单,操作简便,能用于各种昆虫的解剖,解决目前没有合适容器用于浸泡解剖标本的问题,节省实验场所空间,提高实验效率,可多次重复使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种昆虫用解剖板,属于试验设备技术领域。
背景技术
众所周知,昆虫分类是昆虫研究的基础,分类需要对昆虫进行解剖,进而鉴定出昆虫的种类。现如今许多科研人员在研究昆虫时多采用溶液浸泡的方式,NaOH是强碱,需用玻璃容器盛放,目前的试验器材领域只有25ml的小烧杯能勉强担此任务,但解剖时不同的昆虫需分开浸泡,如需解剖大量标本时使用单独的小烧杯浸泡不仅浪费资源、侵占实验空间,且由于玻璃容器易碎,一旦被人不小心打翻就前功尽弃了。目前还没有能够解决这些问题的解剖板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种昆虫用解剖板,该解剖板结构简单,操作简便,能用于各种昆虫的解剖,节省实验场所空间,提高实验效率。
本发明的技术方案:一种昆虫用解剖板,包括浸泡板和盖板,在浸泡板的上表面设置有呈矩阵布置的浸泡槽;盖板覆盖在浸泡板的上表面上。
所述盖板的面积大于浸泡板的表面积,盖板能隔绝空气,防止浸泡过程中NaOH变质,同时防止杂质掉进浸泡液里。
所述浸泡板和盖板均为玻璃结构,不用揭开盖板即可观察标本的浸泡情况。
所述浸泡槽的底部设置有凹陷的数字编码,防止解剖标本时混乱。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的优点在于:本发明结构简单,操作简便,能用于各种昆虫的解剖,解决目前没有合适容器用于浸泡解剖标本的问题,节省实验场所空间,提高实验效率,可多次重复使用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明的昆虫用解剖板的结构示意图如图1所示,包括浸泡板1和盖板2,在浸泡板1的上表面设置有呈矩阵布置的浸泡槽3,参见图2,即在浸泡板1的上表面按5*10的规格布置50个浸泡槽3;盖板2覆盖在浸泡板1的上表面上。所述盖板2的面积大于浸泡板1的表面积,盖板2能隔绝空气,防止浸泡过程中NaOH变质,同时防止杂质掉进浸泡液里。所述浸泡板1和盖板2均为玻璃结构,不用揭开盖板2即可观察标本的浸泡情况。所述浸泡槽3的底部设置有凹陷的数字编码,防止解剖标本时混乱。
使用时,先往浸泡板1上的各个浸泡槽3内加适量浓度为5~10%的NaOH溶液,然后将用昆虫针取下的昆虫腹部放入浸泡槽3中,并记录该昆虫腹部与浸泡槽3内的数字编号,室温下放置3~5天(具体时间视标本的骨化程度而定),待腹部透明后将其从NaOH溶液中取出,进行解剖鉴定。

1.一种昆虫用解剖板,包括浸泡板(1)和盖板(2),其特征在于:在浸泡板(1)的上表面设置有呈矩阵布置的浸泡槽(3);盖板(2)覆盖在浸泡板(1)的上表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的昆虫用解剖板,其特征在于:所述盖板(2)的面积大于浸泡板(1)的表面积。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的昆虫用解剖板,其特征在于:所述浸泡板(1)和盖板(2)均为玻璃结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的昆虫用解剖板,其特征在于:所述浸泡槽(3)的底部设置有凹陷的数字编码。
