一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,包括炉门,所述的炉体前端侧立面上安装有炉门,炉门外侧设有导向槽,导向槽外侧安装有移动滚轮,台车上设有耐火砖,耐火砖上设有电阻丝,电阻丝上设有垫底,台车、炉门与炉体组成炉膛;其特征在于:所述的炉门上的导向轮限位于导向槽中,当升降装置升降炉门时,炉门通过导向轮沿导向槽作上、下运动,保证炉门升降位置的准确性,同时通过导向轮防止炉门与炉体相互摩擦。本发明,具有良好的密封性,减少了热损失、提高了热效率、节约了电能;而且由于台车可实现远距离移动装卸工件,大大提高了热处理工次,改善了工作环境,减轻了劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种对物料进行加热的工业炉,特别是涉及一种钟罩式台车电阻炉。
背景技术
现行中小型企业的热处理设备,多为箱式电阻炉或台车式电阻炉,箱式电阻炉为传统热处理设备,结构简单,造价低廉,但由于设备结构陈旧、落后、笨重,造成了生产效率低,劳动强度大、耗电高、热损失大。台车式电阻炉由炉体和台车两部分组成,较为先进,台车可沿轨道进入或脱离炉体,方便了工件的装卸,提高了工效。但由于这种电阻炉在台车的底部有电加热元件,使得台车移动时离开炉体的距离受到限制,给连续进出炉和装卸工件带来不便,同时由于该炉只在台车两侧与炉体内壁的结合部设有密封砂槽,不易实现可靠的密封,热损失较大,电能消耗了也大。有一种罩式电阻可克服台车炉的缺陷,提高炉子的热效率,减少热损失。该电阻炉炉底固定不动,上面装有工件,而炉体为一可上下移动的钟罩式结构,扣在炉底上,炉子具有良好的密封,也易装卸。但该炉在工作时钟罩式炉体要反复不断的被吊装启动,使炉体受外力易变形,影响了炉子的寿命。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构新颖,操作简便,运行可靠,热效率高的钟罩式台车电阻炉,通过升降装置升降炉门,使炉门沿导向槽进行升降工作,完成炉门与炉体锁紧。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,包括炉门,所述的炉体前端侧立面上安装有炉门,炉门外侧设有导向槽,导向槽外侧安装有移动滚轮,台车上设有耐火砖,耐火砖上设有电阻丝,电阻丝上设有垫底,台车、炉门与炉体组成炉膛;其特征在于:所述的炉门上的导向轮限位于导向槽中,当升降装置升降炉门时,炉门通过导向轮沿导向槽作上、下运动,保证炉门升降位置的准确性,同时通过导向轮防止炉门与炉体相互摩擦。
所述的炉门上设有炉门开关与导向轮,炉体在炉门开关对应位置一旁设有连接桥,连接桥外侧设有气动压紧装置,气动压紧装置与连接桥一端连接,通过气动压紧装置伸缩控制连接桥与炉门开关进行开闭工作。
所述的台车上设有感应装置,当炉门下降与台车接触时,感应装置触动使气动压紧装置进行炉门压紧工作。
本发明,具有良好的密封性,减少了热损失、提高了热效率、节约了电能;而且由于台车可实现远距离移动装卸工件,大大提高了热处理工次,改善了工作环境,减轻了劳动强度。

由图1知,一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,包括炉门1、台车2、炉体3和升降装置4组成,所述的炉体3前端侧立面上安装有炉门1,炉门1外侧设有导向槽5,导向槽5外侧安装有移动滚轮6,炉门1与升降装置4连接,炉体3内侧壁上均匀排设有电阻带7,台车2上设有驱动电机8与台车2底部设有移动轮9连接,台车2上设有耐火砖,耐火砖上设有电阻丝,电阻丝14上设有垫底15,台车2与炉体3组成炉膛;炉门1上的导向轮11限位于导向槽5中,当升降装置4升降炉门1时,炉门1上设有炉门开关10与导向轮11,炉体3在炉门开关10对应位置一旁设有连接桥12,连接桥12外侧设有气动压紧装置13,气动压紧装置13与连接桥12一端连接,通过气动压紧装置13伸缩控制连接桥12与炉门开关10进行开闭工作;,炉体3的底部开有一炉口17,在炉口17的周围设有一环形密封插板18,在炉体3的立柱19上装有固定支架20用以固定台车进炉后的状态位置。台车2上设有感应装置16,当炉门1下降与台车2接触时,感应装置16触动使气动压紧装置13进行炉门压紧工作。炉门1通过导向轮11沿导向槽5作上、下运动,保证炉门1升降位置的准确性,同时防止炉门1与炉体3相互摩擦。炉体3顶部设有热电偶14,同时为了使炉体3内部温度反应更加准确在台车2的电阻丝14处也可安装热电偶对炉体3内温度进行完成监控。

1. 一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,包括炉门,所述的炉体前端侧立面上安装有炉门,炉门外侧设有导向槽,导向槽外侧安装有移动滚轮,台车上设有耐火砖,耐火砖上设有电阻丝,电阻丝上设有垫底,台车、炉门与炉体组成炉膛;其特征在于:所述的炉门上的导向轮限位于导向槽中,当升降装置升降炉门时,炉门通过导向轮沿导向槽作上、下运动,保证炉门升降位置的准确性,同时通过导向轮防止炉门与炉体相互摩擦。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,其特征在于:所述的炉门上设有炉门开关与导向轮,炉体在炉门开关对应位置一旁设有连接桥,连接桥外侧设有气动压紧装置,气动压紧装置与连接桥一端连接,通过气动压紧装置伸缩控制连接桥与炉门开关进行开闭工作。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种钟罩式台车电阻炉,其特征在于:所述的台车上设有感应装置,当炉门下降与台车接触时,感应装置触动使气动压紧装置进行炉门压紧工作。
